Why was room cleaning not done until after 5 PM? This disturbed us as we were returning home to rest. Why were restaurant staff allowed to share food with guests, even though they were taking it back to the kitchen to eat? These kinds of things shouldn't happen at the Atour Hotel brand. Shouldn't Atour have a unified service management system?"

We left our charging cable behind when we checked out, and it was Xiao Liu who carefully noticed and even helped us ship it to our next destination. Especially the bed and pillows, and the room itself – it was a quiet oasis despite being centrally located.
