Extremely satisfied with this trip! The hostess contacted us in advance, and her attitude was thoughtful and lovely. She informed us that the room might not be big enough and upgraded us, also asking if we'd like to order meals. Since our itinerary was quite tight, we didn't order food this time, but we should definitely try it next time. The B&B's environment was a wonderful surprise, located amidst a large vineyard. A short bike ride away, the entire Helan Mountain range appears before your eyes. The restaurant also offers an unbeatable view. The tour of the winery was a nice addition too. Overall, there's so much waiting for everyone to discover. I regret only booking for one day; a more leisurely stay would have been even better.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Yinchuan, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. **Service:** The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the team was very helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions. **Rooms:** My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, featuring modern decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities as well. **Amenities:** The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a fitness center and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a variety of options to suit different tastes, including local dishes as well as international favorites. **Overall Experience:** My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Yinchuan Glorious Center was very pleasant, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yinchuan. The hotel's theme is ”A Chinese Odyssey.” The hotel is new, with facilities from top-tier brands. It's clean and the towels are soft. The location is very close to the Drum Tower, with convenient shopping and dining options nearby. The service is very warm and welcoming. From the parking attendant to the young man greeting guests, everyone is proactive and responsive. We arrived early, and they even upgraded our room. Xiao Tian at the front desk also gave us a small gift when we left. The breakfast included fresh goji berries, which was a nice touch. I suggest separating smoking and non-smoking floors in the future, and the restaurant should be non-smoking.

The experience at E-Yanchi Yinhai Hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a beautiful view of Yuehai Lake. The fitness facilities were well-equipped. Owen provided excellent service, and the hotel's location is superb, making travel very convenient. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay, highly recommended.

I decided to go to Yinchuan on a whim during the May Day holiday. After comparing several hotels along the way, this was the only one in the same price range with the largest room. It had two floor-to-ceiling windows, making it very spacious and comfortable. However, because it's facing the street, there was some noise from passing vehicles. The soundproofing was slightly lacking; the elevator door opening sound was clearly audible. The sofa was very comfortable, suitable for both business and family use. It had a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, and was easy to use. The amenities were complete, but the ”Hisense Xiaoju” (a type of smart toilet seat) was a bit of a letdown; its performance wasn't as good as ”*du” or ”*ai” (another type of smart toilet seat), it was a bit slow to respond, and had fewer functions. The staff were very friendly, enthusiastic, and provided excellent service with a very quick and responsive attitude. The front desk had prepared disposable toilet seat covers and other basic supplies, making it convenient for guests to help themselves. It was very child-friendly; breakfast was served directly to children without tickets. It's very close to the Drum Tower, Jade Emperor Pavilion, a famous local snack shop, and Kemali snack shop, all within walking or cycling distance. There's also a bus stop right outside, which is very convenient. Of course, for family trips, it would be perfect if the hotel provided a couple more bottles of water!

Lovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

Our first night was in a capsule room, which was quite spacious and comfortable for adults, and the kids really enjoyed it. For the second and third nights, we moved to a different room. Half of the curtains didn't block out light, the toilet constantly ran 24/7, and the shower would suddenly turn completely cold every three minutes or so. It was really terrible; it might just be a hardware issue with that particular room.

This stay exceeded our expectations! From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, the warm reception from the staff makes you feel very cordial, and the smiling service throughout the whole process makes you feel like Mia. The room design is simple and stylish, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation is first-class. It is especially satisfying to sleep until you wake up naturally! The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation, and the toiletries have a high-end scent. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with restaurants and convenience stores all around. The breakfast has a rich variety, and the freshly cooked local specialty noodles are impressive. The restaurant waiters will also ask about your needs attentively. Special thanks to the front desk for their thoughtful service. They proactively recommended tourist routes and even helped deliver the luggage to the room. The price-performance ratio is very high. I highly recommend it to friends who come for tourism or business trips. I will definitely come again next time!

Good value for money, friendly, helpful night staff, no language problem, easy and trouble free foreign friendly. The feedback is based on my room and my overall experience. The room was very clean, newish super clear, bright lights bathroom, with very nice shower. The beds are a bit hard but nothing major, very quite, small but manageable parking space, despite my car being a big. It was one night experience, short but pleasant with lots of food option but the front doors of the hotel. Which very convenient. Definitely recommend unfortunately, I forgot to take some pictures. Very artistic hotel, each room has a different theme, complete facilities, very comfortable to stay, I will book again next time. The boss and service staff are very nice ~ I especially like the lobby is very artistic and warm, the childlike room is the child's request to stay, very satisfied, because I stayed for three days, and tried several other themes and liked them all ~ and the breakfast is nutritious and healthy. The overall experience is very good ~ parking is also convenient.
