I highly recommend this hotel, which was just renovated in 2025, so all the facilities are brand new. The appliances in the room are all familiar Chinese brands, which felt very welcoming. A special highlight is that the power outlets are universal, so you don't need an adapter when traveling to Riyadh for business or leisure, which is incredibly convenient. The owner, Vincent, is super warm and chatty. As a first-time visitor to Riyadh, he gave me a lot of valuable local tips and help, making me feel like I'd met an old friend. The location is excellent; it's a short walk to a large commercial complex, making shopping and entertainment very convenient. What surprised me most was the hotel's food—it was the biggest comfort for my 'Chinese stomach' after being on long business trips. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I will definitely choose this place again next time I come to Riyadh.

For the price of USD100 per night including Arabic daily breakfast sending to your room is definitely value for money. Apartment style living that can accommodate two adults in a big spacious room. Conveniently located near Granada Mall and with lots of eateries outlets to choose from. For daily housekeeping service, they do not automatically clean and change your bedding and toiletries, tell them in advance if you need the services or just top-up on anything whenever you need it, no question ask.

The room is clean and good, Egyptian staff are collaborative and respected, breakfast is less than normal.

Great hotel, great location, great staff. To be honest the staff were very catering, I even checked out later than I was allowed to which I really appreciate from them and they let me leave my luggage in the hotel when I was leaving for a short while, would definitely recommend.

The hotel is located in a residential area, and the surrounding environment is average. There is no toilet paper in the hotel, and you must rinse it with water after putting on the queen size. There are no towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. in the room, so you must bring these toiletries yourself. The room is equipped with a microwave and kettle. There is a small convenience store next to it where you can buy food and supplies, including instant noodles.

Overall the room and experience was pretty good - big room, with washing machine, microwave and various other things. There wasn't much service, but I want really looking for any, just a place to stay. There wasn't much in the immediate area, but it seems you need to drive/everywhere in Riyadh anyways, so it's pretty centrally located thinking about that. A weird smell initially in the bathroom upon arrival, but that seemed to dissipate... Overall a pretty good option if you get a good deal!

Its so loud the AC , room is under reparation, somehow its dirty, TV didn’t work, all window handle is no function to broke , its pity that they make so low maintenance. But bell boy is helpful since front office mostly talk while working or telephone not really pay attention to the guest. I saw near area many shops and Mall but faraway from center.

A key point to note: traveling from the hotel into central Riyadh costs an additional 40-60 SAR each way on ride-hailing apps. This significantly adds to your trip's cost and inconvenience. If you need a spacious suite-style room and don’t mind the remote location or lack of dining options, the hotel offers reasonable value. A decent choice for travelers seeking spacious accommodations with kitchen facilities, but not ideal for those reliant on public transport or expecting on-site dining.
