I hit up the host way ahead to sort out my itinerary, and they were super patient and thorough the whole time. Check-in was quick and hassle-free once I showed up. They even hooked me up with local hidden gems for sightseeing and great eats, saved me tons of time stressing over travel plans. The room was cleaned spotless, every nook and cranny—floors, bathroom, everything’s immaculate. Bedding’s fresh, soft and lightly scented clean. The mattress hits just right on firmness; after a long day running around, I crash straight into a solid night’s sleep. The complex is dead quiet with top-tier soundproofing, zero annoying disruptions at all. All amenities you could ask for are here: steady hot water, fast Wi-Fi, every little daily essential covered. Super convenient location too—shops and restaurants right nearby, and parking’s a breeze if you’re driving. The host never bugged me nonstop, just thoughtful touches everywhere. It doesn’t feel like some generic commercial rental at all; more crashing at a buddy’s place, warm and genuine. Total bang for your buck! This was the second unique B&B I stayed at on our trip! I initially thought it was Uyghur-style, but the owner said it was Russian-style. It was so beautiful! It was no wonder I booked this B&B a month in advance. 😎 We were at Sayram Lake the day we went, and we arrived at the hotel at 12:00 PM, and the owner was still waiting for us. I was so touched. 😭 The B&B is located in the Kazanqi Folk Tourism Area, about a 5-kilometer drive from Liuxing Street. I had a wonderful birthday with everyone at the B&B that night, drinking wine and chatting together. I didn't want to go home at all. I really liked the cherry drink that the owner made herself. It was just like the taste of childhood, so delicious. There's also a different breakfast every morning. My favorite is the Madeleine jam with bread. One is enough to fill me up! Happiness is always short-lived. I look forward to seeing you next time. 😊

A True Hidden Gem – The Best Stay of My Xinjiang Trip! Out of my entire journey across Xinjiang, this homestay was by far the most memorable and heartwarming experience. The moment I stepped into the beautifully decorated home, with its stunning blue hues, traditional Uyghur details, and peaceful courtyard covered by a canopy of vines, I instantly felt at ease. It truly felt like home. What made it even more special was the incredible hospitality. The owner was exceptionally friendly, always ready with a warm smile and willing to help with anything I needed—whether it was sharing local tips, helping with transportation, or simply chatting over tea. Their kindness made me feel not just like a guest, but like part of the family. The attention to detail in every corner, the peaceful swing in the courtyard, and the cozy atmosphere created the perfect setting to relax after a day of exploring. I can’t recommend this place enough—if you’re traveling through Xinjiang and want to experience genuine warmth and culture, this is the place to be.

Located in Liuxing Street, it's very convenient for sightseeing with many shops nearby. Above all, the staff provided excellent service and kindly answered all my questions. The room was spotlessly clean, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep well. The exterior is charming, but the interior design is truly wonderful. This was my first trip to Yining, and I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next trip. Thank you very much for your attentive service. The environment is excellent, and the room is very spacious with great service. A special shout-out to Cassie at the front desk. I had a fall on the way and scraped my hand, but I didn't have any band-aids with me. Cassie brought over her own, which was incredibly thoughtful. Xinjiang is a beautiful place—stunning scenery, wonderful stories, and even more beautiful people!

The room was spacious, the bedding was excellent, and I slept very comfortably. It had a strong ethnic feel. The room was very soundproof and clean; sitting in the courtyard in the evening was very pleasant. The owner was incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. They even helped cut the watermelon, and the cocktails they made were delicious and beautiful – so talented! It's also very close to Liuxing Street, with many great restaurants nearby; the location is fantastic. When I asked the owner, they recommended well-known local restaurants, not just trendy ones, but very good and tasteful. I'll definitely stay with the owner again next time! The hotel is a standalone building with its own courtyard, offering convenient parking. It's a bit of a walk from Liuxing Street, about a kilometer, but manageable. The service could use some improvement; the coffee machine is behind the counter, so guests can't use it themselves, and it wasn't offered during check-in.

The room decor blends vintage charm with simple elegance. The hotel's restaurant feels like a state guesthouse with its delicious food, and the courtyard is like a small forest. The air is fantastic, it's quiet and secluded, and even the trees are numbered and certified. Most importantly, it's a hotel with history and stories. We canceled other guesthouses and extended our stay here precisely because it's irreplaceable and one-of-a-kind. Breakfast is superb, with a wide variety of options for all tastes, at 58 per person. The ice cream shop in the courtyard is also in an old building, with many flavors and a great vibe! 👍

The hygiene is excellent, and the owner is very warm and friendly. This is my second time visiting Yining, and the people here are genuinely wonderful. The hotel has a washing machine for laundry, and the staff even provided laundry detergent and hangers. The location is easy to find, right at the intersection of the main road in Liuxing Street.

This hostel isn't super far from LiuXing Street, but it's not right next door either. It's about a 10-minute walk, which is nice for a stroll to digest your food, but you can't just pop right over. The room situation really depends on luck. If it's not full, there's decent space – you can open your luggage, chill on the bed and relax comfortably. But once it's full, the whole room instantly feels cramped. The ceiling even seems lower, and if several people are trying to move around, you're constantly bumping into each other. It definitely feels less breathable. Heads up: shower gel and shampoo aren't provided, so you need to bring your own. You also have to put on and take off your own bedding (sheets, duvet cover, pillowcase). Also, the road right outside is currently under construction. It's all dug up like a battlefield, full of potholes and very dusty. Dragging luggage in and out is a real hassle; you have to lift your suitcase and carry it for a bit. Coming back at night, it's dark, so you have to be careful not to twist an ankle. Once the road is fixed, the experience will definitely be much better.
