"This hotel is connected to the same building /complex as the Hilton Hotel. However, the entrance is on the side, not at the front. I booked a river view room, but there was no river view. Still, you could see the river bridge and some buildings in the distance. However, I did like wooden table, although you needed cushions to make the chair more accessible. Only 1 english channel - GGTN. The receptionist(s) speak no English, but with translation function on your cell phone, there is no problem. A little bit noisy from the riverside expressway, but I was only there for two nights. There is McDonalds and other restaurants in same building of the hotel. The metro station is about 500 to 600 metres. The major attractions of Fuzhou are about 15 mins away with metro journey for 2 CNY. Convenient stores in the building (local brand) and 7-11 across the street. Major shopping mall is about 500 metres away. There are many paths near the riverside making it a great place to exercise and explore. A discount car used by DIDI to the airport will cost 100 CNY. Overall, the hotel location and price are desirable."

Located right by the Wulong River, the lobby has a delightful fresh scent, and the common areas are filled with lush greenery, creating a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The guest rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows that offer expansive river views, providing a bright and open feel. Whether you're here for leisure or a business stay, the overall environment is incredibly comfortable.
The hotel's hygiene standards are exceptionally satisfying, with attention to detail evident everywhere. Every corner of the guest rooms is immaculately clean. The bedding is crisp white and fluffy, bathroom mirrors are spotless without water marks, and the floor drains are odor-free. Even tabletops and sofa crevices are perfectly tidied. Public areas like the gym and heated pool are continuously cleaned, with dry floors free of clutter, so you don't have to worry about cleanliness during your entire stay.
The complete and high-end facilities, coupled with thoughtful and meticulous service, make for an absolutely perfect experience. The WiFi signal is excellent. The 24-hour gym, the heated river-view pool, and both the Chinese and Western restaurants are all top-notch. The staff are warm and courteous. Chad at the front desk handled my check-in efficiently and quickly, and proactively introduced the hotel's services. Any requests made to housekeeping were promptly addressed. Warm touches are present everywhere, truly living up to its five-star reputation. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Fuzhou.

After taking two babies to unlock Songji fog on the weekend, the 2-day and 1-night trip was just right. The overall experience exceeded expectations. It was a treasure place for parents and children hidden in the mountains. It is worth recommending sincerely!
Let me talk about the distance first. It is indeed Lushan Road. You need to focus on driving. Novices can hold it if you drive slowly. The mountain scenery along the way is stacked and the mountain wind is slowly driving into the mountains and forests. On the contrary, it is a little more comfortable. It is completely acceptable to walk once. The air here is really fresh, moist and pure, full of natural breath of grass and soil, no alarm clock is needed to wake up in the morning, the ears are full of crisp birdsong, mixed with the soft cute cry of ”sheep scorpion”, like living in the original ecological small pasture, the healing feeling is instantly full, All the fatigue was blown away.
Accommodation must focus on avoiding pits for parents and children! Some room types are small, 2 large and 2 small stays will be particularly cramped, and it is not convenient to turn around. Be sure to book a room type with tatami in advance! We chose the right one this time. The tatami area is spacious and flat. The two babies roll, build blocks, and play with toys on it. They are completely released. The adults also have enough space for activities. The living is particularly comfortable. This is really important.
The most amazing thing in the park is the adventure park, the proper walking artifact! Rope net crossing, climbing facilities, fun slides are all available, safety protection is particularly in place, the staff is also very patient, will carefully guide the children, my baby played crazy here for an entire afternoon, the whole process does not need adults to follow, completely free hands, Adults can finally rest at ease, this joy who understands!
The atmosphere of the coffee house is also superb. The log wind decoration is matched with warm lighting. Sit down and have a cup of freshly ground coffee. It is comfortable and decompressed with the mountain wind. The only small regret is that there are too few choices to eat. There are simple drinks and snacks. I hope to add more snacks and simple meals. Meet the dining needs of parents and families.
There are also two small suggestions, I hope to optimize it: First, the picking project is under the mountain, it is more troublesome to run back and forth, if you can arrange a small picking garden on the mountain, so that children can experience the fun of picking at any time, it is more convenient; Second, if you can increase fishing projects, and then support a farmhouse, so that everyone can eat fresh fish and authentic local chickens and ducks, feel the happiness of mountain food, and the experience will definitely go to the next level.
In general, Songji fog is really suitable for parent-child travel, the rhythm is soothing and not rushing, can let the child immerse in nature, release vitality, 2 days and 1 night trip just right, both have fun and not too tired. Looking forward to the follow-up optimization of catering and supporting projects, next time you must bring the baby two brushes, and then feel the relaxation of this mountain!

