This trip to Yining was thoroughly fanned by the Hampton by Hilton Yining. The whole experience from check-in to check-out was perfect. It was definitely the first choice for accommodation in Yili!
The location of the hotel is too good. It is about 10 minutes drive from Yining Railway Station and only 12 minutes from the airport. It is especially convenient for landing or returning to catch the bus. There are also popular attractions such as Liuxing Street and Kazanqi around. There is no pressure on travel planning. More intimate is that self-driving parking is convenient, too friendly to family outings or self-driving travelers.
The service details are warm to the heart. The front desk staff is super efficient, the check-in process is smooth, and they will take the initiative to answer the surrounding food and play questions. The smiley attitude instantly relieves the fatigue of the journey. Immediately after entering the room, I received a local special fruit platter, fresh melons and fruits with refreshing yogurt, this surprise was too poke. Room service is on call, and the setting of robot delivery is both efficient and safe.
The room experience is even more impeccable. The 63-square-meter business suite is spacious and bright, the layout of the reception area and the rest area is reasonable, and the sliding screen design makes the space flexible and private, and the whole family will not feel cramped when traveling. The standard mattress support of the United States ”Hampton Bed” is excellent, with soft ecologically certified bedding, and you can have a ”Sweet Dream in the Cloud” every night. Room facilities are all available, 65-inch HD TV, mobile desk, capsule coffee machine, microwave and mini refrigerator, especially a cup of freshly ground coffee in the morning, full of home-like comfort. The rainforest shower and Petrov toiletries in the bathroom make a quick impact on the tiredness.
The supporting facilities are called ”trip all-round assistants”. Breakfast is definitely a top priority. 128 dishes cover all kinds of Chinese and Western hot and cold meals. Not only have regular rich choices, but also Xinjiang specialties such as yogurt dumplings and dumplings. The set of 11 o'clock is too friendly to people who love to sleep late. The 24-hour self-service bar can be equipped with drinks at any time, and the free laundry room and gym solve the laundry and sports needs of long-distance travel, and it can be refreshing even if the itinerary is compact.
From location, service to hardware facilities, Hampton by Hilton Yining has shown a high level, and it can be perfect for business travel or vacation. Next time you come to Yining, you must choose here!

GGuest UserIt was my second time staying here, the place is beautiful and I met so many nice girls who I ended up hanging out with while I was in Yining. The Kazanqi area around the hostel is lovely, walking distance from great restaurants and shops. I was able to put things I the fridge and freezer and use the kitchen at the hostel. The courtyard and balcony are such nice places to sit and do work or eat there was also a puppy which was so cute!! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cute decor and the toilet/shower room in the room is modern and clean. I definitely recommend!

The only downside is the location - while it is relatively near to the train station and bus depot to other cities, there is nothing much in the vicinity. Overall, good cosy stay.

When asking the staff how much the minimum extension fee is, the staff said 80, but it is 75 yuan when booked online. It is not reasonable to point out this situation. The female staff member was very loud and emotional and repeatedly said to the resident: I am just a worker, I don’t know much; some people even booked more than 90, why don’t you say; if you think it is cheaper online, go and book online, don’t ask me to book. This is not a normal staff at all, the basic work quality should be; there should be no emotions in life, but they should not be brought into work; 2. In summer, it is normal to have some mosquitoes in the room. The mosquitoes here may bite cattle and horses. People can’t stand it when they are bitten, and the swelling is very big. Go to the hospital; Youth Hostel does not have any medicine, and it is recommended that subsequent residents bring their own mosquito repellent and other medicines;

GGuest UserThis stay experience is perfect! The hotel has an excellent geographical location, facing Liuxing Street. Right outside the door is a popular check-in spot for internet celebrities. The surrounding food and attractions are within walking distance, making it extremely convenient for travel and sightseeing! From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the enthusiasm of the staff. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, they provide smiling service throughout the whole process and all your needs are responded to quickly. The room is even more surprising, the space is spacious and bright, the hygiene details are handled very well, the bedding is clean and soft, and it is very safe to live in. I highly recommend it to friends who come to travel, and I will choose this place next time!

The hotel is nestled in Liuxingjie (Six-Star Street), the vibrant heart of Yining city. It's just a 2-minute walk to the Yining Liuxingjie Folk Tourism Area. Open your window to the vibrant cityscape of Yining – exploring Yining, even with luggage, is a breeze!
**Sterile-level Hygiene 🧼**
The entire experience was a 'godsend for germaphobes'! Bedding is sterilized with medical-grade high-temperature steam, and even the pillowcases had 'sterilized' seals attached to their seams. Every tile grout line was meticulously cleaned, with fluorescent detection agents used to ensure absolute cleanliness. Walking barefoot, there was absolutely no dust or sticky feeling.
**Beyond-expectation Service 💫**
The Uyghur girl at the front desk offered 'trilingual service' (Mandarin/Uyghur/Sign Language), which was truly impressive! Noticing our fatigue from driving, she proactively upgraded us to a scenic view room and extended our check-out to 4 PM. The complimentary late-night nourishing dessert (local specialty chickpea yogurt drink) soothed both our stomachs and hearts.
**Oasis-like Environment 🌿**
Under century-old diversiform-leaved poplars, an active canal flows, fed by pristine waters from the Tianshan Mountains. Lavender scents wafted through white-gauze pavilions. The rooftop starlight bar offers panoramic views of Liuxingjie and the city lights – every photo taken here is a masterpiece, no filters needed.
**Unforgettable Details:** Upon check-out, we received a complimentary handmade embroidered Atlas silk luggage tag from the hotel. It came with a 'Hand-drawn Map of Yining Alleyway Delicacies' – this thoughtful, personalized touch makes Yining Kunlun Hotel my absolute reason to return to Xinjiang!

Aaijun_niuThe hotel I stayed at on my first night in Yining was a hotel that had been recommended a lot on Ctrip. It was rated four stars, and it was established late. I judged it to be pretty good, but the overall experience was average.
1. The hygienic condition of the room is relatively good, and the stay is relatively safe. The corridors and elevators are basically in an old and dilapidated state, so that my impression of Yining is that of a remote small city. Later I went to other places in the city and hotels. I found that this is not the case, so if you want to experience Yining in depth, it is recommended to stay in other better hotels.
2. The location of the hotel is quite good, and it is basically in a relatively prosperous area. However, there are relatively narrow streets outside the hotel, and there is basically no scenery to see. On the first night, I just looked forward to going to bed after dark, and leaving here to go to other places the next day.
3. The hotel does not have its own restaurant. For breakfast, you have to go to the breakfast shop next door. It should be a cooperation between the two parties. Hotel guests can self-service for free, but drinking milk, soy milk and cooking noodles need to be paid separately. In other words, staying in this hotel is Forget about drinking milk and eating noodles. This made me wonder if milk and soy milk were scarce in Yining.
Taken together, the standard of this hotel should be chain-friendly and comfortable, and Ctrip's high-end standard should be random.

GGuest UserIt was our first night in china and I immediately fell in love with the host and the location. The atmosphere is amazing, the spirits are near and you accepted as a part of the group the moment you step into it. The host showed us the greatest noodle palace I have ever seen and it’s around the corner. There is an intense party district within 15 minutes of walking. All your wishes will come true in Kailash! Would book again and already thinking about returning in the future. 10/10 would highly recommend.

1123wangweijiangMy wife couldn't connect to the room. There was no disposable bag in the bathtub. It was said to be sterilized, but I still felt a little uncomfortable so I didn't take a bath.
