Upon check-in, we received complimentary executive afternoon tea, and the front desk promptly activated our access to the executive lounge, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping was excellent; after requesting extra water on the first day, they restocked it perfectly the next. The room was always clean and tidy, with all amenities readily available. Breakfast offered a good variety of both Chinese and Western options. On our last day, we were granted a late check-out until 2 PM and even received a complimentary lunch.
