Tina at the front desk was attentive and helpful without being intrusive, making my stay feel relaxed and comfortable. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I genuinely recommend it to everyone.

After a careful selection, I booked this hillside hotel, and the actual experience far exceeded my expectations. It's away from the main road, so you don't hear the constant honking of cars, and the environment is very peaceful, perfect for unwinding and relaxing by yourself. The surrounding old alleyways are full of local charm, with breakfast stalls and specialty snack shops everywhere. There were plenty of food options for a solo traveler, and the prices were very reasonable. The paths inside the courtyard are clean and tidy, with lush greenery everywhere. I'd often sit on a bench, soak up the sun, look through the photos I'd taken along the way, and slowly immerse myself in the old city's pace of life. The guest rooms offer great privacy, with secure locks, and they were spotless and odor-free. It was exceptionally quiet at night, making me feel very safe as a solo female traveler. The staff weren't overly chatty and didn't initiate conversations, but whenever I had a request, they immediately helped me out. Many of the small details they handled were incredibly thoughtful. It would be even better if the cafe had less of a 'Instagrammable' vibe; it really detracted from the overall ambiance.

Accommodation must focus on avoiding pits for parents and children! Some room types are small, 2 large and 2 small stays will be particularly cramped, and it is not convenient to turn around. Be sure to book a room type with tatami in advance! We chose the right one this time. The tatami area is spacious and flat. The two babies roll, build blocks, and play with toys on it. A hotel definitely worth a second visit! We were proactively upgraded to a river view room, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the river. The bathtub was generously sized, and they even provided a complimentary bath sachet, making for a very comfortable soak. The bedding was exceptional, perfectly balanced between soft and firm, which was ideal for my back. Complimentary drinking water was a refreshing touch, especially welcome in the summer heat. The service was impeccable. We ordered takeout and realized we didn't have crab crackers; a staff member promptly brought them to our room. The doorman was incredibly warm and attentive, always there to open and close doors, and assist with luggage – truly professional service. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including many authentic Fuzhou local specialties like Guobian (rice cake soup), Banmian (mixed noodles), Youtiao (fried dough sticks), Xiasu (shrimp fritters), and Rouyan (meat swallows), perfect for visitors to experience local cuisine. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is open for all three meals, offering set menus that are excellent value for money. Just across the street from the hotel, you'll find the riverside, a lovely spot for a relaxing stroll. A 10-minute walk to the right will take you to Rongqiao Bund No. 1, an excellent evening destination offering food, river views, and live music. Public transport is convenient, with bus route 79 nearby and the Jinxiang Road Metro Station just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The hotel is located next to Jinshan Bridge, and popular attractions like Yantai Mountain, Shangxiahang Historical and Cultural Block, Sanfang Qixiang (Three Lanes and Seven Alleys), and Suning Plaza are all just a convenient 10-15 minute taxi ride away. Food delivery services are readily available to the hotel, with options for either self-pickup in the lobby or convenient robot delivery to your room. For shopping at Aegean Sea Mall or Cangshan Wanda Plaza, a taxi is the most convenient option, costing around 10 RMB. The hotel's brand positioning is perfectly aligned with its excellent hardware facilities and high-quality service!

The room was small but exquisitely designed. The outdoor hot spring area and pools were incredibly photogenic! The water jets also created a fantastic 'wave' effect. My only suggestion is that the outdoor lights at night need to stay on for several times longer than they currently do; that definitely needs adjusting! We lost the original charger for our mobile phone and she was busy helping us find it. Thanks auntie. 4. Service: Very good. The store owner and a handsome young man are very nice and enthusiastic, and helped us coordinate the room. 5. The geographical location is not directly on the sea, so you need to drive to the seaside. The B&B is located in the county town, which is very convenient. Areas like the Kids' Play Center, reading room, and public restrooms were spotless, which many hotels fail to achieve. The overall experience was good. I do have a few suggestions: the dining options could be improved. I tried two buffets, and the variety was quite limited, especially at the main building's breakfast restaurant. It felt a bit out of sync with the hotel's positioning, and the taste was just average. I had intended to go to the Chinese restaurant, but perhaps I was too early; when I asked the server if I could order à la carte instead of just the set menu, there was no response (maybe it wasn't their working hours yet), which was a bit disappointing. Also, I'm not sure if it's due to the off-season, but for energy-saving reasons, the air conditioning usage was distinctly zoned, with some areas being well-cooled and others barely at all. Furthermore, the hotel lacked background music and a fragrance system. For a beachfront resort and business hotel, missing these elements made it feel a bit less upscale. As someone who used to work in the industry, some aspects are understandable, while other issues could be avoided and improved upon. Overall, I was very satisfied, and my child had a great time! The hotel industry is tough; keep up the great work!

Excellent breakfast and service. Big downside was that there were people smoking in the 'no smoking' toilets on the ground floor. Worst still the lift had a cigarette smell and we spotted people smoking in a supposedly 'no smoking' room on the 8th floor! We notified the front desk about the smoking in the room and contrary to their statement on their website of a non smoking policy hotel we were advised that some rooms allowed for smokers albeit being on the same floor as or 'non smoking' room and our understanding of a 'non smoking' floor as well..

This is hands down the best hot spring hotel I've stayed at all year! I regret not coming sooner! ✅ Private hot spring perfection: The room comes with its own hot spring tub, so you can soak whenever you want with ultimate privacy. The hot spring water is so smooth, my skin felt amazing after a soak! ✅ Super attentive service: They were incredibly responsive to every request. ✅ Incredibly photogenic: The hotel has such a great design; every corner is a photo opportunity. Definitely the perfect choice to escape the city hustle and bustle and recharge. Go for it!
