I hit up the host way ahead to sort out my itinerary, and they were super patient and thorough the whole time. Check-in was quick and hassle-free once I showed up. They even hooked me up with local hidden gems for sightseeing and great eats, saved me tons of time stressing over travel plans. The room was cleaned spotless, every nook and cranny—floors, bathroom, everything’s immaculate. Bedding’s fresh, soft and lightly scented clean. The mattress hits just right on firmness; after a long day running around, I crash straight into a solid night’s sleep. The complex is dead quiet with top-tier soundproofing, zero annoying disruptions at all. All amenities you could ask for are here: steady hot water, fast Wi-Fi, every little daily essential covered. Super convenient location too—shops and restaurants right nearby, and parking’s a breeze if you’re driving. The host never bugged me nonstop, just thoughtful touches everywhere. It doesn’t feel like some generic commercial rental at all; more crashing at a buddy’s place, warm and genuine. Total bang for your buck! A nice hotel that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room is cozy with warm downlights, and a thoughtful design feature where all lights can be turned off at night, but motion-sensor backlighting automatically guides you to the bathroom when you walk—very practical and well designed. I didn’t book the room with breakfast initially, but they had a breakfast promotion available on the spot, which turned out to be quite worth it. The breakfast selection was good with quite a lot of variety, including a noodle station. One thing that really impressed me was the “invisible staff” at the laundry room. I placed my clothes in the washing machine with a sticky note, and when I returned to move them to the dryer, everything had already been transferred. After drying, my clothes were neatly folded and placed in a basket. It was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, a very convenient and well-managed stay.

I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training. Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).

The environment is excellent, and the room is very spacious with great service. A special shout-out to Cassie at the front desk. I had a fall on the way and scraped my hand, but I didn't have any band-aids with me. Cassie brought over her own, which was incredibly thoughtful. Xinjiang is a beautiful place—stunning scenery, wonderful stories, and even more beautiful people!

My wife couldn't connect to the room. There was no disposable bag in the bathtub. It was said to be sterilized, but I still felt a little uncomfortable so I didn't take a bath. I hope there is a disposable bag to put on it to make it easier to use. It was not easy to get into the water, so I had to wait for a long time before getting out of the water.

The hotel is a standalone building with its own courtyard, offering convenient parking. It's a bit of a walk from Liuxing Street, about a kilometer, but manageable. The service could use some improvement; the coffee machine is behind the counter, so guests can't use it themselves, and it wasn't offered during check-in.

The hotel boasts a prime location with convenient transportation and easy access to restaurants and shopping nearby. The rooms are well-designed, bright, and offer reliable 24-hour hot water and a full range of toiletries. The service was attentive and meticulous, with impeccable cleanliness, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay – I was extremely satisfied.

It's so comfortable! I've never been to Yili before, and I never expected it to be so good. The food is great, the people are nice, and the accommodations are comfortable. It's simply my dream place. I'll definitely come back next time.

Close to Liuxing Street, in the center of Yili, there are many delicious foods around. The barbecue noodles, lungs and mutton pilaf are all delicious. Kazanqi Folk Tourism Area is not far away. It’s a great experience. Thank you!

It is a good hostel. However, they have to take care of the daily validating room keys. People go out to the washroom in the middle of the night, and even if they paid for the following day, they get locked, and they can't get in. Regardless of how many days you pay for, you need to get your room key validated, which is a redundant and unnecessary thing to do.it is very frustrating, too. Last night, a girl from the dorm went to the washroom at 3 a.m., and she got locked out until morning when other people in the room woke up to get her in. Also, for these unfortunate circumstances, there is nobody in the reception area to take care of it. I stayed 6 nights, and every day, I had to reactivate the room key. That is something the hostel must pay attention to it or fix it. Otherwise, it is a clean please to stay at.
