YYangbinbinLocated on the hilltop next to the windmill restaurant, dining is super convenient. Down the hill, there's the popular Fairy Tale Town for some great photo ops. The butler created a group chat in advance and even reported the 'Blue Tears' (bioluminescent plankton) locations daily; their service was incredibly enthusiastic. We also received complimentary drinks and desserts in the afternoon. It would be even better if the breakfast selection had more variety. The large pool is fantastic for photos! When the hot water stopped working on the first day, it was promptly fixed. Overall, the service is very detailed and thoughtful, and the room cleanliness is up to par. There are quite a few rooms, and the design is very creative. Highly recommended!

The room was spotlessly clean, well-lit, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was good, allowing for a peaceful rest. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and handled check-in very efficiently. The common areas were tidy, facilities well-maintained, and the overall environment was quiet and elegant. It offers great value for money, suitable for both leisure and business trips. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

MMinnieZhangBooked a family connecting room, which was indeed a connecting room. The overall room size was quite spacious, and the view was excellent with no obstructions. The surrounding area felt a bit messy and unkempt when going out at night. The hotel's Chinese restaurant offered good dinner options and had a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast had a wide variety, including local specialties. The only thing was the 'mian xian hu' (rice vermicelli paste) seemed to have some herbal additives, which I wasn't used to, but everything else was great.

GGuest UserThe room was absolutely stunning! The moment I opened the door, I knew the ocean view was worth every penny. You can definitely get some amazing photos right from your room. It's clear the owner has a great eye for design. The amenities in the room were also very comprehensive – even a Dyson hairdryer and facial tissues in the bathroom, which shows real attention to detail. We drove here, and parking was super convenient and free. The butler's service attitude was excellent too. And breakfast was quite tasty. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Pingtan!

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied! The hotel's location is super convenient, and it's spotlessly clean, including the tidy rooms. I especially loved the mini-fridge stocked with a great variety of drinks and snacks. The swimming pool is fantastic – definitely a big thumbs up! The breakfast spread is impressive, with both Chinese and Western options, plus local specialties like Laohua. There's a wide variety, and the quality is high; I particularly enjoyed their delicious yogurt. The afternoon tea with Fujianese characteristics was also excellent, absolutely amazing! Overall, the staff are highly professional, and the hotel's location is ideal for exploring attractions by subway or taxi. Being right next to Taihe Plaza, there are tons of authentic local eateries that we absolutely loved. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends, and if I ever come back to Fuzhou, I'll be staying at the Pullman again.

PPiaoyi-888The room was small but exquisitely designed. The outdoor hot spring area and pools were incredibly photogenic! The water jets also created a fantastic 'wave' effect. My only suggestion is that the outdoor lights at night need to stay on for several times longer than they currently do; that definitely needs adjusting! The hotel restaurant's food was also excellent. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards. It's a hot spring hotel worth recommending!

SShifeifuyaThe service was exceptional, from the hot spring area to the hotel breakfast. All the staff were very friendly. In the hot spring area, they proactively guided us and explained all the facilities. The aunties at the breakfast stations were also very responsive and down-to-earth, always ready to help with requests. We bought a bag of Yongtai dried plums at the entrance, which were quite tasty. Overall, a great experience!
