Its white walls and black tiles, combined with exquisitely carved beams and painted pillars, perfectly embody the elegance of traditional Chinese aesthetics. Staying here feels like a journey back in time, with tranquil courtyards and attentive service, offering a truly wonderful and immersive cultural experience! The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping were all incredibly warm and thoughtful, truly commendable 👍. Our entire family unanimously loved it! 👍

To be honest, I've always had some preconceived notions about homestays, but this one genuinely changed my mind. The overall environment is really good, and the service is absolutely fantastic. They lend out sand-digging tools, can tell you where to find 'blue tears' (bioluminescent plankton), and even notify you about daily tide times. The best part is, they offer a free photo shoot and give you three photos, and they're genuinely beautiful (much better than what you'd get from a random street photographer). There's also a pool, but it was too cold to go in that day. They have plenty of parent-child activities too; my child made fridge magnets and painted pictures to take home. It was a very enjoyable experience!

It is comfortable and decompressed with the mountain wind. The only small regret is that there are too few choices to eat. There are simple drinks and snacks. I hope to add more snacks and simple meals. Meet the dining needs of parents and families. There are also two small suggestions, I hope to optimize it: First, the picking project is under the mountain, it is more troublesome to run back and forth, if you can arrange a small picking garden on the mountain, so that children can experience the fun of picking at any time, it is more convenient; Second, if you can increase fishing projects, and then support a farmhouse, so that everyone can eat fresh fish and authentic local chickens and ducks, feel the happiness of mountain food, and the experience will definitely go to the next level. The room was absolutely stunning! The moment I opened the door, I knew the ocean view was worth every penny. You can definitely get some amazing photos right from your room. It's clear the owner has a great eye for design. The amenities in the room were also very comprehensive – even a Dyson hairdryer and facial tissues in the bathroom, which shows real attention to detail. We drove here, and parking was super convenient and free. The butler's service attitude was excellent too. And breakfast was quite tasty. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Pingtan!

I checked into Bernar today. The room rates looked really appealing right after the May Day holiday, so I decided to give it a try! However, promotion is one thing, and the actual experience is another. Let me share the pros and cons. Pros: 1. The front desk service was quite proactive. Before I even arrived, they called to ask for my estimated arrival time. During check-in, they informed me of all the important details and even offered a free room upgrade. While it was an upgrade, I didn't notice anything particularly special about the room size or decor. 2. Parking was convenient. There were plenty of public parking spots right outside, probably because it's the off-season, so it wasn't crowded at all. Cons: 1. The room felt a bit compact. There was no dedicated wardrobe, and the hot water from the sink faucet was incredibly slow, taking about 20 seconds to come out – quite amusing, actually! 2. Breakfast was rather simple. They offered 3-5 hot dishes, fresh noodles, juice, peanut soup, some slightly stale bread and cakes, and mostly egg-based items like braised eggs, boiled eggs, and fried eggs. Honestly, nothing else was particularly noteworthy. Overall, breakfast was pretty average. 3. Soundproofing wasn't great. I could easily hear what the couple next door was up to – a bit awkward, to say the least!

The best part was the small courtyard; enjoying the sea breeze and tea in the evening was simply wonderful! 🌊 Amazing Location: Just a few minutes' walk to the beach, so you don't have to get up early to watch the sunrise; you can stroll there in flip-flops. Watching for the bioluminescent plankton is also hassle-free; the location recommended by the receptionist was spot-on, and we actually saw it—it was definitely worth the trip! 🍜 Delicious Food: All the restaurants recommended by the receptionist were delicious, and none were disappointing. 👏 Friendly and Excellent Service: The receptionist was incredibly approachable and responded promptly to any requests via WeChat. I'll definitely come back! In short, if you're looking for a comfortable place to stay in Pingtan that's close to the sea and has a friendly atmosphere, this is the place to go!

🌊 Great Service and Beach Location, But a Few Things to Know! We had a mixed but overall good experience here, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. The Positives & The Room ✨ The service here is genuinely good! We originally booked a standard Twin room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Family room. The upgraded room was absolutely awesome—very big, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Even though the hotel building itself feels a little bit old and dated, the spacious room really made up for it. Location & Beach 🏖️ The hotel is located right by the sea, which is beautiful. There are a few cafes right on the beach, though keep in mind their menus are quite limited. Also, unless you are visiting during the peak hot summer season, you won't be able to swim in the ocean because of the weather. The Downsides: Pool & Noise 🚧 Since we couldn't swim in the sea, we were hoping to use the pool, but unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed. I highly recommend contacting the hotel to check if the pool is operating before you book! The biggest issue during our stay, however, was the noise. There was active construction going on, and they were constantly fixing the roof next door. It was quite noisy and definitely disrupted the peaceful beach vibe. Bottom Line: A great beachfront location with excellent service and spacious rooms, but definitely double-check the pool and construction status before your trip! It's a benchmark for budget hotels; the rooms are clean with no strange smells, and the facilities are all new, complete, and easy to use. The location is also very convenient. Highly recommended!
