"The location is excellent! It's just a few bus stops from the train station, or a short taxi ride away, and it's not far from the city center. As soon as you enter, you can feel the backpacker vibe. The first floor is a common area with a lounge for relaxing on sofas and watching TV, and an entertainment area with a pool table. After checking in, the staff gives you sheets, slippers, and even a bottle of water (so thoughtful!). I was amazed when I entered the room โ€“ it's the largest hostel room I've ever stayed in, with a private bathroom and lockers for your belongings. On the third floor, you can hang clothes and even sit on the balcony to enjoy the breeze. I have to mention the group tours; the hostel organizes daily trips to Sayram Lake and Kuerdening Grassland. Their tour leaders are incredibly well-rounded (they know all the best places to eat, play, take photos, fly drones, drive, play instruments, and provide emotional support). Yining is a place you'll want to visit again, and Backpacker's Decade is definitely the place to stay when you're there. For backpackers, it's the absolute best choice for a trip to Yining!"

"Overall, the hotel experience was fantastic! ๐ŸŽ‰ The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable, especially the latex pillow which made for a really sound sleep. The electric curtains were a nice touch for convenience. The front desk also thoughtfully provided breakfast, which had a great variety and delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the local yogurt and dried fruits, they were very unique. Compared to guesthouses, chain hotels definitely have a much higher standard when it comes to cleanliness and facilities."

The front desk attendant looked up, smiled, and said, โ€You're here.โ€ It was as if she knew I was coming and had been waiting for me for a long time. Soft music played in the lobby. Someone was reading by the window, another person was napping with the sunlight warming their back. **Cleanliness:** The bedsheets smelled of laundry detergent, not that stuffy disinfectant smell. The corners were swept impeccably clean, and there were no water stains in the bathroom. I'm a bit of a clean freak, but I slept soundly here. When I came back at night, the auntie had already mopped the common areas again, the floor still slightly glistening. **Location:** It's in Liuxing Street, so Apple Alley is just a short walk away. "I stayed for 8 nights and absolutely loved every moment of it. The room was really clean and comfortable. It had a lot of space (even for me to do yoga in the room), and it had a lot of sunlight. The amount of sunlight was really important for me because I was working for about half the time there and spent a lot of time in the room. The desk made it very convenient for working. Now for the much more important part - the host was amazing. I was sad to leave because we formed a bond in the short time that we were there. She took us to the local bazaars, treated us to local delicacies, and showed us so much generosity and warmth. The food at the guesthouse is also amazing. I had many meals there because I was busy working and found all the dishes to be delicious and the portions very generous. I would come back to Yining just for this. I would be lucky if I had the opportunity to stay here again."

"I stayed at the hotel for three nights. The service was generally good, especially the restaurant downstairs, which was delicious. The only imperfect service was that the card was not automatically renewed when I stayed there for two consecutive nights. When I called the front desk to open the door, I waited for a full 20 minutes but no staff came to open the door. I had to go downstairs to refresh the room card myself. Finally, the check-out time was clearly 2 pm, but when I returned to the room at 1 pm, the door could not be opened. It was too outrageous."

LLonglonglonglongzhangThe hotel is located in the old city, and the surrounding roads are quite narrow. There are cars parked all along the curbs. The hotel has a few parking spaces right outside, but if you arrive late, you'll have to find parking elsewhere. The room has character, and the decor is in line with the Yili style. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the owner even provides a local food guide. Breakfast was just okay; I only had a bowl of beef noodle soup, which was mostly broth with no beef. But then I remembered the off-season rate was only around 200 yuan, and I let it go.

We checked in way before the displayed check-in time on the trips and were given a room immediately. Because we were so early we even got breakfast for free. I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserWe stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles. Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.

I found their courtyard on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) and loved it, so I decided to visit without high expectations. However, I ended up meeting so many like-minded girls at the hostel and we teamed up for several excursions โ€“ it was a delightful surprise for my long-term stay! Their beds are super comfortable, and the bedding is very clean. Entry and exit are secured by keypads, as are the lockers. The common areas offer KTV for singing, a mahjong machine, and plenty of board games to enjoy. Getting around is also very convenient; you can flag down a taxi or use Didi right outside, or walk a couple hundred meters to catch a bus.

GGuest UserThis homestay experience was really great! As soon as I entered the room, I was attracted by the warm decoration. The sheets have a light fragrance and are super comfortable to sleep on. The room is fully equipped with all kinds of facilities, which is very considerate. The landlord was warm and thoughtful. He patiently introduced us to interesting places in the surrounding area and helped us plan the itinerary, which saved us a lot of detours. Here, you feel as comfortable as at home. The location is also amazing. It is right in the Kazanchi scenic area, making travel very convenient. There are also many specialty snack shops and convenience stores around, which gives it a strong sense of life. The room and the yard also have ethnic characteristics, which are particularly nice for taking photos. The landlordโ€™s care can be seen in every detail. The room is spacious, bright and stylishly decorated. I had a great time living here. I will come here often and recommend it to my friends! I will stay here again next time I come. I highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserThe room was spotless. The owners were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and understanding. I had originally booked two nights, but due to an injury, I had to cancel one. The landlady wasn't upset at all; instead, she showed concern for my injury. The owner even let us try horse meat, and they arranged coffee for us before we left for the train station in the morning. When I needed to ship a child seat back, the landlady was very communicative and responsible throughout the whole process. There's also a complimentary airport shuttle service. The bedding in the room was very comfortable, and the little courtyard was decorated so warmly and cozily. There were many international guests. All in all, it was a very pleasant guesthouse. I'll definitely be back next time!

PPupuzhangThe owner was incredibly kind, almost to the point of being embarrassing. They helped us store our luggage in advance and even carried our suitcases upstairs during check-in. When we came back in the middle of the night, they even let us use a different room to shower, and they didn't treat us any differently just because we booked a special offer room. Their hospitality really made me feel much more positive about this city. The inn is conveniently located not far from the entrance of Liuxing Street and also close to the bus station, making it very easy for transportation and transfers. This was especially convenient after a long day of sightseeing; being able to walk straight upstairs after strolling down Liuxing Street, even past midnight, was a huge plus. The hallway and room have a nostalgic feel, reminding me of guesthouses from my childhood. The air conditioning and walls, however, are very new. I could tell they take hygiene seriously from the bathroom; the cleaning supplies were very comprehensive.
