The hotel is good but old, totally unclean, the staff is very unprofessional and not friendly some of them are rude, it took an age to respond to 0 call or not even didn't, then they either don't do the request or bring it in a wrong way :) I can say the location is fabulous the brand name is good but the service and people are tooo below the average.. one of the team said we are focusing on the wedding and conferences hall. Apparently, the workers aren't satisfied so they can't even smile.

This was my first time visiting the Al Faishaliah Hotel for business. The facilities were very clean and nice, but the women's gym felt a bit far away. The staff were incredibly friendly. Jahangir Bellman, in particular, was so welcoming and kind that I'd love to visit again. I couldn't find a meeting place near the hotel, so he guided me there himself. Thank you so much! I'm curious why the Uber drivers couldn't find the hotel location. What could be the problem?
