"The room and the Onsen were EXACTLY like those in the listing and were absolutely stunning! The breakfast was delicious and the range more than adequate. The location is good if you drive but is about 1km walk to Beppu Tower and a bit more from the night street. But I’d happily trade that for the spacious room and the wonderful sea and sunrise view."

"The hotel is conveniently located just to the left of the JR Station's East Exit, and its entrance features a beautifully designed Japanese garden. Guests are required to remove their shoes upon entering the hotel. The rooms are quite small, more like a studio apartment, and don't compare to typical onsen hotels. The rooftop onsen has both indoor and outdoor baths, and the relaxation area offers great street views through its large windows. However, there aren't many shower stalls, so you might have to wait during peak hours. There are also eight private onsen baths, each with a different style. I tried one, and while it was a bit small and enclosed, making it feel a little stuffy, it would be perfect for couples. The breakfast was excellent, primarily Japanese cuisine with a wide variety of delicious options. The location is super convenient, with buses right outside the station providing easy access to all the major attractions."

A modern Japanese inn whose guestrooms are all detached and feature their own hot spring baths; perfect for room-only accommodation during your vacation in Beppu
"Everything was perfect.
The location is perfect, right next to the Kawasaki bus stop. The Toyonokuni Expressway Bus makes traveling between Fukuoka Airport and Hakata Tenjin easy, much more convenient than taking the JR train.
There are quite a few restaurants nearby, including a large 7-Eleven across the street and a supermarket about 700 to 800 meters away.
The overall ambiance is classic Japanese, quiet and peaceful. The rooms are all single-family houses. Although the room we were assigned was slightly different from what I had seen when booking, with only a semi-open-air onsen, we were traveling with just my daughter and me, so one onsen was more than enough.
The staff was very friendly and provided detailed information.
The only downside was that there was a light-transmitting window above my bed, with no curtains, which caused me to wake up early every morning. However, this wasn't a big deal for me, so I give it a full rating. Highly recommended!"
