"Our stay was absolutely fantastic, on par with the excellent service we've come to expect from Shangri-La hotels in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Annie arranged our room inspection, and Jade called us a day in advance to ask about our needs, ensuring everything was perfectly prepared. As there were two adults and one child, we were delighted to find three sets of slippers and toiletries in our room – a really thoughtful touch. The welcome fruit and the nostalgic three-ring olives were a pleasant surprise. Peri provided a quick check-out and follow-up experience, making the entire stay very enjoyable. Even the housekeeping staff we met in the corridors were incredibly warm and genuine, always greeting us and exchanging pleasantries. When we requested an extra duvet, room service delivered it within just two minutes. The staff at the Horizon Club, especially a gentleman in a dark suit and a lady we met at breakfast, were exceptionally professional. The concierge team was also wonderful, always coming forward to open the car door for us whenever we arrived or departed. Our two-day stay at Shangri-La Fuzhou was simply perfect! Many thanks to the management team and all the service staff."

"This hotel is probably one of the older five-star establishments in the area. Its location by West Lake is fantastic, and it's also a short walk to Sanfang Qixiang, which makes it very convenient. The hotel facilities are as expected – clean and comfortable. We booked a lake-view room and the scenery outside the window was absolutely beautiful and delightful. The next morning, I even took my family for a walk in the park, all very convenient. I also want to commend the hotel's additional services, which I think deserve a special shout-out. First, the mini-bar: arriving at the hotel hot and tired, grabbing a cold drink from the room was pure bliss! Second, the '活力早餐包' (vibrant breakfast bag) in the morning: it's easy to carry and perfectly satisfied our basic breakfast needs. Third, the airport transfer service: booking was easy, the driver arrived early, and the vehicle was a brand-new, comfortable business van. The overall experience was top-notch! Details like these really build a brand, and I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Fuzhou."

It is adjacent to the Daming Food Street with Fuzhou characteristics. The surrounding shops are rugged and the environment is superior. You can easily go to the pedestrian street in Three Lanes and Seven Alleys and the central shopping malls, which have everything, such as Ocean Department Store, Oriental Department Store, Ocean Crystal Classic Haagen Dazs, KFC, Starbucks, Haidilao, Pizza Hut, Sino Swiss Film City, etc. Fuzhou's characteristic snack "Taste in the middle" is downstairs, you can taste the local authentic snacks in Fuzhou; It is close to Yangqiao Road and Wusi Road, the prosperous, economically active and influential commercial and political center of Fujian.Atour Hotel in Sanfang Qixiang, Fuzhou has comfortable rooms at all levels of consumption, which can meet the needs of different customers. "I've stayed at many Atour Hotels before (Jingdezhen, Qingdao, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Shaoxing, Yangzhou...). The executive room at this Fuzhou Atour is the largest I've encountered in a city-center Atour. The room size is surprisingly generous, and the shower area is spacious and unconfining. You can even catch a glimpse of the Dongbai Center. It's just a few hundred meters walk from the subway station, and right next to Sanfang Qixiang and several shopping malls. Zhu Fugui Ji Hai Cui Jiang Tang Mo are also very close by. Upon check-out, they even gave me Fuzhou's special olives. However, there are also some drawbacks. Firstly, while the room is large, the decor is dated. Built in 2018, it's almost 10 years old now. There were even tape repair marks on the desk, which is quite unlike the Atour I remember. Surprisingly, the executive room doesn't have a mini-fridge. I know Jiumu doesn't include drinks, but previous rooms of the same configuration had a mini-fridge, just without tea or cola – this one has absolutely no mini-fridge. Noise insulation is also a common issue with all Atour hotels; if someone talks in the middle of the night or a nearby door opens, it will disturb your sleep. If you prioritize convenience for travel, aren't too particular about the newness of the room, and are a deep sleeper not easily disturbed, then this place is highly recommended for its great value for money. However, if you're a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing your own earplugs and eye mask."

"I booked two nights at the InterContinental at a great price since the peak season was over. The room was quite spacious and the facilities were decent. It's only about two kilometers from Sanfang Qixiang, and there are many good restaurants nearby. Most of the front desk staff were warm and provided excellent service (there was one slightly overweight male front desk agent who flat-out denied my request to borrow a computer to fill out a form, even though housekeeping on the phone said it was possible and another female front desk agent also confirmed I could use one from the lobby). Xiao Cheng from housekeeping was truly wonderful; she always met my requests with a smile. The young staff in the lobby were also very friendly and showed no impatience during the hour I spent filling out my form. The only minor downside was on the second morning when the cleaner knocked and called several times asking if I wanted service, even though the 'Do Not Disturb' sign was clearly on the door. I had also mentioned earlier that I would call if I needed cleaning. I eventually got quite frustrated. Aside from this small flaw, everything else was excellent! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Fuzhou!"

