"The hotel's location is excellent, only about five kilometers from the airport. The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful; they even put protective sleeves on our ID cards. We also received complimentary fruit and yogurt as a welcome. The room facilities were modern and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure, and the bedding was excellent. The air conditioning system worked perfectly, ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast offered a rich and varied selection, with both Western pastries and local Xinjiang snacks. We left feeling full and ready for our trip to Sayram Lake."

"Yili Hotel is actually a formal reception venue primarily for business travelers and official guests. It's only open to regular tourists when there are no special events. The hotel has its own garden, and you can drive in directly without parking fees. Only at night will the gatekeeper need to confirm your entry. There are plenty of parking spaces inside. While it faces the common issue of hotels having aging facilities, Building 3, where our standard room was located, is generally quite new and appears to have been recently renovated. The breakfast area and suites are in the tall Building 2. The gym is in Building 6, with only a few treadmills and no dumbbells or other strength training equipment. Given the small space, that's probably all they could fit. There's also a supermarket, souvenir shop, and laundry room nearby. Breakfast offers a wide variety, though it wasn't entirely to my taste, and I don't recall seeing coffee. However, for tourists visiting Xinjiang, the exotic offerings are more than enough. The price for a standard room is only slightly higher than an all-season hotel in Yining, but the decor and amenities are significantly better. Overall, accommodation in Yining isn't cheap. My mother, who is in her sixties, was very happy staying here. She felt Yili Hotel was the best place she'd stayed in for days (though I personally prefer more modern and light-luxury style hotels)."

"Right at the entrance, there's parking available with a very reliable security guard directing traffic; they seem to be constantly monitoring outside. When we arrived, there was a queue, and we almost drove off, but thankfully we asked and they found us a parking spot. The staff, both front desk and housekeeping, were all very welcoming. They gave us some snacks, and even a small gift when we checked out. Six Star Street is just across the road, a few minutes' walk from the crosswalk at the intersection, definitely less than 10 minutes. There's a Hunan restaurant right next to the hotel lobby, with great food and good portions. If you head left out of the hotel and then left again, there's another Hunan restaurant called 'Shanjin' which is also delicious – you could easily eat several bowls of rice there!"

"Traveling to Yili with my two daughters, I specifically chose the Hilton Garden Inn Yining, and the entire experience was absolutely perfect. The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful during check-in, proactively offering a fresh and abundant fruit platter, which the kids absolutely loved. The room was spacious and clean, and the mini-kitchen was ideal for families traveling with children. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The staff were consistently kind and patient, and requests were handled promptly. Upon check-out today, we were even given local specialty apricot peel tea and lavender sachets – a lovely touch of Xinjiang hospitality. It's rare to encounter such genuinely attentive service while traveling; our whole family was extremely satisfied. For families visiting Yining, I highly recommend this hotel."

"This stay far exceeded my expectations! From the warm welcome upon arrival to the thoughtful farewell at check-out, the service was incredibly attentive. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a rare good night's sleep. The location is superb, with lovely views from the window. The breakfast was varied and delicious, making for a perfect stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city, and I highly recommend it to all my friends!"

"Full marks! I even took the time to write a long review during my trip, so travelers looking to stay here can check it out ↓~ My absolute favorite is the owner and her family. They were incredibly hospitable, friendly, and responsible. 😭 ​​She greeted us immediately upon arrival and recommended several restaurants based on our tastes (p10). We went to Silk Road Moss near Liuxing Street (where you could see ethnic performances), and she thoughtfully brought us a fruit plate in the evening (lots of fruit, and the cantaloupe was delicious and sweet). Finally, when we went to breakfast, even though we didn't ask her to move our boxes, they were already neatly stacked in the car when we returned. So heartwarming! 🤩 The only regret about this hotel stay was that I didn't get to take a photo with the owner, haha. Also, the room and courtyard, my phone (photos 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) and my Canon G12 camera (photos 1, 7, 8) 9) Takes great photos (pictured): The room is stunning upon entering, absolutely photogenic. The quality of the room is impeccable, with a truly understated sense of luxury, so even the room deserves a full score! Inside, the floor lamp can be turned on, and the orange light is beautiful. Be careful not to fiddle with the right-hand rail when showering; hot water will flow quickly. Because I personally have high standards for quality, I can tell the interior has been carefully selected. For example, the slippers are a brown color that matches the ”wooden” style of the room, and the toothbrush holders are made of imitation stone, making them stunning for photos. For those who appreciate quality, definitely consider this room. (Rooms 4, 5, 8, and 9 are rooms; Room 3 is on the right as you enter.) It exceeded expectations, absolutely outstanding! Finally, regarding the location, it's about a 10-minute walk to the opposite side of Six Star Street (if you're not shopping), so it's really close and convenient. 👍🏻"

"I chose the Mercure Hotel when I came to Yining for a trip, and I really chose the right one! The location is not far from Liuxing Street. It is very convenient to go out and eat. The large parking lot does not need to grab a parking space. It is very friendly to the novice. The bed is very comfortable. The front desk is too high. The breakfast is rich. Every dish is delicious. The overall price is full."
