During our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine. 

All facilities are very good, the sanitary environment is very comfortable, the view is very good, and the night view is beautiful. There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.

Overall, everything was excellent. However, the staff handover/communication needs improvement. When I visited the fitness center at night, there was no staff member at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes for a towel—even though I had already informed the fitness staff earlier that morning.

Not super central, but everything was easy to reach with Uber Overall a very good choice for a fair price

We were just staying overnight as we had a long layover for our flight but the accommodation was perfect for our needs. We'd initially planned to take advantage of the gym and pool but in the end we were too tired so didn't even look at them. The receptionist sorted out our room quickly and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - more a small suite, with a kitchen-diner-lounge, and separate shower room and large bedroom. Two small bottles of water were provided, so I could make tea without touching the brown water in the taps. We ordered food from Deliveroo - which took ages to arrive but filled the hole. And I was able to log on to my Netflix on the large TV in the lounge to watch a film before bed. The bed was very comfortable and even with the air con switched off the room was a pleasant temperature all night. We were woken at 4am by the call to prayer, which was a very musical if rather earlier than we intended to wake up. Good shower and ordered breakfast, which was delivered to the room. Breakfast was great, and very substantial only thing missing was some fresh coffee (tea was provided) but I expect that would have been included if I'd thought to ask for it. All in all great value for a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at Liora Boutique for one night, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. Check-in & Reception: Unfortunately, my arrival experience was disappointing. I arrived at 4:15 PM, when check-in should have been straightforward. The hotel uses a system where the room access code is sent via SMS, but I did not receive it until after 5:00 PM, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. Although I expressed my concern to the receptionist, the situation was greatly improved by the kindness and professionalism of the staff supervisor, an Egyptian lady, who kindly assisted me in accessing my room while I was waiting for the code. Thank you to her for the excellent customer service. Another issue was that the receptionist spent most of the time talking on his mobile phone. In my opinion, guests standing at the reception desk should always receive full attention before personal phone conversations. This is a basic principle of customer service. Room: The room was clean and well-maintained. While I didn’t feel that the flooring design matched the atmosphere of a boutique hotel, the overall décor was pleasant. I also appreciated the coffee machine, the large TV, the comfortable room size, and the well-designed bathroom. Location: The location is one of the hotel’s strengths. It is situated in the northern part of Riyadh and is only about 11 minutes from King Khalid International Airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers. Overall: The hotel has good potential thanks to its clean rooms, convenient location, and some thoughtful in-room amenities. However, the check-in process and front desk service need significant improvement to provide guests with the smooth experience they expect.

The hotel is old, and the hot water is unstable – it's either cold or scalding. The rooms aren't soundproof either. Breakfast was very mediocre. It felt like a hotel priced for Indian customers. I won't be coming back; it really tarnishes the Holiday Inn name.

The hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.

The hotel's location is convenient for those who want to shop at the malls on Olaya Street or visit Al Habib Hospital. The room's design is elegant, and the colors are soothing, as are the underground parking facilities. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel… However, perfection is only for God. We did not receive cooperation from the reception staff (Khaled) upon arrival: there was a delay in check-in because he was explaining the hotel facilities to another guest. When it was our turn to check in, he didn't provide any of the explanations he gave the other guest. Additionally, I arrived at 4 PM in the afternoon, and he didn't offer me a late check-out for the next day, insisting on 12 PM or asking me to follow up with reception the next day. The next day, check-out was extended to 1:30 PM in the hot summer weather, with no further comments from them. Personally, I would not want to stay here again because an inanimate object would have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with than a human.
