Maison Glad Jeju

This hotel feels like a 3-star property in terms of both hardware and software; everything looks pretty dated. The main advantage is its convenient location, as several duty-free shops are within walking distance. However, those duty-free shops are really difficult to browse and don't inspire any purchases. Can't they bring in some more fashionable brands? 😑😑

The room was small and a bit old, but clean, which is fine. Breakfast was decent. This hotel is clearly geared towards tourists, and its main strength is its excellent location. The gym costs 100 per session, which I found quite expensive. It does have many cable machines, though, and it was quite usable given it was peak tourist season.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. All the facilities were quite new, and the service was excellent! (^-^)👍

Excellent location, right next to Baojian Road, close to the airport and bus terminal, making it easy to sightsee during the day and shop at night. The room is spacious, and I highly recommend the breakfast. There's a great selection of local and Western dishes, and the mini-bread is especially fresh and delicious.

The location is extremely convenient, and the building is beautiful with no intrusive glass facades. The breakfast was delicious, but the downside is that the facilities are a bit old, and there's an extra charge for the pool.

The hotel is directly opposite the duty-free shop, making it very convenient for shopping and finding food nearby. The room was a bit small, but the service was good, with staff proactively helping with luggage and storage. Jeju Island is beautiful, but the only downside is that all the attractions are too far apart, which isn't very convenient for independent travelers.

Two adults and two children for a 6-night stay during our summer international trip for our 2-year-old's birthday. The location is fantastic, the room size is great, and the service is excellent – absolutely nothing to complain about. Right outside the hotel, you have duty-free shops, Haidilao, and the pedestrian street. All sorts of trendy spots are nearby, even a hospital. Hotel staff always greeted us with smiles when we came and went, and even played with our kids. When a taxi driver had trouble with the location, the lobby staff helped communicate in Korean. You can pay extra to use the pool on the 2nd floor; there were more lifeguards than guests, and designated resting areas. Both pools on the 2nd floor are heated, making them friendly for all age groups. We will definitely be back to this hotel!!!

The room floor was quite dirty and sticky to walk on. The bathroom mirror and crevices were also dirty. Everything had a charge, no complimentary water. The exterior environment was very nice, with large green spaces and woods. The pool was good, but it cost money to use, and parents with children had to be present and also pay. Even the lounge chairs had a fee, which was my biggest complaint. The location is excellent, right across from Shilla Duty Free, and there are many delicious restaurants and cosmetic shops nearby.
