"Huge thanks to Karen, the Front Office Manager, for helping us get a room upgrade and planning our itinerary in advance. The concierge was super friendly, greeting us warmly and assisting with our luggage. The lovely lady at check-in thoughtfully offered us hot drinks, and Vivian at the front desk even gave us a kind reminder and some water for our journey when we were heading out. We really appreciate it! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff on our floor were so attentive. They noticed we'd run out of water, left a sweet note, and brought extra bottles, which made our Christmas feel incredibly warm and special."

"This trip to Luoyang was with my elderly relatives and children, and we were extremely satisfied with this hotel. As soon as we arrived, the security guard rushed to help with our luggage, and the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful in checking us in. The hotel is decorated in the traditional Chinese style, which I love. The receptionist even upgraded our room for free. The room was clean, and the mattress was comfortable. We decided to extend our stay for the second night. Highly recommended!"

As expected, both nights were very quiet. The room was on the fifth floor, close to the road, but the windows were well soundproofed. The front desk said the glass was double-glazed, and the soundproofing was indeed excellent; I could barely hear any car noise outside. Although the room was near the elevator, the door was also well soundproofed. Plus, the advantage of a suite is that there's an inner door, and when closed, you can't hear any noise from the hallway. The room was clean and cozy. The hotel provided a welcome gift, carried my luggage to the room, and explained all the smart devices – very thoughtful. The breakfast, priced at around 30 RMB, was well-rounded and worth the price. Overall, it's a hotel with extremely high value for money, and I would definitely bring my family back!

Posted on Aug 11, 2026|Happy Reunion Three-Bedroom Western House
Guest UserThe resort hotel is very large, covering more than 100 acres, a family of ten people traveled, set two three-bedroom and one-living room, very spacious, each room has a big bed room, 2 twin rooms, and a small children's room, living room, balcony, kitchen Everything, fruit, prepared toiletries are also star standard, needles and threads are available, Very careful, the decoration of the building we lived in was newly installed in February, very clean, the breakfast was rich and delicious, the night before, I stayed with my family to soak in the hot springs, more than 20 indoor and outdoor pools, fruit tea service is very good, the next day after breakfast, I took my family to take a photo of Hanfu, and the film was very good around the lake. It is recommended to make an appointment in advance to makeup. The hotel provides clothing, boating (charged), dinner can be ordered and lakeside barbecue, children's playground has teachers teaching handicrafts, etc. The accommodation is no longer on the same floor, and you need to take a shuttle bus back and forth. Within 30 minutes of drifting, the overall exceeded expectations, very satisfied, Funiu Mountain will come again when skiing ～

This hotel experience was absolutely fantastic! The front desk service was excellent throughout, proactively offering warm towels and a travel guide upon check-in – a delight for anyone who appreciates attention to detail! The room was spotless, like it had just been unpacked, the bedding was perfectly soft, and the blackout curtains ensured a restful night's sleep. The bathroom's smart mirror had a defogging function, and the water pressure was so strong it felt like a spa experience. The subway station is just a 3-minute walk away, and they even deliver takeout upstairs at night – perfect for business travelers! The value is unmatched in its location; from service to facilities, everything is impeccable. It's already on my ”must-stay” list! 🌟

The room is well designed, and there is a tea set. The hot spring sauna on the first floor is free to use. It is a very good consumption experience for people who often travel on business! Give a small suggestion, can you provide more types of tea next time
