Extremely satisfied with this trip! The hostess contacted us in advance, and her attitude was thoughtful and lovely. She informed us that the room might not be big enough and upgraded us, also asking if we'd like to order meals. Since our itinerary was quite tight, we didn't order food this time, but we should definitely try it next time. The B&B's environment was a wonderful surprise, located amidst a large vineyard. A short bike ride away, the entire Helan Mountain range appears before your eyes. The restaurant also offers an unbeatable view. The tour of the winery was a nice addition too. Overall, there's so much waiting for everyone to discover. I regret only booking for one day; a more leisurely stay would have been even better.

The room is warmly and comfortably decorated, and the bedding is soft, making it extremely comfortable to live in. The hotel's breakfast is rich and varied, and tastes great, starting the day full of energy. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the stay experience is great!

The B&B has a natural, rustic feel, and the facilities are excellent. The shower, for example, was the best I experienced on this trip – a huge plus! Just be aware that there might be a few more bugs if you stay on the ground floor. Overall, the environment is lovely and the service is great!

Staying with my family at Helanshan Homestay Collection was an absolutely fantastic experience! 👍 The environment is peaceful, the views are expansive, directly facing Helan Mountain, and the property is very photogenic. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the private courtyard allows adults to relax and enjoy the mountain views while kids can play freely. You get to experience the Northwestern wilderness and learn about wine culture – it's a hidden gem for a vacation in Yinchuan. I truly recommend it to anyone visiting Ningxia.

Lovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

The overall stay experience is super satisfied! The location is excellent and the travel is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, and the bedding was very comfortable. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful and responded promptly. Health is in place, quiet and not noisy, with children to live very at ease, cost-effective, will choose this next time, highly recommended!

The room design is simple and stylish, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation is first-class. It is especially satisfying to sleep until you wake up naturally! The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation, and the toiletries have a high-end scent. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with restaurants and convenience stores all around. The breakfast has a rich variety, and the freshly cooked local specialty noodles are impressive. The restaurant waiters will also ask about your needs attentively. Special thanks to the front desk for their thoughtful service. They proactively recommended tourist routes and even helped deliver the luggage to the room. The price-performance ratio is very high. I highly recommend it to friends who come for tourism or business trips. I will definitely come again next time!

The rooms are spacious and bright, clean, and large. Shopping around the area is not very convenient. Parking is available in front of the door. Each room has two bottles of cheap purified water, and you can't ask for more. If you need more, you can go to the small shop next door. The small shop closes early during the Spring Festival, which is a bit of a downside.

The first hotel I stayed in when I came to Yinchuan. Everything in the new hotel is very new. You can see that the decoration and equipment are also carefully designed, such as hair dryers, toothbrushes, electric toilets, humidifiers, etc. The room is quite large and has a balcony. The environment is also very clean, minimalist style, the service attitude is also very good, and the front desk lady is great~ The disadvantage is that the location is a bit remote, there are not many restaurants nearby, and you have to drive there, so it is recommended to pack breakfast. But it is still very close to the Western Xia Imperial Mausoleum, so it is recommended to check in there. Then after checking in to the new hotel, it is still recommended to open the window for ventilation.

Five-star review! The Novotel hotel facilities are very new, and the humidifier in the room was a thoughtful touch, especially considering the dry weather in Yinchuan. The cleaning was meticulous, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. Breakfast included local lamb offal and hand-pulled noodles, both authentically flavorful. The front desk service was efficient, parking was free, and it was convenient for getting around and dining. Overall, a fantastic stay, I'll definitely stay here again.
