GGuest UserThe room is really beautiful, with no blind spots and sea view rooms. The whole house is smart. The water curtain flower room restaurant is also very beautiful. You can dine at sunset and make great movies. The dishes are also delicious and the ingredients are fresh. The most noteworthy thing is the service. They are responsive to every request. The child had a fever on the second day and they helped us prepare a fever-reducing patch. They also helped us cook white porridge for dinner. It's so thoughtful. I will choose this restaurant next time I go.

Mmocha04The front desk staff were really welcoming and patient. They even upgraded us to a suite! The room facilities were new, and the hygiene was excellent. Although the breakfast was simple, it was clean and filling. There's free parking right in front, and it's only about a five-minute walk to catch the boat. Overall, it was super convenient and comfortable. Last year, I stayed at the Ji Hotel, which was a tiny bit closer, but it wasn't well-maintained, the rooms weren't as spacious, and the breakfast was terrible. From now on, whenever I come to Mount Putuo, I'm definitely staying at Zhenting!

Shengsi is not big, so it only takes 20 minutes to drive to the pier, and 10 minutes to various scenic spots (Jihu Lake, Donghai Five Fishing Village... and 25 minutes to Qicai Reef to watch the sunset)
The hotel also has a restaurant with meals, but it is also very convenient to drive to the county town to eat seafood or to the Donghai Five Fish Village Seafood Street.
The hotel has a private beach (with a lot of sand and rocks), and there is also a beach on the Left Bank Road a short walk away. There are very few people there, so you can rent the entire beach for yourself. It is very convenient to bring your dog to play on the beach. The hotel itself is on the Left Bank Road, built on a cliff, so you can watch the sunrise directly from your room.
The sanitation service is very good. You can consult the housekeeper for any questions. It happened to be my birthday. The room was decorated with some atmosphere. Although the breakfast was not a buffet, it was very rich. They also made coffee for me, which was very comfortable.
This time we happened to encounter a force 10 gale and were unable to return on schedule. The housekeeper was very considerate and told us how to book the next ferry ticket and even brought some dog food for the dog.
The only drawback may be that there are too many steps. We originally booked Building 4, which has an elevator in the lobby. Because of the water pipe problem in Building 4, we upgraded to Building 6 before moving in. Although Building 6 has the highest view and the best view, it is indeed the farthest building and has too many steps, which is not very friendly to the elderly. My dog originally had a ligament injury and it was a bit difficult to go up and down the stairs with my arms held the whole time. It is more suitable for young people to stay in. The view is also very good as it is a single-family building and quiet.

CCACTUSThere are comments about various problems with environmental sanitation services. As for my personal stay this time: When checking in, the front desk receptionist spoke softly and gently, and was very polite throughout the whole process.
After checking in, another handsome guy showed the way and introduced the unmanned supermarket next to it, which was convenient for self-service purchase of snacks and drinks.
Room hygiene: Very clean and tidy. The items were also neatly organized. There was a very retro letter on the desk.
Because I came here for business and didn’t have time to eat breakfast, I didn’t have a choice, so I didn’t comment.
Room service: There was nothing to clean. The auntie who hung the do not disturb also asked if I wanted to add drinking water when I went out. She was warm and thoughtful.
The check-out procedure was very fast. I forgot the room card in the room and just told the front desk and left. I received the refunded deposit in one minute.
I was very satisfied with this stay and will choose Xin Huaqiao next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel's environment was fantastic: our balcony offered expansive sea views, and the garden was absolutely stunning. A small gate through the garden led straight to the beach. Since it was off-season, it wasn't crowded at all, which made for a very pleasant experience.
The service was excellent; the front desk, bellhops, and cleaning staff were all incredibly friendly.
The facilities were a bit dated, but for the price, the value for money was exceptional.
I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe waters around Zhoushan have been so blue lately! I booked this hotel for a friend because I've personally stayed here several times before. Its location is super convenient – just about a five-minute drive from the airport, and the Putuoshan ferry terminal is right across the street. It's also close to the beach. The hotel staff are consistently friendly and helpful. I truly hope they continue to maintain such high standards!

GGuest UserOverall, I was very satisfied with my stay at The Westin Zhoushan. Eden at the front desk was very efficient with check-in. The balcony faces Dongsha directly, so you can enjoy the sea view right from your bed, and the sunrise is beautiful on clear days. The bedding is comfortable, and there are both soft and firm pillow options. The shower has good water pressure, and hot water comes quickly. Soaking in the bathtub was very relaxing. The first round of the mini-bar is complimentary, and there's a drying rack on the balcony.
Indoor Pool: The water temperature is consistently around 28 degrees Celsius, so it's not cold for swimming, and the water is very clean.
Children's Facilities: The kids' club has a slide and an ocean ball pit with soft mats on the floor, which kept my child entertained for a while.
Breakfast: The freshly made seafood noodles are a signature dish, with a rich broth and plenty of ingredients; the Zhoushan wontons have thin wrappers and fragrant fillings. Fruits like watermelon and mango were replenished quickly. The egg station offers freshly made omelets, and the coffee is freshly ground. Breakfast until 10:30 AM is very accommodating for leisure guests.
Environment and Surroundings: The hotel has well-maintained gardens and neat lawns, perfect for an evening stroll. The back gate leads directly to Dongsha Beach; you can enter for free by scanning your ID, and it's just a two to three-minute walk. The sand is fine and soft, ideal for digging. Turning left out of the hotel, there's a street with food stalls within a few minutes' walk, making dining very convenient.
Parking: Free parking is available, and there are plenty of charging stations, making it EV-friendly.
Overall, the stay was hassle-free. The facilities are well-maintained, and the service is natural and attentive. Eden's service was efficient and thoughtful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Zhoushan.

The view from the balcony was truly beautiful, we ate at the Westin (they offer a breakfast and dinner buffet), they also have a vegetarian restaurant behind the main restaurant area. Definitely recommend this option for meals, the quality is great and the buffet is from 530pm - 9pm. Access buffet tickets through scanning the code, don’t let people trick you into buying tickets at higher prices, ask for the QR code/ mini program to buy meal vouchers. We were tricked into buying meal vouchers through the hotel as we arrived for a slightly higher price. Then soon learnt that you can buy them for cheaper on their mini program! Beach access - locals need to show ID and pay 10rmb. Although we had mostly cloudy days, the environment is very comfortable and the food from the Westin was delicious.