Our host, Jojo, replied promptly to our questions and even gave the children snacks and souvenirs when we checked out — a thoughtful touch. The shared laundry room was a real plus, with an efficient, powerful washer and dryer. Breakfast buffet had a good spread. Quality was a little below some comparable hotels, but still acceptable. "Staying at the Hilton Fuzhou Sanfang was an extremely satisfying experience. The Sky Lobby on the 40th floor has a sophisticated ambiance, and the check-in process was smooth, with staff who were gentle and attentive. I stayed in a river-view room, which was spacious and well-maintained. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views of the Min River; as dusk fell and the city lights came on, the nighttime atmosphere was absolutely captivating. The bedding was just right, neither too soft nor too firm, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The bathroom was equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, and the toiletries were of high quality. The breakfast on the 39th floor offered a wide variety of choices, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes, including local Fuzhou specialties. The high-altitude dining experience was excellent. The heated infinity pool on the 41st floor provided breathtaking views, and the gym was well-equipped, making for a very comfortable place to relax. "Staying at Sanbao Mansion in Fuzhou was an absolutely amazing experience! It's right next to the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and shopping, yet the courtyard itself is remarkably peaceful. The entire building is a non-heritage Fujianese-style ancient structure, with iconic saddle-shaped firewalls and swallowtail eaves that are particularly charming. The ancient grey plaster sculptures on the walls are intricately detailed, and you can see non-heritage wood and stone carvings everywhere. The six courtyards, with their small bridges and flowing water, are incredibly photogenic for traditional Chinese-style pictures. The room was clean and comfortable, and the butler thoughtfully delivered a complimentary sweet soup in the evening. Breakfast included local snacks, allowing for an immersive experience of Fuzhou's ancient house heritage. You absolutely must stay here when you visit Fuzhou!"

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and the room smelled delicious. All toiletries, including the bath towels, were disposable, so they were safe to use. Any needs were met, including a pick-up and drop-off service, and you could rent an electric scooter. When the owner picked us up at the station, he offered us milk tea after we'd missed our meals. During the May Day holiday, he gathered everyone for a barbecue and chat, and his hands were practically spitting out sparks from the skewers he was skewering. The only downside was being woken one morning by the sound of firecrackers outside. 😂

Booked this hotel for a friend visiting Fuzhou and they were super happy with it! My friend said the soundproofing was amazing (yyds), allowing them to rest completely undisturbed. The water, electricity, and internet were all very stable, and there was a constant supply of hot water for showering. The hotel environment is elegant, and the staff provide attentive service. It's perfect whether you're traveling or just staying for a short period.

I stayed at the Shuxiang Wenru Jintang Suite with my parents and children over the weekend, and the experience exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located in the ancient residences of Wenrufang, within the Sanfang Qixiang historic area. The ancient-style courtyard is serene and elegant, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The Jintang hot spring bath was just right for our family to relax in, perfect for older guests. Downstairs is the Wenru Jiuhou restaurant, which is also a Ctrip Food Global Platinum restaurant. The Minnan (Fujian) cuisine is authentic and exquisite, with signature dishes like Buddha Jumps Over the Wall tasting genuinely traditional. Everyone, young and old, can find something they love to eat. The staff were attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast was rich and varied. They were all very kind. With dining and accommodation all in one place, there's no need to rush around, and exploring Sanfang Qixiang is also incredibly convenient. Every day, when you open the curtains, you're greeted by the clear blue sea, which is incredibly satisfying. **Facilities**: Very complete. There's even a charging point for the electric scooter we rented. **Cleanliness**: Clean and tidy. They even provide face towels, and the toilet is sterilized. **Environment**: Facing the sea, with a warm and vibrant floral view. **Service**: Everyone is enthusiastic, and shuttle service is available.

The hotel is not far from the subway, with Line 1 directly reaching Fuzhou Station and Fuzhou South Station, and it's also quite close to Sanfang Qixiang (Three Lanes and Seven Alleys), which is super convenient. We booked a 1.5-meter queen room, and the front desk directly upgraded us to a 1.8-meter king room – absolutely fantastic!

Pros: 1. The location is excellent, very close to the scenic area. It's super convenient for dining and shopping. There's also a Sanfu and a 7-Eleven downstairs, and Cotti Coffee from the first floor can be delivered directly to your room. 2. The front desk staff's service attitude was great; they pretty much fulfilled every request and even agreed to upgrade our room type. Although it was a less desirable 'end room,' it was acceptable. When we needed disposable chopsticks, cups, etc., they brought them up without hesitation, and extra blankets were provided free of charge. 3. The room's overall cleanliness was good. The bedding was clean, with no stains or hair. The showerhead in the bathroom also had no water marks or limescale. Thumbs up! Cons: 1. The hotel seems to have been open for quite a while; the linens are pretty old, which made me a bit hesitant to use them. There were large oil stains on the table surface; I tried to wipe them off, but they wouldn't budge, which was a bit off-putting. I hope they can add a tablecloth to cover it. 2. Please remember to disinfect the sink in the restroom; it had a strong odor. 3. The message board needs to be cleaned; there were pencil shavings as soon as I opened it. 4. Disposable items like the toothbrush were quite poor. The toothpaste and toothbrush were surprisingly separate, and the toothbrush was very uncomfortable to use—too big and too hard. 5. The pillows were average, and there were no special sleep pillows or buckwheat pillows available.

Initially, I thought it was just an average hotel, nothing spectacular. However, the service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. Check-in was fast and efficient. When they heard we were tourists, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. After completing the check-in process, the front desk manager personally escorted us to the guest room elevators, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Upon entering the room, there was a plate of welcome fruit on the table. Taking a bite, it was sweet to the taste and warmed my heart. When I requested a few extra bottles of water, a robot promptly delivered them. Throughout the hallways, lobby, and restaurant, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. Before check-out, Ms. He at the front desk kindly asked if our stay was satisfactory and offered us several bottles of mineral water, suggesting we take them for our journey due to the hot weather. You could truly feel their genuine care. From check-in to check-out, I consistently experienced the warmth of the staff. Although I hadn't heard of this hotel before, after staying here, I genuinely felt that staying at a Junlan Hotel gives you a wonderful sense of home!

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the mattress was really comfortable – it felt like a zero-pressure mattress. As someone with high standards for sleep, I fell asleep instantly. The service was also excellent; I left my melatonin behind, and they called me right away to let me know.
