"I specifically came to leave a review. This was my first time in Luoyang. I stayed near Luoyi Old City for the first few days, but then I wanted to visit the grottoes, so I chose this hotel because it's closer and more convenient for catching the high-speed train when I leave. It's only a 5-6 minute walk from the high-speed train station – incredibly convenient! This hotel chain is worldwide, but this particular location offers excellent value for money. Although it's not large, it's very well-maintained and the facilities are new. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which is a huge plus for someone like me who has trouble sleeping. The room's hygiene was excellent, making for a very peaceful stay. Being right next to the high-speed train station, I was initially worried that a city-view room might affect my rest, but it turned out to be absolutely fine. The service was also very thoughtful. It was truly a great experience."

"Location & Facilities: This guesthouse is located in an old residential area, tucked away in an alley which made it a little hard to find. During the day, there's quite a bit of foot traffic from local residents, and driving into the alley can be tricky. However, you can park at the alley entrance and walk for about two to three minutes to reach the guesthouse, so it's still quite convenient. The main gate has an electronic lock, and you can only open it with your room card after dark, which made us feel very secure. Free parking nearby is a bit 'wild west' – basically just parking along the side of the alley. If you're worried about scratches or inconvenience, there are also paid parking lots nearby; 5 yuan for overnight parking is a reasonable price, I think. Being in the old city, the guesthouse is very close to attractions like Luoyi Ancient City and other bustling areas. Grabbing a shared e-scooter, you can reach all sorts of delicious food within about ten minutes, making it super convenient for eating and exploring. Service: The owner, a very enthusiastic gentleman, called us right after we booked to confirm if we needed a parking space. After checking in, he recommended many local eateries. We basically followed his recommendations for most of our two or three days in Luoyang, and everything was authentic and affordable! I have to say, the owner’s recommendations as a local were truly authentic; he had our breakfast, lunch, and dinner plans perfectly sorted. Since we rented a car, we'd tell him roughly when we'd return to the guesthouse, and he'd help confirm a parking spot in advance, so we could park directly near the guesthouse upon arrival. He always has a cheerful smile, and when we bumped into him heading out, he'd actively ask how our day was going and how we liked the restaurants he recommended. Overall, he made us feel right at home, very comfortable! Hygienics: The entire guesthouse was impeccably maintained by the owner. Our room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom had no unpleasant smells, and the hot water for showers was great and convenient, with no drainage issues. They also provided disposable bath towels and face towels, which was a nice touch. The mattress was incredibly comfortable; combined with all the delicious food in Luoyang, we pretty much crashed as soon as we got back to the guesthouse and slept like logs, haha. No wonder previous reviews mentioned feeling like they were staying in a five-star hotel. Overall, the stay was an excellent experience! I highly recommend this guesthouse to everyone! It's been three or four days since we returned from Luoyang, and I just remembered I had to leave a big positive review for the owner! The value of a retrospective review speaks for itself. Please support the owner's business! Staying in such a comfortable guesthouse made our trip to Luoyang even more enjoyable! "The homestay is located on the pedestrian street right outside Luoyi Old City. It is easier to access through the parking lot at the back, though most taxi driver will refuse to reach there as the street is pretty narrow. Although the homestay follows old Chinese theme for all rooms and furniture, everything is new and clean. We even had water filter machine. There’s a separate laundry room that you can use for free. We were lucky that our room was at the very back, far from the noisy pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants. Definitely a recommendation for anyone who prefer staying close the to old city to take photoshoot in Chinese costumes."

"They offer a pick-up service from Longmen Station with a Lantu business car. The driver pre-arranged everything, but I proactively made a reservation, mainly for the pick-up. I thought it was pretty good. I booked it for around 300 RMB, and the twin dates package was quite a good deal. It had everything we needed. Location-wise, it's close to Longmen Grottoes, but a bit further from other places. However, if you take a taxi, Luoyang isn't that big, and a few dozen yuan will get you anywhere, so it's acceptable. We didn't explore the surrounding area much; we mostly just went to tourist spots. The service was very good. The cleaning staff were friendly and greeted us warmly. There were also plenty of bottled water bottles placed in the stairwells for guests to take as needed, which was a nice touch. There was also bottled water in the room, which was fine. They didn't charge a deposit for check-in. I considered upgrading to a kids' room, but the upgrade fee was too high. The price including breakfast was still good for kids. Even though the little ones didn't eat much at breakfast, they weren't charged. Their beef noodle soup, however, I absolutely have to recommend! It's in the noodle section and is very distinctive. We were on a tight schedule and didn't get to try many local delicacies, but their beef noodle soup made all of us eat at least three bowls. Even the kids who don't usually like it drank a lot. We all agreed it was incredibly authentic. The only minor drawback is that if they're going to offer afternoon tea, they should do it properly – make it a bit more refined and presentable. Otherwise, it's better not to offer it at all. The mini-bar also had some complimentary small drinks. Overall, the service was really good and suitable for families. There's a new business district nearby with an unfinished building, and across the street, there seems to be a shopping mall, so it's convenient for shopping. However, we usually left early and returned late, so we didn't do anything else besides dealing with taxi issues."

"Excellent location, right by Lijing Gate, just a two-minute walk away. Plus, there's a super long street with various snacks and delicacies, making it incredibly convenient for dining and entertainment. The room was clean and tidy. I booked for two nights, but due to personal reasons, I needed to switch rooms on the second day, and the front desk handled it very smoothly. Before I headed out, the front desk proactively gave me directions, and upon check-out, they even gave me a free flower pastry. A truly excellent hotel, highly recommended!"

"The location is excellent, right near the North Gate of Luoyi Ancient City. The hotel environment is great overall, and it's very clean. It's quiet at night, so you can get a good rest. Plus, the subway station is just a few hundred meters away, which is super convenient for getting around to other places."

"This hotel offers excellent service. As soon as you enter the lobby, there's a play area with building blocks that kids love, and they also have their favorite bingsu. The cold drink robot delivery is fantastic – so thoughtful! They even provide children's toothbrushes and slippers. The room amenities are comprehensive, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. On the second floor, there are sodas that kids enjoy, which are also a specialty of Luoyang, as well as coffee. The laundry room is well-equipped with washing machines, dryers, and even a garment steamer. The service here is incredibly attentive."

"This place was the best accommodations we had for my parents and my wife, the rooms were spacious, the view was incredible, the hosts was so accommodating and warm, food was delicious. To the right of the hotel is a muslim street with morning markets and sometimes night market, to the left of the hotel after the bridge is the Luoyi ancient city. There are performances every night during the golden week. A lot of festivities and a lot of the traditional hanfu places to try out nearby. We loved this place and will always want to come back here."
