Natra Bintan, a Tribute Portfolio Resort

We really enjoyed our stay at Natra Resort. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming—we were always greeted with warm smiles, which made a big difference. The complimentary buffet breakfast was a great bonus. Food and spa services are on the pricier side, but the resort is fully self-contained, so you don’t really need to go elsewhere. Complimentary buggy services around the resort were very convenient, and they also offer activities, spa packages, and taxi services. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

Went during school holidays, the kids love the activities here! We booked the large room and they were in love with the large whirlpool too! Staff were helpful and very attentive to our needs! Will love to be back again!

I love the resort, the staffs, the breakfast and everything. We actually booked with other family friends for SG National Day getaway, but our kids were sick so we had to cancel our trip. We are glad that we booked again and our entire stay was marvellous, definitely recommend staying there. The tent rooms are spacious and the outdoor shower room was a whole new experience for us(It was really fun for my kids). The resort pool was super photogenic, we took quite some pictures there. I have to say a big thank you to the breakfast team, Ms Nazwan, Ms Naiya, Nelu and Ms Devi!!! They were amazing at entertaining kids especially Ms Devi and team surprised my toddler with a birthday cake(that’s why we had this impromptu trip to Bintan). Another thank you for Mr Ham who’s in charge of the kids entertainment. My elder girl had the chance to play (sry I forgot the instrument name) the music instrument, and Mr Ham was patiently guiding my girl how to play, she nailed it on the spot. (Proud mama🤭) after talking to Mr Ham, I’m very impressed with his thoughts to extend the kids entertainment activities in the resort, so that parents can get off ours hands for some personal relaxed time. Kudos to the staffs in Natra Bintan resort. Looking forward to our next stay here.

It’s our first time and definitely not the last. Everything was great from the buggy in, to the size of the very clean room, to the baby cot that was already provided in the room and room service. Only thing I’d suggest for improvement is the massage place is too near the restaurant and live bar. There was loud music when we went for our spa retreat and the music dampened the quietness and chill mood we wanted for the spa and massage. I would suggest to move it further away or install sound proofing walls for the tent. Other than that, quite a perfect stay. We didn’t have enough time to explore the activities centre as it was for kids aged 3 and above. One last thing, everything is chargeable for rent which I feel certain things could have been provided for less cost or free. Like bicycles to get around the very large lagoon or kick scooters. Their 2/3 wheelers were fully rented out and not cheap to rent too.

It is a nice child friendly resort. Quality of food I would say is above average but service speec could be improved. Activities at lagoon was fun! Room wise the whirlpool was abit dirty & I feel was not worth it, drainage in toilet was poor, shower area was often flooded.
