Hotels with Bars in Jeju City

Staying here in Jeju is a breeze: it's only about 10 minutes from the airport, and the hotel even offers a free shuttle, so arriving at 17:55 isn't an issue at all. The basic rooms start at 65sqm with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering views of Hallasan, the city, and the jelly-like sea all at once. The high-floor sea views and nightscapes are much more impressive than many hotels in Jeju city center. The 4290sqm outdoor pool area on the 8th floor features an infinity pool, a jacuzzi, and a children's pool – soaking in warm water while watching the sunset is incredibly picturesque. The 38th-floor sky lounge and sky food hall offer stunning views of the city lights. Grand Kitchen has seven open kitchens serving brunch. You can find Changwon Black Pork and Hanwoo, Grand Hyatt Beijing Roast Duck, Sichuan Hotpot, and Monsan Japanese cuisine all within the building, so you could easily eat for two days without even leaving. The Grand Hyatt Jjimjilbang (Korean sauna) has red clay, cypress, ice, and salt rooms – it's incredibly relaxing to steam after a day of walking around before heading back to your room.

Our flight was canceled due to a typhoon, so after searching through all the hotels in Jeju, we booked this one for a two-night stay. Pros: Away from the city center, beachfront with ocean views, great for tide pooling, laundry room available, nice staff, small convenience store in the lobby, and the pool doesn't require kids to wear life vests (huge plus!). However, the breakfast was a letdown (wouldn't recommend the buffet), and the room was incredibly small.

The location is good, with a supermarket nearby and taxis are quick to respond. The front desk service is excellent, with staff who speak Chinese, and you can also add a Chinese butler on WeChat, though they only respond during the day. The room is spacious, bright, and clean, with international power outlets so no adapter is needed. The air conditioning requires a remote control, as the control panel doesn't work. The bathroom facilities aren't great; the toilet isn't smart and the flush is weak. The sink faucet is too short and close to the basin wall, making it hard to wash hands without splashing water everywhere (many bathrooms in Jeju have this issue). The bathtub also seems unstable and wobbles when you stand in it. Overall, it's a good hotel.

Jeju bus terminal stop-beware of the separate blue and green bus stop so you wont missed your bus. Naver map and Tmoney help your journey around Jeju. Mr. Peter, himself, messaged me first through trip.com about the time I will be there at their place, which I was hesitant to do that but luckily, he did and that was surprising. Also, he let me leave my luggage in advance. Staff speaks English well and hospitable. As soon as you check in, staff will provide the stuff you needed for your stay in the room plus the indoor slipper to switch with your outdoor shoes to be placed in the closet at the entrance. NO elevator but the girl staff offered to carry my luggage to the room. There is an area in the 2nd floor for dining—designated place to eat—with microwave, water dispenser, dishes and utensils, fridge and freezer, you can cook and wash your dishes. There is a small area designated for reading/relaxing in the 3rd floor, where the entrance to the rooftop(to watch Hallasan sunset and for 8pm projector movie night). 2nd floor for male guests while 3rd fl for females. Sleeping room(is really for sleeping, no room to stretch only in your bed—is very comfortable with one outlet and a lamp) is separate from the shower area with slippers(washbasin/sink and enclosed shower stalls-body wash & shampoo) from the toilet stalls and from the powder/mirror area with hairdryer. If you have a small to medium luggage, you can store it under the bunkbed. There are lockers in every room (a normal school backpack could fit). Walking distance to Yongduam Rock to Yeongyon Bridge to boardwalk for coastal walks—great cafes to watch waves & landing planes and local resto—to Jungang Shopping Street to Jungang Underground Mall to Dongmun Market. If you like mochi, next door of the Mir is delicious and affordable Jeju Mochi which is priced twice in the airport. Convenience stores (7-eleven next door), chicken&fries and local resto around the corner. Mr. Peter met him during the breakfast. He prepared the breakfast—egg sandwich which comes w/black coffee or orange juice. He is nice and approachable. The Mir Guesthouse’s is designed from the Yongduam Rock, it is cool, clean, and magnificent. Solo traveling is fun—meeting new faces, different nationalities, cultures, and witness the amazing nature’s wonder.

My first hostel in south Korea and i really enjoyed it! The host was very friendly and there were lots of amenities to use. A very nice location right next to the coastal path and airport.

This was our last night in Jeju Island. The room was very clean and tidy, and the underfloor heating made it very warm. The facilities were new, and the location was great, right next to a pedestrian street, perfect for a stroll. However, maybe because our stay was so short, I didn't find any unique little shops. There were plenty of BBQ and potato pork backbone soup restaurants though. Both check-in and check-out were very convenient. It's also very close to the airport; we actually walked there the next morning.

We booked a four person room, the room is not very big but enough for us to open our luggage. Good location near airport and convenient store.

EQ Stay was perfect for our stay in Jeju. We had hired a car and were travelling around the island and stopped in for a few nights. We had a private room which was ideal for a couple. The exterior was very cool with a little outdoor dining area/bbq setup. Two cute doggies to pat as well, big bonus. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would recommend.

The hotel where I stayed is close to the airport. The 711 at the door is very nice to take pictures. The window view is very good. Bathrobe facilities are complete. There is no service after 1 in the evening.

Housekeeping did a good job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. I also appreciated the availability of basic amenities, which added to the convenience. The hotel’s location was a definite plus, with easy access to nearby shops and dining options. While the facilities were fairly standard, everything was functional and well-kept. There’s still a bit of room for improvement in certain areas, but nothing that significantly impacted my stay. All in all, it was a decent experience, and I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a simple and comfortable place to stay.
