The hotel is grand and perfectly located in the city center, right across from People's Square. It's super convenient for getting to both Huaiyuan Night Market and Gulou Street. But the best part is definitely the staff; their service is excellent. The front desk even upgraded me to a room with a view, and the housekeeping staff were also very polite. Thumbs up! 👍

Arriving in Yinchuan, the desert trip was the most surprising highlight, and the delicious local lamb was definitely the most popular culinary treat. But what truly made me feel at home, no matter where I went, had to be the JW Marriott. The service was, as always, impeccable, from Manager Liu (Summer), who was incredibly thoughtful, caring, and organized every detail for us, to the lovely ladies from room service on the 50th floor, and even the girl at the noodle station during breakfast. Ningxia was a last-minute decision just a few days before my trip, and what a beautiful city it is! Even after a tiring journey, I chose the Marriott. I only booked it on the day of arrival, but the staff were incredibly welcoming. The surrounding area is bustling with many attractions. I enjoyed afternoon tea in the executive lounge, which offered beautiful views of the Yinchuan cityscape, including a large lake and well-planned, crisscrossing roads, all with immaculately maintained green belts. From my suite, I had a fantastic view of the distant Helan Mountains. Interestingly, the next day, while staying at the foot of the Helan Mountains, I could still spot the Marriott! Overall, my stay was incredibly comfortable. After a day of rest, I felt completely refreshed. Yinchuan left a wonderful impression on me, and I'll definitely be back!

We were happily upgraded to a better room type by the front desk! However, this Yinchuan location seems a bit dated, as the carpets, both in the hallways and inside the room, had a noticeable odor.
