GGuest UserThe hotel has a unique location with access to both sides of the island. You can enjoy the sunset and sunrise everyday. The beach is clean and the sea water is crystal clear. The staff service is outstanding, they took care of all details to make our stay unforgettable. We visited so many resorts in Thailand and I can say this is the best of the country.
This resort is known as the sixth heaven I can confirm it is.

GGuest UserThe taxi from the pier cost 250 baht. The beach right in front of the hotel is fantastic, and the male attendant who manages the towels was really good – he's the reason I gave the last 100 baht as a tip. His enthusiasm also led us to book a night squid fishing trip for 9 people.
However, all the staff here seem to have two different attitudes: one for Western guests and another for Chinese guests. While everyone else managed basic politeness, the female server in the restaurant (pictured in photo 2) was incredibly rude to us. This is my fifth time vacationing in Thailand, and I've also traveled to the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, the Maldives, and Hamilton Island, but this is honestly the first time I've encountered a staff member so rude. She pointed her finger at me and loudly demanded that I push the water bottle from the middle of the table to against the wall. I was completely stunned.
Upon check-in, they asked for 500 baht per night for an extra bed for our 6-year-old. Since the three of us could comfortably share the king-sized bed, we declined and only paid for the child's breakfast, which was 200 baht per day.
One evening, we also encountered teenagers on the beach who were indiscriminately bullying kids playing there. I never even saw something like this in Australia, yet it happened on Koh Samet. Thankfully, my English speaking skills are decent, and after a big argument, he ended up yelling that he was going to call the police.
Overall, I still wouldn't recommend booking a hotel here. The pricing attracts a certain type of clientele, and since there are many very cheap hotels nearby, the beach attracts all sorts of tourists.

GGuest UserI liked the hotel very much! The location is very convenient! Next to the main road, where there are many cafes, 7/11 and at the same time the hotel itself is quiet, only the birds are singing. It's a 7-minute walk to the beach, and to the pier as well. Everything is close, the island is small. The room is clean, the bed linen is snow-white. Water and toilet paper were changed every day, the cleaning of the rooms is excellent! We took a room for four, the room has 2 giant beds. You can fit four on one)) the room has everything you need, a hair dryer, a safe, a kettle, shampoo and shower gel, sets of towels for everyone. A cute, cozy terrace. Quadruple rooms have a separate terrace for the room, three and double rooms have a shared terrace for 2 rooms. Next to the entrance to the terrace there is a foot shower so you don't drag sand into the room. Very convenient. Very pleasant impressions of the stay. Now on Samet we will stay only with you ❤

DDaniil ShabanovWe stayed in a villa. We checked in significantly early, 4 hours, for which we're incredibly grateful to the hotel staff! We were warned that the two beds were singles, but we asked for a double bed, and within 20 minutes while we were exploring the hotel grounds, they upgraded us to a double bed. The hotel has two swimming pools, one with a sea view and one overlooking the villas. Both pools are clean.
Amenities in the villa: the room includes two bottles of water, a coffee machine (one capsule and two coffee capsules), a safe, umbrellas, towels, a refrigerator, a kettle, a comb, soap, shampoo, shower gel, and a shower cap. And most impressively, there's a shower and a separate bathroom.
The hotel grounds are located at the very edge of Ao Noi Na Beach. The area is quiet and private, and the beach is quiet and peaceful, practically private, without crowds of tourists. However, there are sea urchins in the sea; we witnessed several tourists step on them, and the hotel staff helped them treat their injuries. There's a warning about sea urchins at reception.
There's a restaurant on site. The food is delicious, but the downside is that it takes a long time to prepare; we waited an hour for two dishes. Breakfast is also served at the restaurant, and the breakfasts are hearty and delicious, with something for everyone.
The overall impression of the hotel was excellent; I hope to stay there again on our next trip to Koh Samet! A big thank you to the staff. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

The Room is clean and the hot water is also working well, facilities in hotel are good and suitable for price

GGuest UserOverall, we were generally pleased with the hotel. There was no complimentary water provided upon check-in. We had to specifically ask for water for our room and were initially told to purchase it from the bar, although they eventually brought it to us free of charge. The hotel is located in a quiet area.
However, the most disappointing aspect occurred on our check-out day: after arriving in Pattaya, we discovered that our money and wallets were missing from our bag. It's still unclear how they disappeared. The hotel staff informed us they hadn't found them. We suspect someone stole them while we were on the island. Just be very cautious if you stay here.

GGuest UserThe water heater is not hot enough. The location is excellent. Although we found the wrong hotel on the first day, the hotel with the same name still let us stay. The service is OK. The first room smelled very musty. After I raised the issue, the housekeeper also changed our room.

MMarinaОстанавливаемся в этой гостинице второй год. Расположена она очень удачно в самом центре пляжа возле пирса и парковки. Можно добраться сразу на катере, а если от парома на тук-туке, то надо смотреть, чтобы привезли в этот поворот, потому что часто привозят в первый поворот к другим гостиницам, а оттуда по песку с чемоданами далеко и неудобно. Эта дорога прямо в центре пляжа, они идет к зданию охраны заповедника. В прошлом году был новый ремонт, мебель не новая, но все работает. В прошлом году не было ТВ каналов, но был Youtube, в этом году не брали фильмы с собой, понадеялись, что посмотрим в Youtube, но он теперь не работает, только ТВ каналы на тайском, в основном новости и реклама. Хотя это странно, в гостинице жили только иностранцы, можно было хоть один канал на английском подключить или оставить Youtube. В гостинице всего 6 номеров, рядом массаж и ресторан соседней гостиницы. В отличие от соседних гостиниц в этой есть свои лежаки на пляже, очень удобно. Управляющий плохо говорит по-английски, но всегда очень дружелюбный и старается во всем помочь, проблем в коммуникации не было. В этом году стало намного больше туристов на пляже, стало много лодок и катеров, такого спокойствия и умиротворения как в прошлом году уже нет, но вода очень чистая, песок белоснежный, все еще похоже, что это заповедник.

IIan LagacMy 5-night stay here was great! Very central location. Walking distance from the pier (about 8 mins). About 5 minutes to the beach. Close to all the restaurants, cafes, bars, 7-11s in down town.
My room was very clean and orderly. Had everything I needed. Staff were great, very friendly and accommodating.
Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in the island. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserЭто двухэтажный дом, в котором есть 3 доп комнаты. Мы из забронировали с друзьями и сняли весь, сами того не подозревая. Расположение огонь, 5 мин до пляжа основного , нам на нем так понравилось , чтоб а дальние даже не ходили. Потолки низковаты- но это мелочи , мы чисто поспать заселялись. За такую цену все очень хорошо !
