Arrived at the hotel late, i found my room ready! The room is clean, the staff are friendly and I loved the room design. Good choice for families.

Overall, everything was excellent. However, the staff handover/communication needs improvement. When I visited the fitness center at night, there was no staff member at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes for a towel—even though I had already informed the fitness staff earlier that morning.

Excellent staff — very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. We arrived well before check-in, and the team kindly arranged an early room, which was greatly appreciated. I can’t thank the staff at check-in, the restaurant, and room service enough for their hospitality, kindness, and respect. The room was large, clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable king bed, plenty of power outlets, quiet and efficient air-conditioning, and good amenities. The buffet breakfast was very good, with daily variety, fresh juices, an omelette station cooked to order, a good bread selection, and decent machine coffee. Location as with 15 to 20 minutes from all attractions and malls. Ubers and Bolt was ready available. Sky bridge was walkable during cold but would be a challenge during the hot season. Down points: • Premium room was expected to be on a higher floor, but the room faced the roof line with no view. • Shower head would not stay in position and kept sliding down. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service, with only minor room issues.

Mr. Salman from the reception desk greeted me. He was very respectful and professional, and he upgraded my reservation to a king room on the 12th floor with ease. They also provided a pillow menu for me to choose from, which was a unique idea! The breakfast was varied and delicious. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back, God willing.

The location is fantastic. It's a one-minute walk to the Line 1 subway station and a three-minute walk to Lulu Supermarket, making both commuting and shopping incredibly convenient. Breakfast leans towards Western and South Asian styles. While there's a good variety of food, there's a lot of repetition, which can get a bit boring if you're staying for an extended period and eat it multiple times. The hotel facilities are quite new, but a minor drawback is that the TV isn't a smart TV, so you can't cast from your phone. The pool on the 10th floor is quite small, really only suitable for kids.

Facilities: The rooftop pool and gym are highlights of the property, offering great views and a chance to relax. Vibe: It has a very chic, lifestyle-focused atmosphere that is perfect for both business travelers and couples. The only downside: The only thing to be aware of is that there aren’t many shops or convenience stores within immediate walking distance of the hotel entrance. If you need snacks, pharmacy items, or a quick retail fix, you’ll likely need to take a short Uber or drive to one of the nearby malls or commercial strips. Verdict: Despite the lack of immediate shops nearby, the quality of the hotel and the service make it a 5-star stay for me. I would definitely stay here again, just with a little more preparation for my personal supplies!

The hotel is new and the environment is great! However, the service was just average. I had to call five times to get cutlery delivered to my room, and it only arrived two hours later. The front desk phone (00966114459500, then press 2 as prompted) was unreachable for two days straight when I had an urgent matter. It would just ring and then automatically hang up.

The room was a bit small, but for the price, it was acceptable. Breakfast was delivered to the room due to Ramadan, and the portions were generous. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. However, there were visible stains on the pillows, and I broke out in a rash the next day. The design of the bathroom faucet is a bit flawed, as water tends to splash everywhere.

The environment and hygiene of the hotels I stayed in in Riyadh were pretty good. It was just that I was not given the room type I booked after I checked in. I had to communicate with the hotel and Ctrip for two days before changing to a room. . . Breakfast is also ok, the location is not far from the attractions, overall OK

The hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.
