"Check-in was easy and all the service staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite comfortable. The bed was the softest and most comfortable we've had across all our stays in Korea. Seating on the terrace was quite comfortable too. When I went downstairs to ask fo more water, the service was prompt, with a bag at my door by the time I was back at my room. The restaurant food was also quite tasty and reasonably priced for dinner and a wide selection for breakfast, with some options changing from day to day. The hotel also has an area where cars can easily drive up to the door, making taxi/uber services simple for pickup and dropoff. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's right across from Shilla Duty Free and just a short walk to Baojian Road. I had inquired beforehand and was told that two adults and one child couldn't stay in a double room, so I booked a family room. The hotel is relatively new overall, and the hygiene is good. Check-in was very fast. However, there were also many complaints. First, there was only one power outlet near the bed, hidden where you'd have to move the pillow to see it. This meant the plug and wire were right above my head when I slept... Also, the room wasn't big to begin with, but there wasn't a single hook. I didn't know where to hang clothes when showering or where to put used towels. There was also nowhere to hang clothes after washing them. The motion-sensor lights in the hallway are a good way to save electricity, but your room is small, and the sink is right in the hallway. So, while washing my face, the hallway light would suddenly go dim... And the fact that the swimming pool costs extra is... Ugh. Even though it's not much, I could accept it if it were an extra hundred tacked onto the room rate. But having a facility and then charging extra for it is very inconvenient. I even had to run back to my room to get cash. But to be fair, the pool is beautiful, and the water is very warm."

"Greeted by friendly hotel staffs upon arriving. It’s a decent hotel for the price paid. However it’s a little old and the carpet flooring seems to be quite dirty. The rest of the room is clean. Definitely worth mentioning is the shower water pressure and the automatic toilet bowl. They also changed towels daily and I think the sheets too. Sometimes they give me water sometimes they don’t. During winter, there will only be heater working - both room heater and floor heater. Would recommend staying for non-choosy travelers. Oh yes, carpark is a little small for the hotel, if return a little late, then probably have to park on non-designated slots."

"Our flight back from Jeju Island was early in the morning, so I booked the Lotte City Hotel near the airport. It's about a five or six-minute drive, and a taxi only cost around 20-25 RMB. Getting a taxi even at 5 AM was very convenient. The front desk staff were all very friendly. Downstairs, there's a Lotte Duty Free shop, though it doesn't have a huge selection. If you go out and turn right at the small intersection, there's an Olive Young, which is handy for restocking. The Shilla Duty Free is only about a ten-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants along the way."

"Well equipped studio apartment, with a nice sized balcony overlooking the sea. It was super clean, and the kitchenette had everything you need to make quick meals, ramen etc. it even had a rice cooker. The owners are so welcoming and greeted us with a nice smile and chat every time we came back to the hotel. The location is a little remote, with mainly hotels and accommodation, but there are a few restaurants (including an amazing Sushi restaurant in the same building) , convenience stores and bus stops on the doorstep."

"This hotel is right by the sea with unbeatable ocean views. It's also very close to the airport. However, getting to tourist attractions by public transport isn't very convenient, as you need to transfer. It's quite close to Qixing Street, though. The service was pretty good. My daughter got sick right after we arrived, and I asked the front desk staff for advice on the emergency room. Later, a local Chinese tour guide told me we picked the right hospital, so I'm very grateful to the front desk guy. The room we stayed in was nice, and hygiene was good. The only thing I couldn't understand is why there wasn't a single power outlet in the bathroom; I had to go outside to blow-dry my hair."

There are plenty of food and shopping options nearby, as well as a shuttle bus, but be sure to check the operating hours. The hotel lobby offers luggage storage, but you can only check in after 3 PM – that's an important point! The room size is decent, though the facilities are a bit old. Overall, it offers good value for money! They offer Chinese service at check-in and provide Olive Young discount coupons! Around the hotel, you can find local Jeju delicacies like black pork, fried chicken, pork backbone soup, and abalone porridge. However, don't expect too much from the taste; none of it was particularly outstanding. A barbecue meal for two usually costs over 300 (Korean Won/Chinese Yuan, please specify if you know). There are several Olive Young stores nearby where you can get immediate tax refunds, which is quite convenient! If you arrive at Jeju Airport on an early flight and don't know what to do, I suggest heading directly to Dongmun Market near the airport to kill some time. "It was a pleasant stay. We stayed for 4 nights in March so the weather was perfect. The area felt more like a resort-style where you can drive up to the specific block/area to room. We stayed on the last floor (3rd floor) and there were no elevators. We had a good view of the ocean from our balcony. Pros: - It was a very quiet place & it was very relaxing. If you’relooking for a place outside of the city, this was a good spot. - You could jog along the coast and it was not very crowded - Room was huge and had a lot o space - Distance to many spots are quite convenient with a car - Relatively clean - There’s a local grocery nearby (near Paik coffee), we only found out about this on our last night. Otherwise, there are many convenience stores around Cons: - On the last night, the aircon was leaking and unfortunately my luggage was right below the aircon so it got a little wet… - on the first night, the aircon wasn’t very cold. But since the weather outside was quite chilly, it was relatively still bearable - On the last few nights, the shower drain was clogged so it took some time for the water to drain out.. It was fine the first few nights"

"This property boasts five villas and one small suite. The owner is a handsome Korean gentleman who speaks excellent English, making communication a breeze. His wife, a beautiful ********* lady, also assists. **Location & Environment:** There's a 7-Eleven just a few minutes' walk from the villa. While it's about a 25-minute walk from Hamdeok Beach, and we once had to walk back when taxis were scarce (which was a manageable distance), a taxi is highly recommended due to the heat (fares are around 30 RMB). Each villa features a unique and very stylish design. **Facilities:** Each villa is well-appointed with large-screen TVs, smart bathrooms, independent AC control for both floors, and a fully equipped kitchen. **Service:** Service was exceptional; the staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to answer any questions. They even assisted us with calling taxis and ordering takeout. For instance, when we couldn't find a taxi after grocery shopping at the local market, the owner's wife remotely helped us hail one – truly outstanding service! Their takeout recommendations were spot on. The villa also features an on-site café, serving delicious and very affordable coffee (a latte costs just 17-18 RMB); we found ourselves ordering daily! And when we planned to use the BBQ grill, they thoughtfully provided mosquito coils. **Summary:** For anyone seeking a truly relaxing, resort-style escape, I highly recommend a two-day stay here. It offers a leisurely, comfortable experience that excels in every aspect."
