The front desk was very friendly. They served me tea as soon as I arrived and upgraded my room for free. I went out for a walk during the day and found that they had given me fruit when I returned to the hotel at night. The room was large and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The 8th floor was a non-smoking floor, but there was a strong smell of cigarettes as soon as I opened the door. The quality of some guests needs to be improved.

shortcoming:
1. During the peak summer season, we only booked one or two days in advance, and there were no twin beds in the same price range, so we had to separate and book the ordinary and more expensive high floors. I went to the front desk hoping not to change rooms, so I stayed in a low-priced room for two days. After so many years of free room upgrades, it was the first time I encountered a paid room downgrade, and I didn’t say anything. My emotional intelligence was not very high.
2. When I entered the room, there were biscuit crumbs. I called, but no one came. I went out and asked the aunt who was cleaning the room next door to come and clean it. I asked for an extra quilt. I checked in at 3pm, but it was not delivered. I went out for dinner and told the front desk again. Later, I called to inquire about the check-in status and told the front desk again. I finally saw the quilt when I went back in the evening. This is the first time I encountered someone who gave me quilts for a few hours.
3. For self-driving check-in, you cannot go directly to the parking lot from the elevator. You have to go to the front desk to scan the QR code to exit, and repeat this two or three times a day. You cannot enter the license plate or take a photo of the QR code. If you are worried about using parking spaces in nearby residential buildings, why not just update the QR code every week? To put it bluntly, you are lazy. Rather than inconvenience yourself, it is better to make the guests in trouble.
4. Please contact Ctrip and click on ”dinner included” in the room type when booking. When asked, the porridge and salad pancakes from 20:00 to 22:00 have nothing to do with the half cent for dinner.
5. There is a sofa bar. I see that there are not many yoga fanatics staying here, and they even pick up tour groups. The positioning of Eheng is quite embarrassing. If you want to save money, you will go to Express. If you want to be more comfortable, you will go to K, M, or S.

The front desk lady said that the robot can be sent up, I don't want the robot to work hard, haha (just kidding), there is tea in the drawer of the room, there is coffee, it is not the kind of instant, it is the hanging ear, now the hotel is so detailed? I like the American style, I drank a pack and took a pack, haha, in short, this hotel is very good for a short trip. Breakfast is also cost-effective, with local ramen and miscellaneous liver soup.

GGuest UserI took my mother to Yinchuan for a trip and stayed at Holiday Inn Express. Holiday Inn Express is usually my first choice for traveling. The quality of Zhouji series hotels is generally not too bad. Holiday Inn Express Yinchuan Center has good facilities, hygiene, environment and service. There is a parking lot in front of the building and a large supermarket next to it. The disadvantage is that there are no restaurants around, so it is not very convenient to eat. However, the hotel has a Chinese restaurant with good dishes.

GGuest UserWhat originally was meant to be a one-night stay ended up being four nights because we enjoyed it so much! The hotel is super clean and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty, and varied. We were not familiar with the Wanda Realm hotel chain before, but will definitely look at others on future trips around China. The entire staff was so kind and attentive. Would stay here again 100%! Special thanks to Brook, Director of Rooms, for super customer service and his helpful English skills.

MmarkCertainly lives up to its billing as a 4 star hotel, with all the bells and whistles. Big room, super comfortable bed, ample cupboard and bench space, a coffee table and sofa chair. Bedside light switches and electric sockets. Shower enclosure, toilet and wash basin all separated. Terrific view of the Yinchuan cityscape from the 18th floor. Stayed on Chinese New Year, so unimpeded view of fireworks (and associated noise). Free breakfast as well as first night 'late night snack' brought to the door vua room service. Railway station can be seen from the hotel, 10 minutes walk.

TToken13Staying at Kempinski was great. The staff are super courteous. They try really hard, though they sometimes fail. They forgot my backup wake-up call at 6 am and called at 6:17, saying that was my 2nd wake-up call. I jokingly asked what happened to the first. Luckily, it was only a backup.
The pool was great! The food at the Chinese restaurant as well. Do recommend it.

TTravisBeautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Frank was so attentive to our needs and always checked that we had enough food and drinks. Erica and Jiselle at the Front Desk were especially helpful with checkout. The rooms were very hot (30 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff tried their best to fix but it but because it is centrally controlled and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They offered to switch to a slightly cooler room but there weren’t two rooms together. Everything else was great. The pool and pool staff were fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from the Ningxia Museum, som beautiful parks, and a nice shopping mall and restaurants.

As soon as I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the simple yet elegant decoration style. The scent of the aromatherapy was light and pleasant, instantly dispelling my fatigue from the journey. The front desk staff checked us in quickly and introduced the hotel's services attentively, which greatly improved our impression!
The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept very well at night. Smart facilities are also a plus. Lights and curtains can be controlled with one button, which is super convenient. The room is thoughtfully equipped with a variety of drinks and snacks, full of details.
The hotel's breakfast is rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western styles, and the taste is very good. The restaurant environment is elegant, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the dining experience is great.
In addition, the hotel is in a prime location, with many shopping malls and food streets around it, making travel very convenient.
This stay was perfect. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come here!

SSam / 山姆the bad things: the room had a horrible durian smell, some guests brought it in maybe, guests should not be allowed to bring that fruit to the hotel. the smell was very very strong and I couldn't sleep because of it, the hotel doesn't provide shampoo or body wash bottles, instead they give you a small amount in a small mineral water bottle, there is little to no amenities, only toothbrush, the electric kettle is also dirty.
The good things: overall clean room, has a big window, good view and is close to the center of the city, bed is comfortable, the lighting is good. fast check in and check out. the room isn't too small, it's an okay size. Has TV, works well.
Recommend for one to two nights stay, no more.
