There's a decent amount of parking space in front (including charging stations). The staff, both inside and out, were very welcoming and enthusiastic. They promptly replied and arranged a shuttle to the airport the next day even when booked late at night (huge thanks! 🙏). The business van got us to the airport in 15 minutes, and the staff genuinely shared insights about traveling in Xinjiang. Currently, the navigation is inaccurate due to road construction in the alley, so expect some minor traffic jams. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Compared to corn served elsewhere, theirs was a bit stiff. Given there weren't many guests, I'd have preferred a freshly fried egg, made to order, to make it more refined (what they served was a slightly overcooked egg that had been sitting out; I don't like those stiff eggs that have been left for a while). The hand-pulled rice restaurant just across the road was excellent. After I added them on WeChat, the customer service proactively sent guests a summary of nearby recommended eateries, which was very helpful. After finishing the hand-pulled rice, there's a newly opened local specialty store at the intersection that offers great value for money – much better than the specialty shops on Liuxing Street! The room decor was very cozy and satisfying, and the lighting was good. The air conditioning was especially quiet (and the cooling effect was impressive). At night, the room windows faced the garden, though there was a bit of noise from a few guests playing cards and drinking. The complimentary snacks in each room were quite generous and were also Xinjiang specialties sold at the front desk. Finally, thanks for the souvenir gift (very thoughtful, a fridge magnet and a lavender sachet). A small suggestion: your excellence is evident, but minor flaws are inevitable. While maintaining enthusiastic and efficient service, please also keep a calm mindset (don't constantly remind guests to give a five-star rating). If everyone gives five stars because of this, then the reviews lose their comparative value, right? Lastly, I hope the hotel continues to thrive. Its quiet yet central location and cozy rooms are truly wonderful!

Service: 👍🏻 First off, the front desk lady was super nice and patient, helping us choose a room that fit our needs perfectly. Environment: 🏠 The room was quite spacious and the soundproofing was excellent. The shower had great water pressure and consistent temperature, and there was a smart toilet. Overall, very clean. Facilities: 🛋️ There are lots of booth seats in the common area, plus free coffee, which is a big plus. 🚗 The hotel has plenty of its own parking spaces, which is super convenient for those driving. Breakfast: 🥗 The breakfast selection was quite rich, with common items like noodles and wontons. The fruit was fresh, and they even had local specialties like savory milk tea and naan. Overall, very satisfied! 👍🏻

Even in Yining, Xinjiang, the Intercontinental Hualuxe maintains the consistent high standards of an IHG brand hotel. We traveled a long way with our friends, arriving in Yining from Urumqi after 4 PM. The lovely manager at the front desk (a Uyghur lady) immediately helped us check in. Seeing that we were a family of three with a lot of luggage, she even upgraded us to a deluxe twin room and gave us a complimentary breakfast 🍳. The hospitality of the Xinjiang people was truly evident. That evening, being unfamiliar with the area, we decided to dine at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. They offered a blend of Xinjiang and Cantonese cuisine. As someone from Guangdong, I was delighted to find an authentic 'Yang Zhi Gan Lu' (mango pomelo sago) dessert 🍨 – it was absolutely five-star amazing! We will definitely choose to stay at the Intercontinental Hualuxe again when we return from the grasslands and canyons! ~👍

This stay far exceeded my expectations! From the warm welcome upon arrival to the thoughtful farewell at check-out, the service was incredibly attentive. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a rare good night's sleep. The location is superb, with lovely views from the window. The breakfast was varied and delicious, making for a perfect stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city, and I highly recommend it to all my friends!

Good and clean hotel with helpful staff who are ready to help if needed. There is a small gym which is sufficient. The only downside is the location - while it is relatively near to the train station and bus depot to other cities, there is nothing much in the vicinity. Overall, good cosy stay.

This was my second stay. The hotel is newly renovated with complete facilities. The restaurant offers a wide variety of breakfast options. The room is clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding is soft, and the pillow height is just right. I slept very soundly after checking in. The natural light and soundproofing are excellent; it's bright and airy during the day and quiet at night. The location is very convenient, close to Liuxing Street and large shopping malls. Transportation and dining options are readily available, making getting around very easy. The receptionist was warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were quick. She was also very helpful in answering my questions about local food and sightseeing. The service was very attentive. The room facilities were complete, the toiletries were of good quality, the bathroom was clean, and the water pressure and temperature were stable. The overall decoration is simple yet elegant, very pleasing to the eye, and the details are well-done. Highly recommended!

First time in Yining, and choosing this place was absolutely the right decision! As an out-of-towner, the biggest fear is picking a bad spot, but the Binglv Kunlun Hotel completely exceeded expectations! The location is superb, right next to Xinyuemao, so after an evening of shopping, you can head straight back to your room – safe and convenient. The room was clean and bright, with plenty of hot water and stable Wi-Fi. Even the slippers and toiletries were individually packaged, showing great attention to detail. The front desk staff even patiently recommended local eateries in Mandarin (we went to an amazing BBQ place!). For travelers unfamiliar with the area, this hotel isn't just a place to stay; it's like a warm guide. Highly recommend it to all friends visiting Ili!

Traveling solo, I stayed for three nights and found the place to be quite clean. It's not far from Six-Star Street, which is a convenient walk. For Kazanqi, you'll need a taxi, and Sayram Lake is about 150km away by car. The front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. A big thanks to them for helping me send a package (I couldn't fit it all in my luggage for the flight). P.S. There's a minced meat noodles shop near the hotel that is absolutely delicious, haha~

My wife couldn't connect to the room. There was no disposable bag in the bathtub. It was said to be sterilized, but I still felt a little uncomfortable so I didn't take a bath. I hope there is a disposable bag to put on it to make it easier to use. It was not easy to get into the water, so I had to wait for a long time before getting out of the water.

So glad I chose this hotel for my trip to Yining! The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Liuxing Street, and it's super convenient for dining and getting taxis. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the front desk service was very warm and attentive. Excellent value for money, I'd definitely pick this place again next time I visit!
