"I have had a few dining experiences at the restaurant on M Floor during breakfasts and dinners in a few occasions. I find the service there overall is good, however, with one exception that I would say that I encountered some discomfort at the egg frying section at breakfast time, at which I have to repeatedly asked for the same service I'd prefer and NOT the way they are used to. I thought I had to explain the same old over and over again when I showed people with high level of respect at all times which I find not nice and necessary in those incidents."

"I did not know that the room did not have a window in the living room 105 . The view from the bedroom was the fire stairs, which was quite shocking. However, the cleanliness of the room was very good, and the receptionist was really nice. On the other hand, the location and other aspects were very good. The service is quite slow when requested late at night, but quick during the day. Overall, it is a good hotel, and I recommend it."

"The location is great and the underground parking is spacious, which is a plus. The hotel is new, so it's very clean. The room was also large and clean, but almost unnecessarily spacious.
