TRUE GO Hotel (Central Avenue Subway Station Baicheng Railway Station)

This stay truly exceeded all my expectations, so I absolutely have to write a detailed review! The front desk staff, both ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly warm and welcoming. From check-in, they were so patient, provided clear directions, and offered thoughtful service. No matter what question or request I had, they responded immediately and truly went above and beyond, making me feel incredibly cared for and comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, the environment was cozy, making for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The location is also excellent, very convenient for getting around. What touched me most and left the deepest impression was when my child suddenly fell ill during our stay; the hotel staff immediately and thoughtfully brought a thermometer and warm water, showing genuine care and responsibility throughout. As a parent traveling with a child, that moment was incredibly heartwarming and I was so grateful. I've stayed in so many hotels, but this is the first time I've proactively written such a long review. The service was so impressive – their attitude, attention to detail, and responsiveness were all impeccable. The entire check-in process was smooth and pleasant, leaving me feeling truly at ease and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to everyone! I will definitely choose to stay here first again next time I visit. A sincere thank you to all the staff for their dedicated service!

I stayed for 5 days. The location is great, very close to Harbin Station, the airport shuttle, Central Street, and Saint Sophia Cathedral. Super convenient! The service was excellent too. They upgraded us to a larger room, and the decor was very new. Our room came with a bath sponge, laundry detergent, razor, shower cap, amenity kit, body lotion, and nail file. Plus, all drinks and bottled water were complimentary. The small balcony had two cushions, which created a really nice atmosphere. It was fantastic!!!! I just forgot to take pictures.

The room was spacious and very clean, with a full set of complimentary toiletries. It was also very quiet, with good soundproofing. The location is excellent, just a few hundred meters' walk from Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral.

When I first arrived in the room, I really didn't want to leave a good review, it was just too small. But during peak season in Harbin, a price of over 400 yuan isn't expensive at all. It's about a ten-minute walk to Central Street, so the location is quite convenient. The front desk staff's service was truly excellent, very warm and attentive, every one of them was great. This positive review is entirely for the staff! If you're coming by car, I wouldn't recommend staying here. There's no public parking, and you have to drag your luggage from the mall parking lot to the hotel, which costs 60 yuan for one night. Oh, and one more thing, the bathroom was very good, with laundry detergent, a razor, and even toilet disinfectant. Thumbs up for that. For those traveling to Harbin without a car, this hotel is quite recommendable.
