Hilton Bandung

Our experience in this hotel was great, the facilities were clean, and the the staff were friendly (though the front desk lady told us walking about was unsafe and to take a taxi even to places a couple minutes walk away). The room itself was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The airconditioning and window view, were other great aspects. The pool was easy to access, and lots of fun to use! The hotel also has a great location, super close to the bus station, as well as the Paskar 23 shopping mall, and the Braga street market. Overall, I'd say that hotel hits most of the birds with it's great location, and clean and comfortable facilities. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for a convenient stay.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Hilton Bandung. The property is well maintained, the facilities are excellent, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere, and the pool, gym, and kids’ facilities make it a great choice for families. The service is good overall, but there is still room to elevate it to a true five-star luxury experience. Greater attention to detail, more proactive service, and warmer, more personalized interactions would make guests feel even more valued. Small touches—especially for families with children, such as anticipating guests’ needs and offering extra care—can make a lasting impression. The F&B experience was very good, with a nice selection and quality of food. Breakfast offered a wide variety of local and international options, and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel’s location is another major advantage, being just a few minutes from Bandung Train Station and conveniently close to many of the city’s attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. Overall, Hilton Bandung offers excellent value, quality facilities, and a comfortable stay. With a few refinements to the service experience and attention to detail, it has all the ingredients to deliver a truly outstanding five-star hospitality experience. I would happily recommend it, especially for families visiting Bandung.

Been stayed here since they opened in 2009. And the Hilton standard is still there. Crabtree & Evelyn are the big plus. Room size is their best. Homy rooms ! For me, Hilton is still the best hotel in Bandung. A small touch as a gift for Hilton Honors which is truly appreciated. Thank you !

Location is perfect, can walk to paskal 23 in 5 mins. Room spacious, love it here. But the pool is too cold for kids

I had another wonderful stay at Hilton Bandung. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day out. The hotel is consistently well-maintained, and the housekeeping standards are excellent. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious local and international options. As a Hilton Gold member, I always feel welcomed and appreciated, which makes each stay even more enjoyable. The staff were warm, attentive, and friendly throughout my visit, providing excellent service with a smile. Overall, Hilton Bandung continues to be one of my preferred hotels in Bandung, offering a comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and outstanding hospitality. I look forward to returning again.

It was our first visit to Bandung and we had a very pleasant stay here. The room is spacious and service is top notch! We had request for complimentary birthday set up via email and we’re so glad that they prepared a cake and mirror message. Breakfast buffet full of variety ranging from local indonesian food, western, chinese and live station. We will definitely stay here again if we ever visit Bandung in future!

i had a great stay at hilton bandung. the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. the room was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. the facilities were well maintained and enjoyable. i also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast, there was a wide variety of food, and everything tasted good. overall, a very pleasant experience. would definitely come back.
