"We celebrated my wife’s birthday over the weekend. Their hospitality was amazing. They’ve upgraded our room and decorated it for the occasion. They’ll provide us with all the info they have and try to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. They will frequently check in with us on the food quality and how is the stay etc. We really appreciate their hospitality and services provided. There is quite a fair bit of food choices available at Port 19 (local and western). The food we have ordered are good and delicious. Despite the resort is at its soft opening, there is quite a fair bit of activities that you can do here. For example, there are pools, gym, fitness studio for yoga, bicycle riding, pool table, darts, kids' activities rooms and outdoor playgrounds. There will be more facilities opening up soon like the spa and beach clubhouse in the coming months."

"Had a really pleasant 3D2N stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan! 🌴✨ The service was great and everyone was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the balcony view — it was so beautiful during blue hour! 💙 The location is also really convenient, with plenty of food, drinks and activities around the Lagoi area. The gym was pretty good too, and we enjoyed the complimentary activities provided by the resort. Breakfast had a good variety and was delicious! Overall, I think this is one of the most value-for-money resorts in Bintan. Great service, nice facilities, beautiful views and a convenient location. Definitely a stay I’d recommend and wouldn’t mind coming back to! 🥰"

"We had an amazing time staying at this hotel,the ambiance was very relaxing. The beach was just few steps away from the hotel itself. The sand is white and really fine,perfect for strolling or just sitting down to watch the sunset. Hotel staffs are all polite and accommodating,especially at the breakfast buffet. Room was clean and homey. Complete with all cook wares. We prettty much had a great time!"

One of our favorite spots was the infinity pool overlooking the sea. The view during sunset was absolutely breathtaking, and the calm surroundings made it feel like a private paradise. We spent hours just relaxing by the pool, enjoying the ocean breeze and quiet atmosphere. The restaurants were also very good. The food was delicious, breakfast had plenty of variety, and the dining ambiance was warm and relaxing. Having dinner with the sea view and soft lighting created such a romantic mood for our celebration. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always attentive, which made the experience even more comfortable. The entire property was clean, beautifully maintained, and surprisingly quiet despite being such a famous landmark.
