A perfect location. Not too busy & yet close to where we want to visit. Highly recommended for a good night’s sleep.

Staffs are fantastic and friendly. Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable and waterflow in bathroom is strong. I like that there's bathtub and separate shower. Almost perfect except for few improvements. Still a highly recommended hotel and definitely will consider staying here again. Pros; walking distance to Braga Street, super strong (cold) aircon, wide range of breakfast, staff will text me daily on housekeeping as we put "do not disturb". Cons: lobby upgrading, walls are so thin I can hear next unit's snoring, drawing of curtains.

I would rate this stay 8/10. Everything was good overall, but the only issue was the bed setup. They combined 2 single beds into 1, and the mattress was uneven with a hump in the middle. It made sleeping quite uncomfortable as we had to sleep on either side instead of the center. Other than that, everything else was great.

Crowne Plaza Bandung was a pleasant stay for few nights. Room was ok, but felt rather noisy with the ubiquitous noisy motorcycle mufflers filtering into the room all night. Double glazing/noise reduction glass appears to be lacking. Windows need a thorough clean as well as the room carpets looking rather dirty in parts. On a positive note, bed is comfortable, location is favourable and all hotel staff interactions were friendly, helpful and polite. Special mention to the restaurant manager whom graciously assisted in offering and delivering a special delicious healthy juice to my table at breakfast over several days. Breakfast in the restaurant had a fresh and extensive variety of delicious local Indonesian dishes as well as the usual western staples. Our room was conveniently located on the Executive Lounge floor which was a spacious and relatively quiet to enjoy the evening canapés and drinks. Another special mention to Faisal for his kind assistance with our train tickets and all of the obliging staff in the Lounge fulfilling my multiple coffee and drinks requests. Pool on level 5 was inviting for a swim with a pleasant view over city and towards mountains. All of the concierge and door attendants were very helpful as well as the special service assisting to cross the busy road outside hotel was appreciated.

Very recommended because their good hospitality, service, clean and the room’s very spacious and cozy. The breakfast has so many menus and the taste’s so good, we can also request for an art latte, Worth the prize! Will be top of mind for stay 👍
