The hotel's overall environment is elegant and grand, with public areas and outdoor spaces meticulously maintained and beautiful. The cleanliness is exceptional, with well-lit guest rooms, and spotless floors, wash areas, and storage spaces, truly upholding high hygiene standards. The room amenities are comprehensive, offering everything needed for both work and relaxation, and the quality of the hardware is outstanding and very convenient to use. The staff showed high professionalism and provided meticulous and appropriate service. The front desk was responsive, handling inquiries and assistance efficiently and reliably, with patient and thorough service throughout. Overall, the environment, cleanliness, facilities, and service are all impeccable. It's an excellent accommodation choice in the Cangshan area, highly recommended.

After taking two babies to unlock Songji fog on the weekend, the 2-day and 1-night trip was just right. The overall experience exceeded expectations. It was a treasure place for parents and children hidden in the mountains. It is worth recommending sincerely! Let me talk about the distance first. It is indeed Lushan Road. You need to focus on driving. Novices can hold it if you drive slowly. The mountain scenery along the way is stacked and the mountain wind is slowly driving into the mountains and forests. On the contrary, it is a little more comfortable. It is completely acceptable to walk once. The air here is really fresh, moist and pure, full of natural breath of grass and soil, no alarm clock is needed to wake up in the morning, the ears are full of crisp birdsong, mixed with the soft cute cry of ”sheep scorpion”, like living in the original ecological small pasture, the healing feeling is instantly full, All the fatigue was blown away. Accommodation must focus on avoiding pits for parents and children! Some room types are small, 2 large and 2 small stays will be particularly cramped, and it is not convenient to turn around. Be sure to book a room type with tatami in advance! We chose the right one this time. The tatami area is spacious and flat. The two babies roll, build blocks, and play with toys on it. They are completely released. The adults also have enough space for activities. The living is particularly comfortable. This is really important. A hotel definitely worth a second visit! We were proactively upgraded to a river view room, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the river. The bathtub was generously sized, and they even provided a complimentary bath sachet, making for a very comfortable soak. The bedding was exceptional, perfectly balanced between soft and firm, which was ideal for my back. Complimentary drinking water was a refreshing touch, especially welcome in the summer heat. The service was impeccable. We ordered takeout and realized we didn't have crab crackers; a staff member promptly brought them to our room. The doorman was incredibly warm and attentive, always there to open and close doors, and assist with luggage – truly professional service. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including many authentic Fuzhou local specialties like Guobian (rice cake soup), Banmian (mixed noodles), Youtiao (fried dough sticks), Xiasu (shrimp fritters), and Rouyan (meat swallows), perfect for visitors to experience local cuisine. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is open for all three meals, offering set menus that are excellent value for money. Just across the street from the hotel, you'll find the riverside, a lovely spot for a relaxing stroll. A 10-minute walk to the right will take you to Rongqiao Bund No. 1, an excellent evening destination offering food, river views, and live music. Public transport is convenient, with bus route 79 nearby and the Jinxiang Road Metro Station just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The hotel is located next to Jinshan Bridge, and popular attractions like Yantai Mountain, Shangxiahang Historical and Cultural Block, Sanfang Qixiang (Three Lanes and Seven Alleys), and Suning Plaza are all just a convenient 10-15 minute taxi ride away. Food delivery services are readily available to the hotel, with options for either self-pickup in the lobby or convenient robot delivery to your room. For shopping at Aegean Sea Mall or Cangshan Wanda Plaza, a taxi is the most convenient option, costing around 10 RMB. The hotel's brand positioning is perfectly aligned with its excellent hardware facilities and high-quality service!

The service was absolutely fantastic. We arrived at the hotel around 6 AM because we could only get a red-eye flight. Since it was a holiday (May Day) and there was a digital conference next door, the hotel was fully booked, so we couldn't check in immediately. The handsome guy at the front desk patiently explained the situation. He processed our check-in, stored our luggage, and assured us that as soon as a room became available after a guest checked out and it was cleaned, they would reserve it for us and notify us promptly. He also offered to have our luggage moved to the room, so we could go out and explore and come back directly to a ready room. Before 10 AM, we received a call from the hotel informing us of our room number and that we could check in. After exploring Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, we returned to the hotel around 11 AM. Upon entering, we realized it was a king-size bed room, but we had booked a twin room. We called the front desk, and the lady there said it might be a system error as their records showed a king-size room. However, she didn't try to evade responsibility and immediately said she would check and get back to us. A few minutes later, she called back to say they had already assigned us a new room. For our convenience, they specifically arranged for a room right next door and sent an employee to deliver the new key cards and help us move our luggage. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely professional and efficient.

The hotel is very new, the environment is relatively quiet, and it is far away from various attractions. The service is not bad, the breakfast is a bit low, and the attitude of the aunt who cooked the noodles for breakfast is not very good, but you should check carefully when booking this hotel. The room was small but exquisitely designed. The outdoor hot spring area and pools were incredibly photogenic! The water jets also created a fantastic 'wave' effect. My only suggestion is that the outdoor lights at night need to stay on for several times longer than they currently do; that definitely needs adjusting! The hotel restaurant's food was also excellent. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards. It's a hot spring hotel worth recommending!

Although it is small, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is also very good. What we can see is the trees in the garden, which is particularly artistic. If you book in advance, you can contact the store owner to ask about a larger room or a room with a better view. The one I know of that has the best view in a large room is the Black Swan 305. I wish everyone good luck in booking a satisfactory room. 2. Their B&B has several buildings. I stayed in Building 3 of Black Swan, which is a villa. It is really good. The lobby is spacious and has a table tennis table, a pool table, and a mahjong table. There is also an oversized dining table in the lobby on the first floor, which can be used for family gatherings with many people. 3. Hygiene: clean. The cleaning lady was very nice. We lost the original charger for our mobile phone and she was busy helping us find it. Thanks auntie. 4. Service: Very good. The store owner and a handsome young man are very nice and enthusiastic, and helped us coordinate the room. 5. The geographical location is not directly on the sea, so you need to drive to the seaside. The B&B is located in the county town, which is very convenient. It's very convenient to order takeout and take a taxi. It's also close to Pingtan Station. The B&B is located in the middle of the attraction line, so it is very convenient to travel on the northern or southern route.

Excellent breakfast and service. Big downside was that there were people smoking in the 'no smoking' toilets on the ground floor. Worst still the lift had a cigarette smell and we spotted people smoking in a supposedly 'no smoking' room on the 8th floor! We notified the front desk about the smoking in the room and contrary to their statement on their website of a non smoking policy hotel we were advised that some rooms allowed for smokers albeit being on the same floor as or 'non smoking' room and our understanding of a 'non smoking' floor as well..

My experience was absolutely top-notch! The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was captivated by its warm yet grand decor. The hotel staff (or ”cheese service” which is an interesting literal translation, usually it's just 'staff' or 'service') were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. Check-in was quick and seamless, and they thoughtfully detailed all the hotel's facilities, which immediately boosted my impression. The bedding was soft and comfortable, significantly improving my sleep quality. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel boasted excellent entertainment facilities. The location is also superb, being close to the airport makes getting around super convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a hotel, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip!

The hot spring water is so smooth, my skin felt amazing after a soak! ✅ Super attentive service: They were incredibly responsive to every request. ✅ Incredibly photogenic: The hotel has such a great design; every corner is a photo opportunity. Definitely the perfect choice to escape the city hustle and bustle and recharge. Go for it!
