"We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan. From the moment we arrived, everything felt comfortable, relaxing, and well taken care of. The hotel has a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect place for a short getaway. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the overall ambience and the opportunity to slow down and simply enjoy the surroundings. The staff were warm, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. We also appreciated the convenient location and the lovely facilities. Most importantly, it was the perfect setting for a memorable weekend getaway. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay and left feeling refreshed and happy. "We stayed at Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach for three nights during our honeymoon, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel was beautiful, peaceful, private, and very comfortable. We especially loved the stylish design, relaxing atmosphere, pool, beach, and delicious food. What made our stay even more special was the wonderful staff. They remembered us and always greeted us warmly, and we could genuinely feel how much they cared about their guests. After checking out, we realized that we had accidentally left a bag of souvenirs in the lobby. The staff kindly delivered it all the way to Four Points, where we had moved. We were deeply touched by their kindness and will never forget it.🥹 We were extremely satisfied with our stay. If we ever come back to Bintan, we would love to spend our entire stay at Hotel Indigo rather than staying anywhere else. We already miss this wonderful place and would definitely return. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special and memorable! One small suggestion would be to improve the hotel’s online photos and promotional content. Before our stay, we honestly didn’t have very high expectations based on the photos we saw online. However, when we arrived, we were amazed by how much more beautiful the hotel was in person. The atmosphere, design, pool, beach, and overall scenery were far more impressive than the photos could capture. We think the hotel deserves better photos and more video content that truly showcases how beautiful and special the property is. The actual hotel exceeded our expectations by far!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay at Mövenpick Bintan – Special Mention to Michelle! This was my first time visiting Bintan and also my first stay at Mövenpick Bintan, and honestly, choosing this resort was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The resort is huge, and since there is so much to explore within the property, they provide buggy services to bring guests around, which is really convenient. As Bintan doesn’t have a huge variety of attractions to explore outside the resort, we specifically wanted somewhere that could keep us entertained for 3 days and Mövenpick definitely delivered. We stayed while the resort is still under soft opening, so naturally there may be a few minor things that are still being fine-tuned. However, what impressed me the most was the service attitude of the entire team. Every staff member we met was professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. They always had a smile, proactively approached guests to check if we needed anything, and even took the time to have small conversations with us. I’m also a hotelier myself, so I can confidently say that the team here is doing a really great job, especially considering they are still in their soft-opening phase. A very special mention to Michelle, who assisted us during check-in. From the very beginning, Michelle was incredibly friendly and made sure we had a smooth and seamless experience throughout our stay. We did encounter a minor room issue during our stay, but she immediately followed up and made sure it was resolved as quickly as possible. What I appreciated even more was that she didn’t just solve the problem and walk away. Throughout our entire stay, she would proactively approach us and check whether everything was okay and whether we were enjoying our stay. That kind of genuine care really makes a difference. Michelle is honestly one of the best hotel staff we have ever encountered, and I truly hope the management recognises her efforts. She is definitely an asset to the resort. The Kids Club is huge, and our kids absolutely loved it! They even have a sleeping room and movie room for the little ones, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. The resort also has multiple swimming pools, including the ocean pool, kids’ pool and the pool at the beach club, so there’s always somewhere different to enjoy. I personally loved all the little details around the resort, especially the kids’ amenities. Even the shower amenities provided for children were so thoughtfully prepared. It’s these small touches that really show the resort has put a lot of thought into the family experience. We also absolutely loved the buffet breakfast. There was a great variety of choices, including plenty of pastries, desserts and even ice cream! One of my favourite touches was the kids’ corner, where children can actually get their own food. It may seem like a small thing, but it made breakfast more fun for our kids and was definitely a plus point for us as parents. Overall, despite still being in the soft-opening stage, we had a really wonderful 3 day stay at Mövenpick Bintan The combination of the beautiful and spacious resort, family-friendly facilities, thoughtful little details, great food and most importantly the genuinely warm service from the staff made our stay memorable. For our first trip to Bintan, I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better resort. If you’re looking for a place where you can simply stay in the resort, relax, enjoy the facilities and keep the kids entertained for a few days, Mövenpick Bintan is definitely worth considering. And Michelle thank you for taking such good care of us! You truly made our stay extra special. ❤️ We’ll definitely be back!"

