"Coming “home” to the Kempinski every day was always a joy. Facilities and service absolutely world class and wow - such value for money. Breakfast buffet and the afternoon tea and happy hour (as part of the excellent executive floor upgrade) was stellar. We stayed for 3 nights and happy hour every night was a highlight of our trip - different delicious food every day and the house red… mmmm. Loved it. Highly recommend this hotel for a home away from home in Ningxia."

"I chose the Meihai Yizhi Hotel purely for its location, and it turned out to be the best decision I made during my trip to Yinchuan. It's right next to Gulou Pedestrian Street, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. It’s a three-minute walk directly to the main street, which is packed with local specialty foods, popular trendy shops, fashionable clothing, and cultural/creative products. If you want to try local snacks, you can find them right downstairs. In the evening, the Gulou night view is absolutely captivating, perfect for a stroll and taking photos. Being in the heart of the city center, the transportation is excellent; everything is close by, which lowers travel costs and saves a lot of sightseeing time. The hotel's exterior is simple and attractive, and the interior boasts a light luxury design that feels very upscale. The lobby is bright and clean, with a refreshing fragrance – you can feel the high-quality accommodation experience as soon as you walk in. The front desk staff were warm, proactive, and friendly, checking me in efficiently. They even gave accurate recommendations for local eateries frequented by locals, helping me avoid tourist traps, which was very thoughtful. The room itself has an excellent overall feel, with a modern, minimalist design, sophisticated color scheme, and an appropriate size. The natural light and views are superb. The smart room control system is fantastic, allowing me to control the air conditioning, curtains, and lighting with my voice – a must-have for anyone who loves convenience. It's easy to use and very high-tech, enhancing the stay experience. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable; no dust, no hair, no strange odors. The bedding was white, soft, and comfortable against the skin. The room was regularly ventilated, keeping the air fresh. The sleeping experience was superb, with excellent sound insulation. Even though the pedestrian street downstairs was lively and bustling, the room remained quiet and peaceful. The mattress was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, was spotlessly clean, had strong water pressure, and instant hot water. The toiletries were high-quality and pleasant to use. Housekeeping was punctual every day, with attention to detail, thorough trash removal, and full replenishment of supplies – attentive service without being intrusive. The breakfast was rich and varied, incorporating local specialty foods. The dishes were freshly prepared daily, authentic in flavor, and made with healthy ingredients. The dining area was clean and tidy. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, with free parking, a self-service laundry, and luggage storage all provided free of charge, making the value for money exceptional. The location is irreplaceable, the service is thoughtful, the hardware is excellent, the hygiene is rigorous, and the value for money is outstanding – every aspect is perfected. You definitely won't regret staying here when you come to Yinchuan; I would rebook without hesitation."

"My stay at the Yinchuan Marriott this time was very comfortable, and I must particularly commend the front desk staff, Geng Wei. She was warm and attentive throughout the check-in process, patient and meticulous, providing an excellent communication experience. The bellhop service was thoughtful and proactive, handling luggage promptly and securely. The entire service team was highly professional. The room layout was well-proportioned and comfortable, with good lighting and ventilation, and it was spotlessly clean. Although some facilities weren't the newest, they were well-maintained and functioned smoothly. The bedding was soft, ensuring a very good rest experience. The self-service breakfast offered a rich variety, combining Chinese and Western options, including local specialties, hot dishes, pastries, drinks, and fruits – all delicious. The hotel's location is convenient for travel and sightseeing, and the public areas are elegant and well-maintained. Overall, the attention to service details was exceptional, and the team was very dedicated. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Yinchuan. Highly recommended!"

"This stay at the newly upgraded Atour 3.6 was a fantastic experience, definitely five stars! The hotel's overall design is sleek and sophisticated. The lobby's Bamboo House is quiet and elegant, perfect for relaxing with a book, and the ambiance is incredibly soothing. The guest rooms are spacious and well-arranged, and the whole room was meticulously cleaned – not a trace of unpleasant odors. Atour's custom deep-sleep mattress is just the right firmness, and with the blackout curtains and excellent soundproofing, I slept incredibly soundly after a long day of business travel. The room details are very well thought out: a separate wet and dry bathroom, human-centric storage design, and a desk equipped with an eye-care lamp and multiple outlets, making it very convenient for work. Plus, all the drinks in the mini-fridge are complimentary. The front desk staff were warm and efficient with both check-in and check-out, and they were quick to respond to any requests. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and there's even a comforting late-night congee service every evening. The 24-hour laundry room and gym are fully equipped with washing, drying, and care facilities, which is particularly great for business travelers. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. I'll definitely prioritize this Atour for future business trips. Highly recommended!"

