⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in Bandung! I'm honestly incredibly satisfied with my stay experience at Crowne Plaza Bandung! From the moment I stepped in, the hotel atmosphere felt luxurious, modern, clean, and very exclusive. All the staff were super friendly, professional, and very helpful. I felt like a VIP throughout my time here! 🥰 The room was spacious, beautiful, very comfortable, and clean. The bed was pure heaven—so soft that I didn't want to leave the room! 😂 All the in-room amenities were complete and made the stay experience very comfortable. The hotel's location is also very strategic, making it easy to get to interesting places in Bandung. What I liked most is that after a full day of walking and shopping, returning to the hotel felt like coming back to a place to fully recharge. Breakfast was also amazing! The food selection was extensive and delicious. The restaurant atmosphere was comfortable, service was fast, and the staff always made sure guests were at ease. But what impressed me the most was the hospitality of the entire Crowne Plaza Bandung team. Everyone was so friendly, always smiling, and genuinely provided service that made us feel valued. It wasn't just a hotel stay; it was an experience that made us want to come back again and again! Thank you, Crowne Plaza Bandung, for making our trip to Bandung more special and memorable. 🥹❤️ Definitely one of the BEST hotels in Bandung! Highly, highly recommended! Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Hilton Bandung. The property is well maintained, the facilities are excellent, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere, and the pool, gym, and kids’ facilities make it a great choice for families. The service is good overall, but there is still room to elevate it to a true five-star luxury experience. Greater attention to detail, more proactive service, and warmer, more personalized interactions would make guests feel even more valued. Small touches—especially for families with children, such as anticipating guests’ needs and offering extra care—can make a lasting impression. The F&B experience was very good, with a nice selection and quality of food. Breakfast offered a wide variety of local and international options, and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel’s location is another major advantage, being just a few minutes from Bandung Train Station and conveniently close to many of the city’s attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. Overall, Hilton Bandung offers excellent value, quality facilities, and a comfortable stay. With a few refinements to the service experience and attention to detail, it has all the ingredients to deliver a truly outstanding five-star hospitality experience. I would happily recommend it, especially for families visiting Bandung.

I've stayed here before, but this time I had a rather unpleasant experience. My child, after taking a shower, wasn't wearing slippers and suddenly screamed that their foot hurt and was bleeding. It turned out there was a piece of broken glass in the room (near the carpet). Although it was small, it's still dangerous. Luckily, the glass didn't penetrate their skin. Perhaps a glass or bottle broke previously, and the cleaning wasn't thorough enough. I reported it to the receptionist, and all they said was sorry. Aside from that, there were no other issues; they also provided the complimentary anniversary amenities I requested.

The location is excellent, but unfortunately, the facilities are a bit lacking. There's no hairdryer in the Deluxe room, and there are very few power outlets, which makes it quite difficult to get things done. The hotel lobby also had a slight unpleasant smell, which could perhaps be improved with a diffuser.

Room is quite reasonable with a big and comfortable double bed. However, the bathroom toilet is quite limited with a tiny shower place separated by the glass door. Facilities included a small swimming pool downstairs which is good to relax. Water dispensers along the corridor provides drinking water, a plus! Hotel is immediately next to the shopping mall Citylink and many good restaurants around, so eating is not an issue at all.

Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. We truly enjoyed our breakfast experience in the restaurant. Lastly, thank you for treating all guests with snacks and AWESOME SERVICES. Service is good.breakfast is varied.the staff employers are very much friendly & polite in particular Mr Rully & Mr Diky.the location is closer to food court King mall ,braga food main walking street.

Location is superb at Jln Chiampelas, walking distace to numerous restaurant/mall and souvenirs outlets. Many choices available for breakfast and definitely will stay again in future

Excellent service, they allowed us to check in early around 12pm.it was because they saw us looks tired. Room & around hotel area very clean. Breakfast good as well. Staff & housekeeping very friendly and kind. We love it and will miss them. I' d dinner for last night stay there, the steak so tender even it well done, I like it, so yummy. Overall for me, its 10/10 services.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself was in poor condition and appears to be in need of maintenance. The bathroom facilities were not well maintained, and we even encountered cockroaches during our stay. The food quality was also disappointing. On the positive side, the location is very strategic and convenient for shopping enthusiasts, as it is within walking distance of braga street. While the location is a major advantage, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel need significant improvement.
