Booked via trip was the best choice. Overall, we had a good experience. We booked three rooms, and everything was great except for the check-in process. The only disappointing part was that our rooms still weren’t ready until 3:45 PM. We understand the hotel was dealing with back-to-back bookings, but honestly, that’s not the guest’s responsibility. At the very least, some kind of compensation or gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated. Another downside was the female barista at Inspira Roaster. She was incredibly unfriendly. Maybe she thinks being good-looking is enough to make up for terrible customer service. It isn’t. Our family spent quite a lot there, we paid 3 separate times and never ordered just one itemc so the attitude was really disappointing. We visited between 10 AM and 12 PM on June 29. She handled our payment once when we ordered 1 sweet ice tea and 1 iced latte. Please provide better customer service training TO HER, as it really affects our experience.

Lovely stay overall. The breakfast buffet was very good , both in variety and quality. Staff were professional and helpful throughout our stay, and they kindly gave us a nice gesture before checkout, which we appreciated. The hotel's location is excellent and works well for families. Tip for anyone booking: avoid rooms facing the street directly, as sound insulation isn't very strong and you may clearly hear traffic noise. Overall a great experience, and we'd recommend it.

First time here and impressed with the architecture, facilities, and the services! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed in the Deluxe Garden View Room, with a stunning view to the hotel garden & amphitheater. They also offer you on a bunch of complimentary snacks in room & complete room amenities. Definetely will be back here again for another staycation!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a well-equipped gym, a beautiful swimming pool, and relaxing common areas. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation and excellent service

No complaints throughout my stay. Room was clean, complete amenities and even provided non slip mat and extra slippers as requested. Queued for a while to check in tho. Fully quipped gym. Breakfast at semeja had good variety. Took a while for jamu to be fully refilled though. Had dinner at monomono, yummy and value for money dinner set and wonderful attentive service by Ramdan who made the visit extra special. Would love to return someday.

Everything was great here the environment, the room, the service, and all the facilities were good. The beverages at the cafe were delicious, and the food from the restaurant tasted satisfying. My kid also loved the fish pond feeding time. However, the breakfast was just so-so. I hope it will be improved by my next visit. Despite that minor issue, it is still a highly recommended place for a family getaway.
