Traveling with a baby meant we had a lot of luggage, but a staff member was there even in the middle of the night to help us with our bags and bring them all the way to our room. Throughout our stay, anything we needed was delivered promptly. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, always greeting our baby. The complimentary travel photoshoot at the end was also fantastic; we ended up keeping almost all the original photos!"

"I have paid attention to this hotel before. It is located on Changzhi Island, Zhoushan. The air is fresh. The hotel is close to the sea and there is an artificial lake nearby. It is relatively quiet after 9 o'clock in the evening. The surrounding supporting facilities are also relatively complete. There is a pedestrian street downstairs, which is fully equipped for shopping, eating and walking. It is a great choice for people who don't like downtown areas. The room type is located on the high floor. When the weather is clear, the scenery of the island can be seen. I like the floor-to-ceiling window design. The overall design is elegant and new Chinese style. The furnishings reveal a touch of Zen. The hotel lobby is also very clean and beautiful. The check-in experience is good and comfortable. I am impressed by Xiao Zhu at the front desk. He patiently reminds me of precautions and responds to other needs as soon as possible. I will continue to choose Rose Garden next time I come to Zhoushan [Rose][Rose]"

"Upon arrival, the front desk warmly upgraded me to an executive room, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They even provided a fruit platter, and when I requested more water bottles, a robot promptly delivered them. As a hotel guest, the buffet dinner offered great value for money. The food was fresh, with a wide variety of freshly grilled and cooked items like seafood, steak, and prawns – absolutely fantastic! Breakfast also featured an impressive array of pastries, highlighting the hotel's excellent dining options. The hotel boasts a superb location, with Kaihong Shopping Mall and RT-Mart nearby, making shopping very convenient. It's also just a ten-minute drive to Wugong Temple Pier, making it an ideal stopover before heading to Putuoshan. I choose Hai Zhong Zhou every year when I visit Putuoshan!"

"I mainly came to Putuoshan to worship, so I chose a restaurant with a relatively high cost-performance ratio. Surprisingly, the service and facilities were quite good. The front desk service was excellent! The equipment was also quite new. However, the soundproofing was terrible; if you're sensitive to noise, be sure to bring earplugs. The breakfast was average."

Zhoushan Putuo Maison New Century Hotel

"The hotel's location is great, right next to Seaview Times Square, and Kaihong Shanshan Tiandi is also quite close, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. The front desk staff were exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, and because I'm not used to soft beds, the housekeeping staff even helped flip the mattress. Parking was also quite convenient. Overall, it was excellent, five-star rating!"
