Hotels with balcony in Yining City

This was the second unique B&B I stayed at on our trip! I initially thought it was Uyghur-style, but the owner said it was Russian-style. It was so beautiful! It was no wonder I booked this B&B a month in advance. 😎 We were at Sayram Lake the day we went, and we arrived at the hotel at 12:00 PM, and the owner was still waiting for us. I was so touched. 😭 The B&B is located in the Kazanqi Folk Tourism Area, about a 5-kilometer drive from Liuxing Street. I had a wonderful birthday with everyone at the B&B that night, drinking wine and chatting together. I didn't want to go home at all. I really liked the cherry drink that the owner made herself. It was just like the taste of childhood, so delicious. There's also a different breakfast every morning. My favorite is the Madeleine jam with bread. One is enough to fill me up! Happiness is always short-lived. I look forward to seeing you next time. 😊

The room was spacious, the bedding was excellent, and I slept very comfortably. It had a strong ethnic feel. The room was very soundproof and clean; sitting in the courtyard in the evening was very pleasant. The owner was incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. They even helped cut the watermelon, and the cocktails they made were delicious and beautiful – so talented! It's also very close to Liuxing Street, with many great restaurants nearby; the location is fantastic. When I asked the owner, they recommended well-known local restaurants, not just trendy ones, but very good and tasteful. I'll definitely stay with the owner again next time! I had an amazing stay at this place! The room was clean, spacious and had everything one may need. The location seems to be quite good as well - it is close to the street with evening activities and at the same time in a quiet place. I was able to find open restaurants after midnight within a 5 minute walk. Xinbao, the person who works there (I assume he is the owner), was incredibly helpful and showed me where I could have breakfast and catch a taxi to the airport. He was also very patient when communicating through a transition app.

A True Hidden Gem – The Best Stay of My Xinjiang Trip! Out of my entire journey across Xinjiang, this homestay was by far the most memorable and heartwarming experience. The moment I stepped into the beautifully decorated home, with its stunning blue hues, traditional Uyghur details, and peaceful courtyard covered by a canopy of vines, I instantly felt at ease. It truly felt like home. What made it even more special was the incredible hospitality. The owner was exceptionally friendly, always ready with a warm smile and willing to help with anything I needed—whether it was sharing local tips, helping with transportation, or simply chatting over tea. Their kindness made me feel not just like a guest, but like part of the family. The attention to detail in every corner, the peaceful swing in the courtyard, and the cozy atmosphere created the perfect setting to relax after a day of exploring. I can’t recommend this place enough—if you’re traveling through Xinjiang and want to experience genuine warmth and culture, this is the place to be.

Located in Liuxing Street, it's very convenient for sightseeing with many shops nearby. Above all, the staff provided excellent service and kindly answered all my questions. The room was spotlessly clean, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep well. The exterior is charming, but the interior design is truly wonderful. This was my first trip to Yining, and I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next trip. Thank you very much for your attentive service. Even though I only stayed for one night, the value for money was truly excellent. The location is right inside the Kazanqi scenic area, so it's easy to find by taxi. The front desk lady was very kind and enthusiastic, and even helped me with my luggage. The room was clean, and the comforter and pillows felt brand new. The courtyard is huge and absolutely beautiful. That night, I even joined a mahjong game with some other guests – it was so much fun! I hope to stay longer next time.

The B&B's location is super convenient, right near Liu Jie Xing, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the bus station. The biggest plus is the hostess, Xiao Jie, who is incredibly warm and hospitable. As soon as I checked in, she offered me some homemade vinegar and cherry tomatoes from her garden, which was such a thoughtful touch. When I ran into trouble buying bus tickets, she immediately stepped in to help and also recommended a ton of authentic local food. For a solo traveler, it's really a blessing to meet such a genuine host on the road. Plus, her cats and dogs are absolutely adorable and brought so much joy. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stay here again!

The location is great, right next to Liuxing Street and Jiefang Street. It's also close to the meeting point for group tours. However, the room is a bit old, and the hallway outside the room isn't very clean. But generally, the in-room hygiene is acceptable. The uncle at the front desk is very friendly and provides 24-hour service!

Traveling solo, I stayed for three nights and found the place to be quite clean. It's not far from Six-Star Street, which is a convenient walk. For Kazanqi, you'll need a taxi, and Sayram Lake is about 150km away by car. The front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. A big thanks to them for helping me send a package (I couldn't fit it all in my luggage for the flight). P.S. There's a minced meat noodles shop near the hotel that is absolutely delicious, haha~

I originally didn't want to write this glowing review, fearing it would become too popular and I wouldn't be able to book a stay again. But after a few days, I felt I'd be doing myself a disservice not to. The hostel is right next to the bustling Liuxing Street in the city center. Step outside, and you're amidst vibrant streets and alleys where you can find baked buns,拌面 (banmian – mixed noodles), and hand-pulled rice dishes just a few steps away. It's also convenient for getting to the bus station and the airport. Yet, once you turn into the alley, it becomes wonderfully quiet. The old locust tree at the entrance is adorned with colorful wishing tags – red, yellow, blue – gently swaying in the breeze, as if whispering everyday stories for passersby. The front desk staff are incredibly responsive; messages are answered almost instantly. They patiently help you with directions and arranging shared rides, always enthusiastic and thoughtful without being intrusive – a comfortable balance. The rooms and beds are clean and tidy, changed for every guest, washed and sun-dried. The entire hostel is non-smoking, so the air is so fresh it makes you want to take a deep breath. Staying here feels secure, and you wake up refreshed. The facilities are complete, and the self-service kitchen is convenient and quick, with pots, pans, utensils, and seasonings available. You can store leftover fruit in the fridge and eat it the next day, which is both money-saving and comfortable. The cafe offers freshly ground, professionally made coffee that's delicious and not expensive; one cup can last you an entire afternoon. The reading room is elegant and quiet, with well-worn books that sometimes have pencil notes left by previous readers – you can easily lose track of time there. There's a strong international vibe, with backpackers from various countries chatting in the common area, a mix of English, French, and Spanish. You can join in or just smile and listen, and no one will find it strange. In the end, I did write this – a five-star review, truly recommended. I hope it becomes popular, yet I also fear it becoming too popular. But good things should be known by more people. Next time I come to Yining, I'll definitely stay here again.