"The old saying that in real estate the ”three most important things are: location, location, location” also applies to hotels! The Shenhua hotel is in the heart of historic Yinchuan just a block from the drum tower and about two and a half blocks from the bell tower. Heading the opposite direction from the drum tower you are just a short walk from a night market with a variety of casual dining options. Heading just past the drum tower you get to a lovely broad pedestrian street with great shopping and restaurants. The Shenhua is a solid, comfortable hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast bar has options to please everyone. People matter, and the hotel staff does a great job addressing any questions or special needs a client might have. (Ma Xiao did an exceptional job of making me feel welcome at the hotel and helped me with a shipping need! Employees like that make a great difference!)"

"When checking in, the staff member Monica was incredibly efficient and friendly. She even went out of her way to recommend some fun places to visit nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, it felt like being wrapped in a cloud. The bathroom facilities were also new, and the toiletries were of good quality. I really enjoyed the tea bags in the room; they had a lovely sweet flavor, and having a huge bathtub was a definite plus!"

"The location is quite close to Lanshan Park, a 20-minute walk or a few minutes by shared bike. The decor is quite luxurious, and the rooms are large with all the necessary amenities. As a five-star hotel in Yinchuan, especially a Sheraton, the service and hygiene leave something to be desired. When checking in, the front desk staff had a poker face and didn't offer any basic information. I don't know if she was in a bad mood or what. Also, an older gentleman came to ask for the Wi-Fi password, and she just pointed to the hotel sign and said, 'Look here.' I was baffled because there was no password displayed on the sign. Luckily, the gentleman was good-tempered and, after looking around confusedly, went to find another receptionist. The shower temperature adjustment in the bathroom is quite odd; you have to turn on the hot and cold water separately and then adjust it yourself. You have to readjust it every time, and my child got scalded a few times. Plus, there's a strange odor in the shower room, and I'm not sure what it is. I rarely give anything less than a 5-star rating unless the experience is truly subpar."

There's a tranquil 'Zhuju' (Bamboo Dwelling) book bar where I could quietly read and relax in my free time. The breakfast selection was rich, and the freshly cooked beef noodles were authentic, nutritious, and filling enough to kickstart a vibrant day. The location is very convenient, making it easy to hail a taxi or commute for business, perfectly suiting a business travel rhythm. Throughout my stay, there were no complicated procedures, just perfectly timed thoughtful service and a clean, comfortable environment. As a woman who frequently travels alone for business, I highly value safety and comfort, and this Atour perfectly met all my needs. The value for money is exceptional, and the experience was five-star. I will prioritize this hotel for future business trips!"

"The hotel's location and environment are excellent; it's the best lakeside hotel in Yinchuan. The hotel is grand and imposing. The only drawback is that the facilities are somewhat old, and the lake water is overgrown with weeds and murky, clearly indicating neglect in cleaning and maintenance. Also, having traveled to many cities, this is the only hotel where breakfast closes after 9 AM. Because I had a cold and felt aches all over this morning, I went down to get breakfast at 9 AM, only to find it closed. This was a truly embarrassing experience."

"Staying in Ningxia, after walking the Northwest Great Ring Road, Xinjiang all the way to the dust, settled in Yinchuan, this hotel is particularly warm. Just arrived at the hotel, the child drank electrolyte water in the car and vomited. The girl at the front desk didn't mind half a little, soothing, handing paper towels and taking water. The lobby also has a lot of souvenir seals for attractions. This road runs through Xinjiang, Gansu and Qinghai, and other hotels are rarely seen. In the evening, the aunt in the room made a special trip upstairs to send the children's toiletries, saying that she had been busy and had no time to come up, and she was sincere and full of guilt. The room was clean and bright, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillow configuration was sufficient. The restaurant on the first floor has delicious food, health, lamb leg meat, cold sand onions, beef hooves, egg tomato noodle soup... The price is high. The breakfast is balanced and the cooked noodle soup is delicious. Often through a hotel, you can read the temperature of a city when you meet sincere people. This time it is a way to stay. If you have time, you will make a special trip to Ningxia and stay here. ✨"
