It's easy to get to the wharf by taxi or car. The hotel offers free parking, but charging stations for electric vehicles are a bit limited. There's a watermelon stand right next to the parking lot, which was really convenient for buying watermelons on the way back. It's a bit far to Nansha Island; even driving without traffic takes about half an hour. However, it's close to restaurants in the city center, so I'm satisfied."

"Every year during the off-season, I spend a few days in Putuo, and I've stayed at several hotels on the island. Xilai Zhizhu Hangshe is definitely one of the best. The location is excellent, the facilities are great, the hygiene is satisfactory, and the service is also very good. Besides the high room rate, there's hardly anything to fault. Especially the Yuanzhi Yuanwei restaurant downstairs – it was a pleasant surprise! I used to avoid 'influencer' spots, but after eating there twice, I was very impressed.