GGuest UserA hotel definitely worth a second visit! We were proactively upgraded to a river view room, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the river. The bathtub was generously sized, and they even provided a complimentary bath sachet, making for a very comfortable soak. The bedding was exceptional, perfectly balanced between soft and firm, which was ideal for my back. Complimentary drinking water was a refreshing touch, especially welcome in the summer heat. The service was impeccable. We ordered takeout and realized we didn't have crab crackers; a staff member promptly brought them to our room. The doorman was incredibly warm and attentive, always there to open and close doors, and assist with luggage – truly professional service. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including many authentic Fuzhou local specialties like Guobian (rice cake soup), Banmian (mixed noodles), Youtiao (fried dough sticks), Xiasu (shrimp fritters), and Rouyan (meat swallows), perfect for visitors to experience local cuisine. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is open for all three meals, offering set menus that are excellent value for money. Just across the street from the hotel, you'll find the riverside, a lovely spot for a relaxing stroll. A 10-minute walk to the right will take you to Rongqiao Bund No. 1, an excellent evening destination offering food, river views, and live music. Public transport is convenient, with bus route 79 nearby and the Jinxiang Road Metro Station just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The hotel is located next to Jinshan Bridge, and popular attractions like Yantai Mountain, Shangxiahang Historical and Cultural Block, Sanfang Qixiang (Three Lanes and Seven Alleys), and Suning Plaza are all just a convenient 10-15 minute taxi ride away. Food delivery services are readily available to the hotel, with options for either self-pickup in the lobby or convenient robot delivery to your room. For shopping at Aegean Sea Mall or Cangshan Wanda Plaza, a taxi is the most convenient option, costing around 10 RMB. The hotel's brand positioning is perfectly aligned with its excellent hardware facilities and high-quality service!

GGuest UserThe hotel is super close to the metro station, which is a huge plus. The private hot spring, however, is located off-site. Thankfully, the hotel provides a shuttle service, and a big shoutout to the friendly Xiao Zhang who drove us back and forth multiple times. The only minor hiccup was finding an old eyelash in the private hot spring tub from a previous guest, but luckily, they provide disposable bath liners.

GGuest User1. There are many room types. If you book early, you will have more choices. I made a late reservation and only booked the large room for 3 nights. It was very comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide view, and a very large space. In the next few days, we can only book a small room. Although it is small, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is also very good. What we can see is the trees in the garden, which is particularly artistic. If you book in advance, you can contact the store owner to ask about a larger room or a room with a better view. The one I know of that has the best view in a large room is the Black Swan 305. I wish everyone good luck in booking a satisfactory room.
2. Their B&B has several buildings. I stayed in Building 3 of Black Swan, which is a villa. It is really good. The lobby is spacious and has a table tennis table, a pool table, and a mahjong table. There is also an oversized dining table in the lobby on the first floor, which can be used for family gatherings with many people.
3. Hygiene: clean. The cleaning lady was very nice. We lost the original charger for our mobile phone and she was busy helping us find it. Thanks auntie.
4. Service: Very good. The store owner and a handsome young man are very nice and enthusiastic, and helped us coordinate the room.
5. The geographical location is not directly on the sea, so you need to drive to the seaside. The B&B is located in the county town, which is very convenient. Big downside was that there were people smoking in the 'no smoking' toilets on the ground floor. Worst still the lift had a cigarette smell and we spotted people smoking in a supposedly 'no smoking' room on the 8th floor! We notified the front desk about the smoking in the room and contrary to their statement on their website of a non smoking policy hotel we were advised that some rooms allowed for smokers albeit being on the same floor as or 'non smoking' room and our understanding of a 'non smoking' floor as well..

In the hot spring area, they proactively guided us and explained all the facilities. GGuest UserThe invincible sea view and beautiful environment were amazing. Traveling during the off-peak season meant fewer people, making the experience excellent. There was a minor hiccup though: the first room had some equipment issues due to the strong sea breeze and humidity. However, the front desk resolved it by moving me to a better room. On the downside, the front desk phone rang for a long time without anyone answering; usually, I had to call room service for things like water or children's slippers, and they answered much faster. Overall, all the hotel staff seemed rather indifferent, with no smiles, and their responses to requests were just standard. The advertised special activities, like the sea-view train, archery, dry-land curling, and the small boats in the garden, were nowhere to be found. It's a large garden hotel, and I didn't explore much beyond the beach. My overall impression was just average. However, just before checking out, a manager from the Fuzhou Haiyingwan Baixiang Hotel Guest Relations Department handled a problem with outstanding enthusiasm and excellent service. That was the only time I felt truly served and valued. A special shout-out to her!
