Just a few small suggestions: * The bathtub/shower may not be very convenient for elderly guests. * The description says “lake view,” but I could not actually see the lake, which may be a little misleading. However, compared with the excellent service, these points are very minor. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality."

"Well, it's hard to describe. There's a construction site nearby that's very noisy at night, which is enough to make you not choose this hotel. Plus, they tried to get you to pay extra at the front desk, and even after communicating with Ctrip, they still insisted on adding more money. In the end, Ctrip had to use points to cover the extra cost. I don't know what they were thinking. Anyway, be careful when booking this hotel. Facilities: The toilet drainage is particularly bad. Cleanliness: No problem. Environment: Too noisy outside. Service: Average."

"The reception was excellent and the staff were wonderful. The Arabic coffee was amazing, but the smell of cooking and frying was everywhere, clinging to clothes, making incense useless. The bathrooms smelled of smoke. The furniture was old, and some things weren't clean, like the holder for the papers. I had to change the towels and bed linen as soon as I checked in because they weren't good, and the towels were dark from wear and tear. However, a great feature is that they provide everything in the bathroom: toothpaste, loofahs, etc. They really, really need to provide earplugs because of the street noise."
