Setting up my home at the foot of the snowy mountains, living amidst the scenery – this hotel fulfilled all my fantasies for a snow mountain getaway. Opening the window, I was greeted by majestic snow-capped peaks, wreathed in clouds, like a fairyland. In the morning, I witnessed the golden glow of the sunrise on the mountains; in the evening, I quietly admired the sunset painting the snow. At night, I gazed up at the brilliant starry sky – every moment was so beautiful it left me speechless. The room had a wonderful texture, with warm-toned design elements incorporating Naxi style, making it both cozy and luxurious. The private hot spring tub melted away all my fatigue. The staff were gentle and enthusiastic, with meticulous service. Every day here felt slow and peaceful, accompanied by the snow mountains, healing and wonderful. It's definitely worth countless return visits!

This hotel made up 90% of my wonderful Lijiang trip – it was incredibly comfortable and the service was so thoughtful. The excellent service started right from booking; the owner added me on WeChat to ask about my arrival time and if I needed a pick-up, always replying instantly. They even helped with my luggage! The hotel is halfway up the mountain, offering stunning views of Lijiang Old Town. Whenever I wanted to go out, they'd drive me to the old town entrance, making it super convenient – a quiet escape yet close to everything. Plus, food delivery comes right to your room. The daily afternoon tea, coffee, and regular tea were all delicious, and the mini cakes and cookies were also high quality. There are 3 cats to pet, and a huge, super clear projector that was so comfy it made me not want to leave the room, haha. ⭐️ **Amenities:** It has an elevator! Floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious and bright room, with sunlight streaming in – super comfortable! There's underfloor heating, powerful air conditioning, and a humidifier. The furniture is solid and high-quality, and the bed is just the right softness with comfortable linens. ⭐️ **Hygiene:** Daily cleaning, disposable slippers in sterilized packaging, soft and clean towels, separate toilet and shower areas, and a bathtub – extremely clean! ⭐️ **Service:** Absolutely amazing, they catered to every request! They provided sightseeing tips and routes with location pins, no pushy sales, and were as warm and attentive as a good friend! Unlimited complimentary bottled water, they'd offer water and an umbrella when I left, and fresh flower cakes when I returned – they looked after me so well! We will definitely be back.

The room is located within Lijiang Old Town. **Facilities**: It features an electric toilet, and the bathtub is very spacious and comfortable. **Cleanliness**: It's cleaned meticulously every day. **Environment**: You can enjoy views of the ancient town's architecture. **Service**: The front desk staff (a young man) was very helpful with my luggage and was exceptionally kind.

My recent trip to Lijiang included a four-night stay at the InterContinental Lijiang. Upon arrival, I experienced a slight hiccup, but thankfully, Miya Zhang was at the front desk during check-in. She patiently listened to my concerns and resolved all issues on the spot. The hotel boasts beautiful surroundings, with its buildings showcasing distinct local architecture. The staggered layout of the buildings is perfect for a leisurely stroll and admiring the scenery. The rooms were reasonably clean, though I have a small suggestion: the carpet is a bit old; if it were replaced with flooring or new carpeting, the room would feel even cleaner. The hotel is also conveniently located right next to the ancient town, with direct access through its north gate for easy exploration. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the InterContinental.

This hotel is excellent! They upgraded our room, which was perfect for two adults and two children – not cramped at all. The hotel food was also fantastic, so we didn't even need to go out looking for meals. The activities organized by the hotel were great too; the kids had a blast. Xiao Xi and Xiao Kai took the children to 'Wilderness Hunter,' which was a really meaningful experience.

There was a slight hiccup during check-in; they said my reservation, made through an agent, couldn't be found, and the room type I booked was no longer available. However, the hotel handled this issue very professionally. Later, Ctrip customer service called to say the agent had upgraded my room. Anyway, it all worked out in the end. The hotel is like a beautiful garden; I'd love to stay here for a few more days on my next trip to Lijiang.

Also, a big shout-out to the gentleman in the gray shirt, who seemed to be a manager there. Their service was truly sincere, thoughtful, proactive, professional, and heartwarming! This is my first time being so moved by a hotel restaurant that I'm actually writing a positive review, hehe. This trip to Yunnan was with my dad, and I was constantly worried about Yunnan's rainy season. When we arrived in Lijiang, it was indeed pouring rain. On the way to the hotel, I was still feeling anxious about this unfamiliar city. Hungry upon check-in, I immediately went to the restaurant and met these wonderful individuals. They welcomed us warmly, took meticulous care of us, and professionally helped us choose our dishes. The food was, as expected, outstanding. It filled our stomachs and, at the same time, filled our hearts. Without a doubt, the hotel's facilities, design, layout, and amenities are top-notch, but their service is beyond exceptional. During our 3-day stay, the weather wasn't ideal. We reached 4680 meters but couldn't see anything, hahahahaha. However, I still greatly appreciate the beautiful Lijiang and its wonderful people that I met. Leaving a few regrets actually motivates me to return next time. By then, I will definitely see the 'Sunlight on Golden Mountains'! Once again, thank you to all the friends at the hotel and the restaurant. See you next time!

The soft furnishings are elegant and tasteful, the bedding is soft and comfortable against the skin, and the amenities are complete and clean. The most stunning feature is the private viewing balcony, offering an unobstructed, direct view of the entire Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right from your room. You can wake up to the 'sunlit golden mountain' phenomenon from your bed in the morning, and in the evening, sit on the terrace, enjoy the breeze, and watch the clouds drift over the mountaintops – every photo you take will be postcard-perfect, with an absolutely superb and unobstructed view. I must particularly commend our dedicated butler, Elin. She proactively contacted us before check-in, confirmed our itinerary in advance, and even reminded us about the temperature differences between morning and evening. The entire check-in process was completely hassle-free. She was instantly available via WeChat, responding incredibly quickly, and arranged all additional supplies meticulously and thoughtfully. Her sense of propriety was just right – warm without being intrusive, with thoughtful details at every turn. Our entire trip was perfectly taken care of, making our travel experience truly wonderful.

The room facing the street was quite quiet, which was nice. The front desk has a coffee machine, and you can ask the staff to prepare drinks for you as needed. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and proactively offered us travel advice. Parking allows one exit within a 24-hour period, so plan your outings accordingly. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Old Town Windmill, maybe because I walk a bit slowly, but it's definitely not just a few minutes away. The room is equipped with smart home features, and the quality of items like tissues is quite good, showing that the owner has high standards for the amenities provided.

I absolutely loved the whole vibe of this five-star hotel. It was so quiet and comfortable, with a great sense of style. When I checked in, they thoughtfully arranged a room directly facing Jade Dragon Snow Mountain for me. It was incredibly relaxing to just sit by the window and watch the snow-capped peaks in my free time. The front desk was very attentive; they proactively asked if I was driving, and the free parking lot had plenty of spaces, plus the charging stations were fully equipped and easy to use. The location is superb, close to both the high-speed train station and the airport, making it super convenient whether you've just arrived or are about to depart. The entire room was clean and tidy, with soft furnishings, and you could even have food deliveries sent directly to your door. The front desk was efficient and quick in responding to my inquiries, and the service throughout was meticulous and generous. This is definitely a hotel you won't forget once you've stayed here.
