"I highly recommend this place to everyone! I genuinely and sincerely recommend it. First, the guesthouse owners are incredibly enthusiastic and always actively and promptly help us solve any issues. Second, the room is truly spotless! It has a bathtub, electric curtains, and a projector. The price and experience are absolutely excellent value for money! Before booking, I saw all positive reviews and wanted to give it a try. Now I highly, highly recommend it to everyone. If we get another chance to visit Lijiang, we will definitely stay here again! P.S. The host's family is so warm, and the little sister is super cute~"

"The complimentary train station pickup makes a lovely start of our trip to Lijiang. The driver was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The courtyard is also nice to chill. Only gripe is frontdesk staff could be a little more hospitable. Asked a few questions about booking of Lijiang Romance Park tickets but didn’t really get much assistance. The interaction was transactional. Not a deal breaker, since most of the time we were out. Hotel also provided some snacks on the second day :)"

GGuest UserSetting up my home at the foot of the snowy mountains, living amidst the scenery – this hotel fulfilled all my fantasies for a snow mountain getaway. Opening the window, I was greeted by majestic snow-capped peaks, wreathed in clouds, like a fairyland. In the morning, I witnessed the golden glow of the sunrise on the mountains; in the evening, I quietly admired the sunset painting the snow. At night, I gazed up at the brilliant starry sky – every moment was so beautiful it left me speechless. The room had a wonderful texture, with warm-toned design elements incorporating Naxi style, making it both cozy and luxurious. The private hot spring tub melted away all my fatigue. The staff were gentle and enthusiastic, with meticulous service. Every day here felt slow and peaceful, accompanied by the snow mountains, healing and wonderful. It's definitely worth countless return visits!

GGuest UserThis hotel made up 90% of my wonderful Lijiang trip – it was incredibly comfortable and the service was so thoughtful. The excellent service started right from booking; the owner added me on WeChat to ask about my arrival time and if I needed a pick-up, always replying instantly. They even helped with my luggage! The hotel is halfway up the mountain, offering stunning views of Lijiang Old Town. Whenever I wanted to go out, they'd drive me to the old town entrance, making it super convenient – a quiet escape yet close to everything. Plus, food delivery comes right to your room. The daily afternoon tea, coffee, and regular tea were all delicious, and the mini cakes and cookies were also high quality. There are 3 cats to pet, and a huge, super clear projector that was so comfy it made me not want to leave the room, haha. ⭐️ **Amenities:** It has an elevator! Floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious and bright room, with sunlight streaming in – super comfortable! There's underfloor heating, powerful air conditioning, and a humidifier. The furniture is solid and high-quality, and the bed is just the right softness with comfortable linens. ⭐️ **Hygiene:** Daily cleaning, disposable slippers in sterilized packaging, soft and clean towels, separate toilet and shower areas, and a bathtub – extremely clean! ⭐️ **Service:** Absolutely amazing, they catered to every request! They provided sightseeing tips and routes with location pins, no pushy sales, and were as warm and attentive as a good friend! Unlimited complimentary bottled water, they'd offer water and an umbrella when I left, and fresh flower cakes when I returned – they looked after me so well! We will definitely be back.

LLixiaoyaoiiiThe rooms and public areas of this B&B are spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They proactively assist guests with various issues, like guiding them through ticket bookings and helping with parking directions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. In stark contrast, the public lobby at the nearby Mushanxue B&B was dirty and messy. The staff there were even playing games while talking to guests, a huge difference in service quality. Just putting this out there for other travelers to avoid a bad experience.

GGuest UserMy friend and I stumbled upon this hotel online, and after booking, it truly exceeded my expectations! It's right inside Lijiang Ancient Town! As soon as you step out, you're on cobblestone streets. You can walk to Sifang Street in just 5 minutes. After exploring the night market, you can just stroll back to the hotel – no need for a taxi at all, which makes you feel super safe 💯. 🏠 The facilities are unbelievably complete: * Smart toilet – Heated seat + automatic flush. No more freezing cold toilet seats in winter! * Central air conditioning + humidifier – The humidity here is just perfect. * Full set of toiletries – Not those cheap sample sizes! These are proper branded products, and they smell amazing. * 24-hour hot water + thermostatic shower – The water pressure is fantastic; showering here is pure bliss 🚿. * They called us the day before check-in to confirm our itinerary and even sent us a guide for exploring the ancient town 📋. * The front desk lady was incredibly sweet and upgraded us to a room with a view. * There's free afternoon tea every day, with flower cakes and Pu'er tea. Sitting in the courtyard soaking up the sun was so chill 🌸. * When checking out, they even gave us parting gifts (tie-dye and Pu'er tea cakes), which was a lovely touch. They also offer a free photography service, including makeup and styling, saving us the trouble of finding a photo studio ourselves!

GGuest UserLocated right within the Lijiang Ancient Town, this hotel boasts a large property with a very appealing public area. The staff at all entrances to the ancient town were incredibly welcoming. Before check-in, Claire from Guest Relations called to confirm my arrival time and any specific requests, which was a great touch. The room itself was generally well-maintained. However, given the hotel's older renovation, the carpets and decor definitely show their age. The smart facilities are also somewhat lacking (no smart toilets, smart light switches, etc.). From what I've seen online, this seems to be a common issue with several of Lijiang's established, top-tier hotels. I specifically booked an executive suite, and the executive lounge was generally satisfactory (afternoon tea, happy hour). The breakfast offered a wide variety, including local specialties and common Chinese and Western options. I didn't get a chance to experience the swimming pool, gym, kids' club, or spa, but I imagine they're all quite good, making it a decent option for families. Overall, I hope the hotel can update its facilities. More attention could also be paid to details like welcome fruits and in-room amenities. After all, for an InterContinental-level hotel, paying over a thousand [yuan] shouldn't feel similar to staying at a several-hundred-yuan hotel.

