A place with Atour helps me save time in choosing other hotels online. Basically, Atour's standards, facilities and services meet our needs, and this hotel is no exception. I stayed there for five nights in a row and I was so satisfied! Self-driving parking is convenient, front-end service is excellent, the room is comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. I will return to Yinchuan the day after tomorrow and will stay one more night before leaving.

The hotel is very new, the rooms are also relatively new, and they are very clean. The staff are warm, friendly and attentive, and there is also late night snacks from 9:30 to 11pm. There are all kinds of shopping malls and restaurants near the hotel.

It is a newly opened hotel. As soon as I entered the lobby, the service staff at the front desk were smiling, professional and enthusiastic. The check-in procedure was quick and smooth. They not only introduced me to the various facilities of the hotel carefully, but also took the initiative to ask me about my check-in needs. It's rainy in Yinchuan, but my mood at the moment is as beautiful as sunshine. The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy. The room staff are very warm and considerate. Every time I go to Yinchuan, I go to the hotel. The location is good, it is convenient to eat and travel, and there is a large parking lot. Hotel service really exceeded expectations. Check-in, and any time in and out of the hotel, there are waiters standing at the door to lead, will help swipe the card to get on the elevator, will take the initiative to ask if you need help, the original breakfast for two people, two big and one small, did not deliberately care about the height of the child, directly gave the child breakfast coupon. The breakfast every day is still very rich and very good. Afternoon tea ~ there is a first day to eat, it is a simple cake, biscuits and coffee, supper because I go out to eat every day, I didn't go to the hotel's supper, I heard the waiter say that there are noodles and fruit. Fruits and yogurt will be prepared when you return to the hotel at night. Every night, you will prepare a foot bath, and the child will be clamoring to soak every day. This service is not bad. Overall, the service is still a big plus! If you have to say that it is not enough, you can make a small suggestion that the hotel's hair dryer is indeed a bit old, because the weather in Yinchuan is always windy and sandy, and you have to take a shower every day. WWitidaWe came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

shortcoming:
1. During the peak summer season, we only booked one or two days in advance, and there were no twin beds in the same price range, so we had to separate and book the ordinary and more expensive high floors. I went to the front desk hoping not to change rooms, so I stayed in a low-priced room for two days. After so many years of free room upgrades, it was the first time I encountered a paid room downgrade, and I didn’t say anything. My emotional intelligence was not very high.
2. When I entered the room, there were biscuit crumbs. I called, but no one came. I went out and asked the aunt who was cleaning the room next door to come and clean it. I asked for an extra quilt. I checked in at 3pm, but it was not delivered. I went out for dinner and told the front desk again. Later, I called to inquire about the check-in status and told the front desk again. I finally saw the quilt when I went back in the evening. This is the first time I encountered someone who gave me quilts for a few hours.
3. For self-driving check-in, you cannot go directly to the parking lot from the elevator. You have to go to the front desk to scan the QR code to exit, and repeat this two or three times a day. You cannot enter the license plate or take a photo of the QR code. If you are worried about using parking spaces in nearby residential buildings, why not just update the QR code every week? To put it bluntly, you are lazy. Rather than inconvenience yourself, it is better to make the guests in trouble.
4. Please contact Ctrip and click on ”dinner included” in the room type when booking. When asked, the porridge and salad pancakes from 20:00 to 22:00 have nothing to do with the half cent for dinner.
5. There is a sofa bar. I see that there are not many yoga fanatics staying here, and they even pick up tour groups. The positioning of Eheng is quite embarrassing. If you want to save money, you will go to Express. If you want to be more comfortable, you will go to K, M, or S.

The hotel is located in the city center. Although there is no parking lot, the nearby parking lot can fully meet the needs. GGuest UserI took my mother to Yinchuan for a trip and stayed at Holiday Inn Express. Holiday Inn Express is usually my first choice for traveling. The quality of Zhouji series hotels is generally not too bad. Holiday Inn Express Yinchuan Center has good facilities, hygiene, environment and service. There is a parking lot in front of the building and a large supermarket next to it. The disadvantage is that there are no restaurants around, so it is not very convenient to eat. However, the hotel has a Chinese restaurant with good dishes.

GGuest UserWhat originally was meant to be a one-night stay ended up being four nights because we enjoyed it so much! The hotel is super clean and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty, and varied. We were not familiar with the Wanda Realm hotel chain before, but will definitely look at others on future trips around China. The entire staff was so kind and attentive. Would stay here again 100%! Special thanks to Brook, Director of Rooms, for super customer service and his helpful English skills.

MmarkCertainly lives up to its billing as a 4 star hotel, with all the bells and whistles. Big room, super comfortable bed, ample cupboard and bench space, a coffee table and sofa chair. Bedside light switches and electric sockets. Shower enclosure, toilet and wash basin all separated. Terrific view of the Yinchuan cityscape from the 18th floor. Stayed on Chinese New Year, so unimpeded view of fireworks (and associated noise). Free breakfast as well as first night 'late night snack' brought to the door vua room service. Railway station can be seen from the hotel, 10 minutes walk.

TToken13Staying at Kempinski was great. The staff are super courteous. They try really hard, though they sometimes fail. They forgot my backup wake-up call at 6 am and called at 6:17, saying that was my 2nd wake-up call. I jokingly asked what happened to the first. Luckily, it was only a backup.
The pool was great! The food at the Chinese restaurant as well. Do recommend it.

TTravisBeautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Frank was so attentive to our needs and always checked that we had enough food and drinks. Erica and Jiselle at the Front Desk were especially helpful with checkout. The rooms were very hot (30 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff tried their best to fix but it but because it is centrally controlled and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They offered to switch to a slightly cooler room but there weren’t two rooms together. Everything else was great. The pool and pool staff were fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from the Ningxia Museum, som beautiful parks, and a nice shopping mall and restaurants.

As soon as I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the simple yet elegant decoration style. The scent of the aromatherapy was light and pleasant, instantly dispelling my fatigue from the journey. The front desk staff checked us in quickly and introduced the hotel's services attentively, which greatly improved our impression!
The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept very well at night. Smart facilities are also a plus.
