"I booked this hotel with a 'let's see' attitude, and overall, I'm extremely satisfied! 👍 The lobby has a self-service water bar, and the plum juice is especially delicious ✌️. There's also a supply area for daily necessities, including dental floss, alcohol wipes, lens cleaning wipes, hair ties, iodine, and Yunnan Baiyao bandages, which is incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive! There are many sofas and single chairs in the lobby, making it very comfortable to wait for a ride or rest your feet. Plus, the lobby is equipped with a microwave and an automatic water dispenser – very lazy-friendly~ The hotel room is generally clean and tidy, with good natural light, making it bright and airy. The cleaning staff tidies the room meticulously every day; the floors are spotless! 👍 The room has a sofa and a small coffee table, and near the floor-to-ceiling window, there's a tatami area with two chairs and a tea table, complete with a simple tea set. It's so comfortable to eat, chat, and make tea there! The lighting design in the room gives it a very homey feel; I always feel great coming back. The hotel's bathroom facilities are well-equipped, and toiletries are comprehensive. The self-service laundry room is very convenient. The bedding is so comfortable that once you lie down, you won't want to leave the room. Several people at the hotel's front desk were exceptionally kind. They proactively offered various services, provided travel tips, and every evening, they would thoughtfully bring hot goodnight milk 🥛, which was genuinely delicious!"

The soft furnishings are elegant and tasteful, the bedding is soft and comfortable against the skin, and the amenities are complete and clean. The most stunning feature is the private viewing balcony, offering an unobstructed, direct view of the entire Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right from your room. You can wake up to the 'sunlit golden mountain' phenomenon from your bed in the morning, and in the evening, sit on the terrace, enjoy the breeze, and watch the clouds drift over the mountaintops – every photo you take will be postcard-perfect, with an absolutely superb and unobstructed view. I must particularly commend our dedicated butler, Elin. She proactively contacted us before check-in, confirmed our itinerary in advance, and even reminded us about the temperature differences between morning and evening. The entire check-in process was completely hassle-free. She was instantly available via WeChat, responding incredibly quickly, and arranged all additional supplies meticulously and thoughtfully. Her sense of propriety was just right – warm without being intrusive, with thoughtful details at every turn. Our entire trip was perfectly taken care of, making our travel experience truly wonderful."

"This hotel is definitely not family-friendly: The remote location and inconvenient transportation to restaurants and attractions make it unsuitable for family trips. Traveling with a family requires convenient amenities and transportation, and inconvenient transportation for shopping, dining, and attractions significantly increases the hassle of the trip. The noticeable odors in the decor may cause discomfort to children or the elderly, disrupting their restful experience. The simple decor and poor value for money make it difficult to meet the basic needs of family travelers for comfort and value. The breakfast was quite exquisite, and the service throughout the trip was warm and attentive. Free airport transfers are provided."

"因去丙察察，路經麗江古城停留兩晚，朋友介紹了《 麗江你•心裏》 客棧。 客棧四星級應有的硬件設施客棧都有，最能體現温度的是許老闆的人情味。首先，既接又送，路口到客棧十幾米石板路，坑窪不平，許老闆怕損傷行李箱的輪子，偌大的行李箱不是拖着走的，而是提進客棧，然後從1樓提到2樓我們訂好的房間裏，走的時候大清早的，同樣的流程又走一遍。然後在我們逛累了回到客棧，許老闆在開滿綉球花、鮮花的院子裏沖茶和我們喝茶聊天，許老闆的院子鬧中取靜，靜中安逸，一掃旅途勞累。 晚餐有幸品嚐了許老闆煲的廣式養生湯，吃了麗江特有的紅皮沙瓤馬鈴薯，家的味道滿滿。 慶幸遇到許老闆這樣人情味十足的客棧老闆，給人回家般的温馨，旅途有你，慶幸歡喜。謝謝許老闆安排，祝許老闆生意興隆財源廣進，下次再去麗江還住你家。"

"Room is super clean, and mr Yang very helpful.. Electric mattress and air conditioner with heater, so I can stay warm in the room… Water heater super hot, love it! It’s not far away from the north entry on suhe ancient town … so just need to walk around 2 min u may arrive the hotel, and not too worry about dragging luggage on the stone road, let mr Yang know , he can use his stroller to move the luggage … I would love to stay here again next time!
