The hotel is right next to Longmen High-Speed Rail Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's also a very short drive to the Longmen Grottoes and Luoyang Museum, which saved us a lot of time and effort when traveling with children. The rooms were new, clean, and spacious, with soft bedding, excellent blackout curtains, and good soundproofing, ensuring the kids slept soundly at night. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, catering to children's tastes as well. The front desk service was thoughtful and attentive, with efficient check-in and quick responses to any requests. There's also a self-service laundry room, which is super handy for changing clothes when traveling with family. The quality of this chain hotel is consistently good, parking is convenient, and its location is particularly suitable for visiting the major attractions in Luolong District. It offers great value for money and is highly recommended for family trips."

"The facilities at Luoyang Marriott Hotel are brand new, ingeniously blending ancient Tang and Song dynasty aesthetics with modern design. Located in the heart of Luolong, the hotel offers convenient transportation and is surrounded by a mature commercial district. The executive lounge and dining services are highly praised, especially the lounge. It's essentially top-tier among Marriott properties of its caliber in China. There's a good selection of substantial dishes, and the taste is not perfunctory. Ms. Cheryl Hu, a staff member, is professional and enthusiastic. Marriott elites, come give it a try! "Excellent location, right by Lijing Gate, just a two-minute walk away. Plus, there's a super long street with various snacks and delicacies, making it incredibly convenient for dining and entertainment. The room was clean and tidy. I booked for two nights, but due to personal reasons, I needed to switch rooms on the second day, and the front desk handled it very smoothly. Before I headed out, the front desk proactively gave me directions, and upon check-out, they even gave me a free flower pastry. A truly excellent hotel, highly recommended!"

"This is a good choice when I made my booking to an unknown city. Location wise so near to main attraction such as Louyang Ancient City. It does not sit exactly in the main street so you have to walk a bit roughly 200m inside. With luggage maybe found bit difficulty as uneven stone pathway to the hotel. Though this should not dampen your mood for staying here. I got ground floor. I guess those without balcony were given groud floor. It have high floor to ceiling window/sliding door facing the main pathway. Can't really open the curtain then everyone pass though will see you. Upper floor should not have this issue. There this side upright chair/cusyen where one can just sit and lounge around eating all the snack one just bought outside the street. TV is big I do not have time to watch any. I think tis the subscription version. All necessary amenities is available. 🤷 There's washing machine but only operational 10am to 10pm and I didn't have time to use it. Ground floor may have issue with sound as I can hear upstairs things moving around but I'm so tired from all day walk so this just temporary nuisance. All in all I highly recommend this place if the area you intended to visit is around the hotel."

"This hotel was a great choice for my business trip. The location is excellent, making it super easy to get around, and there's parking right outside. Plus, there's a snack street directly across the road! The hotel service was top-notch, and my room had great natural light. The facilities were comprehensive, including a shower with separate wet and dry areas. In the lobby, they had complimentary ice jelly and bead art kits, and the breakfast was delicious. There's a coffee shop on the second floor, along with a very convenient laundry room equipped with washers and dryers."

"The homestay is located on the pedestrian street right outside Luoyi Old City. It is easier to access through the parking lot at the back, though most taxi driver will refuse to reach there as the street is pretty narrow. Although the homestay follows old Chinese theme for all rooms and furniture, everything is new and clean. We even had water filter machine. There’s a separate laundry room that you can use for free. We were lucky that our room was at the very back, far from the noisy pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants. Definitely a recommendation for anyone who prefer staying close the to old city to take photoshoot in Chinese costumes."

"Luoyang International Hotel absolutely blew us away with its bedding, service, and food! We arrived at 7 AM, and they had already held a room for us from the night before, allowing for an early check-in. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating to all our requests. This summer, we traveled 15,000 kilometers with our kids, through Henan, Shaanxi, Gansu, and Xinjiang, staying in hotels for a total of 20 nights. Our last stop on the way back to Guangzhou was Luoyang. Aside from the presidential suite in Nalati, which cost over 10,000 RMB a night and speaks for itself in terms of price and view, the service at Luoyang International Hotel surpassed everywhere else. I would definitely recommend it to friends and will certainly stay here again!"

"I chose to come to Luoyang because I saw the hotel's promotional video. I chose to come to his house. I was really not disappointed. The room was big and beautiful. The new hotel had no taste. The service was very intimate and I had nothing to say! Next time I come to Luoyang, I will choose his home. It is a pleasant hotel."

"They offer a pick-up service from Longmen Station with a Lantu business car. The driver pre-arranged everything, but I proactively made a reservation, mainly for the pick-up. I thought it was pretty good. I booked it for around 300 RMB, and the twin dates package was quite a good deal. It had everything we needed. Location-wise, it's close to Longmen Grottoes, but a bit further from other places. However, if you take a taxi, Luoyang isn't that big, and a few dozen yuan will get you anywhere, so it's acceptable. We didn't explore the surrounding area much; we mostly just went to tourist spots. The service was very good. The cleaning staff were friendly and greeted us warmly. There were also plenty of bottled water bottles placed in the stairwells for guests to take as needed, which was a nice touch. There was also bottled water in the room, which was fine. They didn't charge a deposit for check-in. I considered upgrading to a kids' room, but the upgrade fee was too high. The price including breakfast was still good for kids. Even though the little ones didn't eat much at breakfast, they weren't charged. Their beef noodle soup, however, I absolutely have to recommend! It's in the noodle section and is very distinctive. We were on a tight schedule and didn't get to try many local delicacies, but their beef noodle soup made all of us eat at least three bowls. Even the kids who don't usually like it drank a lot. We all agreed it was incredibly authentic. The only minor drawback is that if they're going to offer afternoon tea, they should do it properly – make it a bit more refined and presentable. Otherwise, it's better not to offer it at all. The mini-bar also had some complimentary small drinks. Overall, the service was really good and suitable for families. There's a new business district nearby with an unfinished building, and across the street, there seems to be a shopping mall, so it's convenient for shopping. However, we usually left early and returned late, so we didn't do anything else besides dealing with taxi issues."

"Great location! 👍 The hotel is right next to Lijingmen Subway Station. It's less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel to Lijingmen, Luoyang Old City, and Shizi Street – you just need to walk straight down one road. The hotel is also conveniently located on the main road, making it easy to catch a taxi. Right next to the hotel is 'Nanbei Li Store,' Luoyang's most famous specialty shop. The room was quite spacious and beautifully designed. The wet and dry areas in the bathroom were very well separated. 👍 It only takes 30 minutes to get to Luoyang Longmen High-Speed Rail Station from the hotel. The service was excellent; they completely met our requests and handled the separation perfectly. 🥰"