GGuest UserThis hotel is excellent! They upgraded our room, which was perfect for two adults and two children – not cramped at all. The hotel food was also fantastic, so we didn't even need to go out looking for meals. The activities organized by the hotel were great too; the kids had a blast. Xiao Xi and Xiao Kai took the children to 'Wilderness Hunter,' which was a really meaningful experience.

HHenlixiangHThis was an incredibly memorable and enjoyable travel experience. My husband spent a long time looking before finally choosing Jinmao Purelax. Initially, I thought it didn't matter where we stayed, but then I experienced the warm service and thoughtful attitude firsthand! On our first day, we took a taxi to the Hyatt Hotel at the foot of the mountain. There, we checked in to get a pass to go up the mountain, then took a bus to the hotel on the peak. (There's a bus schedule, you can contact the hotel customer service WeChat for it.) Throughout the entire journey, we didn't have to worry about our luggage or directions; the hotel took care of everything and provided all necessary information. After checking in, we could use the shuttle service to get to the restaurant or back to our room, though it’s also a short, pleasant walk. Once we got to the room, oh my goodness! 🤭 My husband must have contacted the hotel specifically to ask for a room with a good view of the 'Golden Mountain in Sunlight' for a romantic proposal, haha. In our room, there was wine prepared by the hotel staff and a lovely bed decoration. Oh, how romantic! 😌 The main thing was that they arranged a room with an amazing view, directly facing the 'Golden Mountain in Sunlight'! Both mornings, we managed to capture beautiful photos of the golden mountain with our equipment. It really fulfilled my husband's dream; it’s a view he’s always wanted to capture, and this time he finally achieved it. It was truly thoughtful and touching! 🥹 What an unforgettable trip! Throughout the day, the hotel also offered free activities with different time slots. After afternoon tea, we went for a stroll. When we returned for dinner, the hotel's yak hotpot was, oh my gosh, amazing! One person's portion was more than enough for two. The serving size was generous, and the meat was tender. Even after two of us ate our fill, there was still a large bowl of beef left. It was fantastic to be able to cook our own vegetables – absolutely delicious! We also signed up for stargazing. At 8:30 PM, a guide took us to a large lawn where we used a telescope to view and learn about the stars. It was so romantic! They taught us how to adjust our iPhones to take long exposure photos of stars that are invisible to the naked eye. It was my first time seeing so many stars and nebulae. We were also incredibly lucky that both nights, Leo and Virgo were directly overhead, which happen to be my husband's and my zodiac signs. He proposed to me right there on the big lawn, asking me to hold still and not look back for a photo. A hotel staff member helped him by holding my veil while he proposed! 🥹🥹 They even captured a photo of us with the 'sea of stars' during the proposal. Oh my, it was so unforgettable, so special, and perfectly timed! Thank you, thank you! Back in the room, I found that my makeup brushes, makeup bag, and skincare products were all thoughtfully placed on towels, and the room was meticulously cleaned. (I guess they were concerned about my brushes and cosmetics getting wet.) Such attention to detail makes my OCD heart feel very comfortable! The next day, we visited Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. As we were about to check out and head down the mountain, we had a meal at the restaurant. The service staff and manager, especially a lovely lady named Emily (I forgot to check the name tags of the others), were so gentle and thoughtful. They proactively helped us pack, adjusted our dipping sauces, asked about our preferences, and even chatted with us, sharing some 'secret' travel tips. 🤭 They even packed breakfast and fruit for us because we were leaving early. It was truly a very pleasant experience! The time we spent here was too short. I hope to come back next time and spend a few more leisurely days on the mountain. It’s truly a treat!

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches, making for a truly relaxing stay. The Cross-the-Bridge Noodles were incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the afternoon tea was both visually appealing and delicious. I have to commend Guo, the lobby manager, for his excellent service. He took wonderful care of us from check-in to check-out, always attentive, responsive, and incredibly reliable – he truly elevated our experience. What surprised me most was the travel photography service! I've stayed at many high-end hotels and used their photography services, but only here did photographer Xu Xiao truly impress me. He genuinely puts his heart into capturing memories, rather than just going through the motions. He patiently guides your emotions, teaches you natural poses, and offers tons of professional advice based on the setting, so you never feel awkward in front of the camera. The quality of the outfits was superb, not cheap studio-style, and the photos came out sophisticated and full of stories. Looking at them fills me with happiness, perfectly preserving the beauty of this Lijiang trip!

It's an individual Naxi-style courtyard with a private heated pool, and you get direct views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right from your window. The privacy is unbeatable, the room facilities are well-maintained, and the environment is wonderfully peaceful and therapeutic. Our dedicated butler, Elin, provided incredibly thoughtful service. She coordinated our entire itinerary from check-in, responding promptly to all our needs. From airport transfers, fruit platters, and turndown service to travel tips, everything was meticulously arranged and she was always responsive. The views, amenities, and service are all top-notch. This is definitely my top recommendation for a Lijiang vacation – highly recommended!

The room views are amazing; some rooms even offer distant views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The room itself was clean, tidy, and quiet, making for a very relaxing stay. The hotel breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of delicious dishes, fresh ingredients, and great flavors. Eating breakfast every day was a real treat. During my stay, I had to go out for something, and when I spoke to the front desk about a late checkout until 3 PM, they readily agreed – it was incredibly considerate. Later, my flight was unexpectedly canceled, completely disrupting my plans. The staff were very understanding and accommodating, patiently waiting while I rearranged my itinerary.
