"This older hotel still offers great service, and the breakfast quality is quite good, especially the Changsha rice noodles and freshly squeezed soy milk. The hotel is located right next to West Lake Park, which is very convenient for walks and runs. The park itself is lively with many people exercising and playing, and the scenery is lovely. "This is my second time here, and it holds unforgettable memories. Hidden from the hustle and bustle of Yuwan Wharf on Lushan South Road, the rooms are all on the second floor. Downstairs is the owner's Thai restaurant, Nuts, and a small, trendy swimming pool. Just a few dozen meters from the alley, the crowds surge. My favorite spot is the small platform outside the room, where my mom and I used to sit, eat, and chat, watching the persimmon, orange, and pomelo trees in the courtyard below. At night, the distant mountains are like dark eyebrows, vast and serene. Just like last year, I long to go back then, to take my mom to eat the egg pancakes and beef offal at the stall outside, to stroll along Lushan South Road, and to see Dongfanghong Square… Time, time, it leaves so many silhouettes, etched in our hearts along with our words; another year has passed, and the persimmons of yesteryear are ripe. Goodbye, our time, may it forever give us gentle strength."

A special shout-out to the concierge's quick response time – they were always instantly available.
