GGuest UserThis property is located near many of Riyadh’s important landmarks and sights, which makes it easy to get around. The staff embodies the Saudi Arabian Culture’s friendliness and warm-heartedness. So much so that when I checked out, I asked the front desk man if I could take a “Koran” (having always wanted to read it) provided in the room, and he warmly presented it to me as a parting gift. Yes, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

GGuest UserThe location is great and the underground parking is spacious, which is a plus. The hotel is new, so it's very clean. The room was also large and clean, but almost unnecessarily spacious.
The downsides were that check-in was incredibly slow. On top of that, they assigned me a room that hadn't been cleaned, so I had to go back down to the front desk to switch rooms. Also, the breakfast was really disappointing and didn't live up to Best Western standards. If only the breakfast could be improved, I'd want to stay here every time I travel for business.

SSumaiyehA beautiful experience, a great hotel, and I advise families to be happy, the place is convenient on a vital street, which is quiet, the rooms are very clean, the service is very fast, the seating area is very wonderful, there is a swimming pool, I'm very happy to deal with the staff, the top of the throne, the rest is easy, the handle is fast. And I'm going to provide the service.

EErtiaohuleBecause I booked the wrong room type, I asked Ctrip to help communicate and change the room type as soon as I made the reservation, and confirmed that it had been changed. However, when I arrived at the front desk, it was still not changed, and finally I was given an extra bed.
WIFI is very slow and unstable.
There are a lot of houses under construction around, so it's quite noisy.

TTravelling lotsThe room is very spacious, comfortable and clean. About a ten minute walk to the metro station.
Everything necessary was provided; toothbrush, toothpaste, shampy, shower gel, slippers, razors so that was handy.
The downside is it was in a building site, with construction noise 24/7 and the surrounding streets dusty, sandy and filled with diggers, cranes and skips. In 2-3 years this area will be nice and modern but now it's a mess.