"We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Banyan Tree Bintan to celebrate my birthday and Mother’s Day. While the resort itself is lovely—we especially enjoyed our seaview rainforest villa—it was the people who made our stay truly unforgettable. The service and hospitality were incredible. The staff went above and beyond, from enthusiastically helping my husband coordinate birthday surprises to providing exceptional service at every meal. We were consistently impressed by the team members who delivered and beautifully set up our room service, the housekeeping staff who kept our villa pristine, and the thoughtful team who surprised my son with a fantastic turndown treat. The genuine care shown by the staff is the primary reason I would return, and I truly hope the resort continues to value and foster such an amazing team. Regarding the amenities, while the resort does show its age, it didn’t detract from our experience. Our only suggestion would be to refresh the villa pools, as we encountered some issues with water clarity during our stay. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would certainly recommend the resort for its world-class service. Shout out to Winny (reception), Daus, Lilik, Darwis, and Hamid who made our stay (and my birthday and Mother's Day) truly magical! I also want to compliment the staff of all three restaurants: Treetop (they made my son his favorite orange and carrot juice every morning), Saffron, and Cove — food was great but service even better."

"At Nirwana Garden Resort, staff are friendly and genuinely nice. The beach is clean and clear waters that you can see fishes swimming around you… and watch sunset in the sea waters. Its windy and cool in the morning and evening. Food offered at good, esp the lamb shank stew. Also have nice spa - go for the Javanese massage! There are also 3 iguanas kept at the resort. We also went bowling and archery. At night we also went out for fireflies watching and kelong restaurant dinner."

"The room was spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the pool water was clean. It's very close to the sea, and the service was excellent. They offer childcare, and there's a free shuttle service from the pier to the hotel, as well as a free shuttle for shopping. When checking in, they ask for your departure ferry details, and upon check-out, they arrange your ferry tickets and provide transportation to the pier. There was an incident where guests upstairs mistakenly tried to enter my friend's room in the middle of the night and asked housekeeping to open it. The hotel immediately called the police and checked the surveillance footage after being informed."

"WonderI had such a great and memorable stay here! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted so warmly by the team. We were even given an early check-in at 11am, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our arrival so much more comfortable. We rented a scooter during our stay, and I found the rental very reasonable. We also kept requesting the buggy whenever needed, and the staff were always helpful and accommodating. The next day, we requested a late check-out until 1pm, which was arranged for IDR 200,000. We also had lunch here, and the food was excellent — definitely one of the highlights of our stay! We had a BBQ on our last night, and the food was absolutely amazing! Everything was delicious, and it was such a wonderful way to end our stay. We also went for another round of archery, and when we returned, something really wonderful happened. One of the reception staff, Rizal (if I remember his name correctly), had found my cousin’s wallet, which we didn't even realise she had lost! We were so grateful for his honesty and attentiveness. It really showed how caring and trustworthy the staff are. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay. The warm hospitality, helpful staff, great food and little touches throughout our visit made the experience even more special. Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of us. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again! ❤️"

"The staff here are really friendly, honestly, I find them much more chill than hotel staff in China. It's not a forced friendliness for good reviews, but genuinely kind. The location is excellent, close to the sea where you can see the stars. The pool is clean, and the hygiene is good; I didn't find any bugs or anything. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but the food is delicious, and breakfast is plentiful. The air conditioning works well. I think booking a room here automatically includes airport transfers and breakfast, which wasn't very clearly stated on the description page. Highly recommend!"

"Cleanliness of the rooms was okay. They had a bathtub but the water was either brown or green and it seems that the hot water supply is limited as it’s hard to fill a tub of hot water again once you’ve done it once. Also, you can only turn on the hot water from one source, then other water sources will be cold, which was quite inconvenient. There’s only one restaurant there so food options are limited. The nearest food area is a plaza that’s a 5-min Grab ride for about $5 or a 30-min walk that is bug infested. Plaza had many food options so that was good. The free breakfast was not very good. Bread and cakes are stale, and the food options are repeated and limited as well. We did try the private BBQ which seems to be pretty new for them, it was slightly expensive ($40) for the amount of food and variety provided but we tried it for the vibes. Staff there were very friendly and on task, and responded very quickly to requests which was good. Overall the room was big and spacious, while being quiet so we quite enjoyed that aspect. The stay was pleasant overall but there’s some room for improvement in terms of water source and food option."
