Padchang0. **Overall:** I'd rate this place an 8/10. It's priced similarly to the Grand Hyatt but is in a completely different league [chuckle]. Most of the guests here are Korean, including many locals, making it a very authentic resort hotel [thumbs up].
1. **Service:** From check-in, the front desk staff are all handsome guys and beautiful ladies. Their English is decent, and some also offer Chinese service. There's even a concierge service [you can add them on WeChat for instant Chinese communication] [blushing]. The staff genuinely put in effort to help you, and even if they can't always solve an issue, they're good at emotional support [adorable].
2. **Transportation:** The location is a bit out of the way (mainly because most guests are Korean and drive), so I highly recommend binding your Uber account in advance if you plan to stay here. Also, the nearest convenience store requires a drive, so make sure to stock up on water, drinks, and snacks before you arrive [smiling face]. I foolishly tried to Uber from the hotel to the CU convenience store and back. When I saw the estimated fare was over 8,000 Korean Won, I silently closed Uber again [facepalm].
3. **Pool:** The rooftop boasts an Instagram-famous infinity pool. The best time for photos is around 7 PM when the sun sets [selfie]. However, the water was quite dirty; after swimming, I noticed many indescribable things. I'd suggest just taking photos and checking it off your list [stoned]. The sauna is a bit small but usable. Both the pool and sauna/showers close at 8 PM, and they usually start aggressively ushering people out by 7:45 PM [crying with laughter].
4. **Dining:** There are no duds in the restaurant; you can order and pick anything blindly! The breakfast was quite satisfying. While it can't compare to Atlantis, it's only slightly inferior to the Shangri-La's offerings [peeking eyes]. I highly recommend The Stone restaurant on the 3rd floor. I took a bunch of photos but couldn't find it listed on review sites. Their set menu is actually a great deal, but you need to book it a day in advance. If you don't get a set menu, N people will be more than satisfied with N+1 dishes; the portions are quite generous [thumbs up].
5. **Accommodation:** Overall, I was happy with the room, but it was incredibly hot on the first night. The AC was on all night, and it was still hot [black question mark]. I pulled back the curtains and felt the glass – it was scorching [facepalm]! I don't know why this building absorbs so much heat but dissipates it so poorly, probably great for winter guests [frustrated]. Also, the large floor-to-ceiling window facing east doesn't have thick curtains, so you'll automatically wake up with the sun in the morning [facepalm]. The room is very spacious, and the shower and bath were excellent. It takes about an hour to fill the bathtub [sleeping face]. My personal tip is to fill it with hot water for 45 minutes, then add cold water for about 10 minutes, and it'll be perfect for a soak [sidelong glance].

soulz007For solo travelling, it is good enough.
The name of this hotel could be new. I can find Hotel Moon in Naver maps but it is not the same address.
The room is big and toilet & shower area are separated. Location is not the best but manageable.
Additional items like toothbrush or stuff needs to be paid.
Instructions on cleaning up the room is not informed and I was told that we need to deposit our card into a box only after they didnt clean up.
Overall, it is still clean and located on higher floor if requested. It is very near to the airport.

Guest UserThe sea-view room offered a great view, and they honored my request for a high floor. Although the hotel isn't large, it was quite clean during my stay! The rooftop view and pool were also nice, and the lobby sofas were super comfortable. Even though I arrived early and couldn't check in ahead of time, the resting area was pleasant. Early check-in was available for an extra fee.
Right across the street from the hotel is what's considered the most beautiful McDonald's in all of Korea – the view there is truly stunning! There are convenience stores on both sides; CU offers better value, but the staff service varied. The GS25 had a very friendly auntie working there, and the store was a bit larger.
However, the BBQ restaurant opposite the hotel was a bit of a rip-off. You buy the meat on one side and pay for grilling equipment on the other. They also offer things like beef bone soup and cold noodles, but they charge a service fee per person for the BBQ, so it ends up not being cheap at all! The meat texture was okay, but I personally feel Korean beef isn't as good as Wagyu.
The hotel isn't far from the airport, about 40-some units via Didi (ride-sharing). There are bus stops on both sides, but it takes a long time to get to the city center due to many stops, especially during peak hours.
Also, the Trip.com page mentioned Chinese-speaking staff, but during my four-night stay, I didn't see any! This was a bit misleading. And a heads-up: the cleaning staff will open your door to clean, so remember to use the security chain if you plan to sleep in!
Overall, the value for money is still good. You can walk along the coast for about 2 kilometers to Iho Tewoo Beach, or take a taxi for about ten-some yuan. The entire Iho area doesn't have too many domestic tourists; it's more popular with foreign holidaymakers, so it's not overcrowded!

This was our last night in Jeju Island. The room was very clean and tidy, and the underfloor heating made it very warm. The facilities were new, and the location was great, right next to a pedestrian street, perfect for a stroll. However, maybe because our stay was so short, I didn't find any unique little shops. There were plenty of BBQ and potato pork backbone soup restaurants though. Both check-in and check-out were very convenient. It's also very close to the airport; we actually walked there the next morning.

The cost is cheap, the bathroom is insufficient, and the sound insulation is not good. As a night stay in Hanyu Mountain, the location is convenient. There are supermarkets and supermarkets downstairs, and shopping is quite convenient.

We booked a quad room, and it offered fantastic value for money! The room was impeccably clean and very spacious. The shower and other facilities were excellent. The staff at the front desk, especially the gentleman, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Housekeeping also did a superb job, keeping everything spotless. There are microwaves available on the second and fourth floors, and purified water dispensers on every floor for guests to use – truly a gem of a hotel! I'll definitely choose New Jeju Hotel again on my next trip to Jeju Island and highly recommend it to my friends. Its location is super convenient; it's very close to various shopping centers like E-Mart and Daiso, as well as Baojian-ro, and a wide array of restaurants including fried chicken, Jajangmyeon, hairtail fish, Korean beef, and black pork. Plus, there are three or four convenience stores nearby. You'll truly feel at home here, and it's absolutely superb value for money! ^_^

HuihuixiaogaoRight downstairs is Hamdeok Beach. Even though the room isn't big, the view is absolutely unbeatable. On a clear day, the ocean view at Hamdeok is simply amazing! You can rinse your feet downstairs at the hotel or next door at Ebenezer. Late check-out is available until 1 PM for a fee of 20,000 Korean Won per hour.

Guest UserEQ Stay was perfect for our stay in Jeju.
We had hired a car and were travelling around the island and stopped in for a few nights.
We had a private room which was ideal for a couple.
The exterior was very cool with a little outdoor dining area/bbq setup.
Two cute doggies to pat as well, big bonus.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Would recommend.

kiki 1The hotel where I stayed is close to the airport. The 711 at the door is very nice to take pictures. The window view is very good. Bathrobe facilities are complete. There is no service after 1 in the evening.

Guest UserThis place is honestly not as bad as the reviews make it seem. The room is your average Korean hostel room (no curtains tho). The bathroom is a bit messy but overall not dirty. The location is very convenient if you are planning to explore the island by bus.
For the very little price paid, I would stay at this hostel again!
