The location is excellent! It's diagonally across from the Museum of the Chariots and Horses of the Son of Heaven, right next to Xigong Street, and close to the subway station. It's also a short taxi ride to all the major attractions. The hotel itself is new and very clean, the staff are polite, and the breakfast is quite good. This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Luoyang.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's a short walk to Luoyi Old Town and also within strolling distance of Shizi Street. Luoyang has shared e-bikes everywhere, so finding food and attractions is usually within a ten-minute ride. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming. I mentioned something to them before checking in, and I completely forgot about it later, but they reminded me, which saved me a lot of trouble. I really appreciate that! The room was great too. I booked a triple room and asked if there were partitions between the beds, in case we wanted some privacy. When I checked in, the owner said they had specially installed a curtain with a track beforehand, which was incredibly accommodating – truly going above and beyond to meet our needs. Thanks to the owner as well! Overall, I'm very satisfied with everything. If I come back to Luoyang, I'll definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent, right near the North Gate of Luoyi Ancient City. The hotel environment is great overall, and it's very clean. It's quiet at night, so you can get a good rest. Plus, the subway station is just a few hundred meters away, which is super convenient for getting around to other places.

Open the window and gaze upon a thousand years of history, with the Luo River flowing right outside. This B&B is nestled inside Lijing Gate, a traditional courtyard of green bricks and grey tiles, offering an authentic Luoyang experience. The room was clean and elegant. The owner's hand-drawn tourist map was thoughtful and incredibly useful, and they even gifted us peony cakes as a souvenir. After exploring Shizi Street at night, I returned to the terrace to enjoy a cup of tea, watching the ancient city lights twinkle. It felt as if I was living in history itself. The location is superb, convenient for visiting Longmen Grottoes and White Horse Temple. It's not a cold hotel, but a warm home. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

After much deliberation, I chose this hotel in Luoyang, and it's no wonder it has such rave reviews – it truly lives up to its reputation. It's located in a bustling area, making it very convenient to visit all the attractions, with a subway station right next door and even a shuttle service to and from the station. The staff, both in housekeeping and at the front desk, are incredibly responsive to almost every request. The housekeeping staff provided delightful little surprises every day; seeing that we were taking medication and wearing glasses, they proactively offered us glasses cases and pill organizers. Every day we were here, we could order various snacks and fruits for free, and there was even a late-night snack service. When we checked out, they even gave us a bag of snacks and fruits. This level of service truly makes you feel comfortable. Next time I'm in Luoyang, I'll definitely stay here again!

Choosing this hotel for our Luoyang vacation was absolutely a hit, no regrets! The public hot spring baths and the infinity pool offered a fantastic experience. The butler service was excellent, and having everything from dining to accommodation and activities all in one place was super convenient. Highly recommend it for your travels and stay!

Cleanliness: Tidy and spotless, the environment is quite nice. It's close to attractions and offers great value for money, highly recommended! 👍🏻 There's a small courtyard which is very cozy. The front desk staff was friendly and even walked us to the entrance of the scenic area.

BEST STAY EVER! Long review, but a meaningful one. Hotel & Facilities: I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained. The location is excellent, only about a 5-minute walk from the main entrance of the Longmen Grottoes, plus all the shopping and food area. There is also a nearby bridge where I enjoyed beautiful views of the grottoes without entering the site! The receptionist Mengmeng upgraded my room to a suite free of charge, which made my stay even more memorable, since it was a special occasion! She was super helpful and kind through my stay. Housekeeping was outstanding. My room was cleaned every day and maintained to a high standard. The breakfast buffet had a variety of dishes and enough choices to keep breakfast interesting throughout my stay, I ate like a queen, besides the restaurant area is super peaceful. As a Spanish girl who does not speak good Chinese, I relied on translation apps, and the staff were always patient, welcoming, and eager to help. Exceptional Staff Support After I Sprained My Ankle: During my visit to the Longmen Grottoes, I unfortunately sprained my ankle. The level of care I received from the hotel staff was exceptional and was one of the main reasons I decided to extend my stay by an extra night. The receptionist Dan Dan and the driver Zhang Hong went above and beyond to help me the night I sprained my ankle. Ma Dan Dan was my main contact point. She regularly checked on me, provided ice for my ankle and even helped me do my laundry! She came up and down to my room several times to bring me everything I needed. I am very grateful for her time and care. The driver Changwang took me to the nearest health centre and he was super patient and talkative, which was nice. Special mention to one staff member called Wang Bing, she was working during the breakfast the day after I sprained my ankle and she was incredibly helpful, lovely and attentive, she even gave me a medicine for mosquito bites! Everyone treated me with kindness and professionalism. I believe mentioning their names is relevant, due to my particular situation, they deserve the recognition. As a solo woman travelling and getting injured far away from home, their support meant a great deal to me. Overall: Whether you are a domestic or international traveller, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of beautiful facilities, an excellent location, outstanding cleanliness and nd caring staff made this one of the most memorable experiences I have had in my years of travelling. It was very quiet after 11 PM, and the view was fantastic; you could see the city walls from your room. The facilities were complete, including a washer and dryer. Transportation was very convenient, very close to the subway and bus stations. The old city was right downstairs, with a lively, bustling atmosphere – it felt like stepping back in time. The room was very clean and odor-free, with 24-hour hot water. Most importantly, it was located on the city walls, so I highly recommend it.

This is a great place for a tourist. The price and environment are very good. It's next to the train station and the transportation is very convenient. There are buses from the train station to Longmen Grottoes and White Horse Temple. The lady at the front desk was very warm. She was worried that I might not be wearing enough clothes because of the temperature drop in Luoyang. I recommend staying here.
