Basios Place Tourist Inn by RedDoorz
"A good, inexpensive hotel. Good value for the price. Everything is nearby: shops, cafes, and a beautiful sunset in the evenings."
Zuri Resort
"Awesome hotel. We had the family room which had 2 double beds and 2 singles. For our family of 5 great. Kids loved the buffet breakfast. Plenty of tuk tuks out front if you want to go into town (5 mins) or airport (20 mins). There is 3 pools. We spent time at a different one each day. We had had a pretty full on trip beforehand so this was the perfect hotel to relax for a bit. Restaurant was good for dinner too. Lots of food options in town too. Good location to get to the port too for any day trips. Highly recommend."
The Dream Beach Resort
"There is much to commend the Dream Resort: beautifully styled, generous public spaces - we loved the yoga pavilion, and the pool is larger than the pics suggest - and blessed with stunning ocean views. The villas are spacious, bed comfortable and firm, and private - no noisy hotel room neighbours here. A work desk and chair in the villa are lacking, especially as the wifi was generally much better in the room than the restaurant. Food was fair to good but nothing special. For some reason we found food in the Philippines to be generally bland compared to elsewhere in Southeast Asia; and we’ve travelled to all the ASEAN countries bar Brunei. The downside of the resort is that it’s fairly isolated. There’s very little in the way of alternative restaurants in Taytay. A new kid in town, Leonidas, is 10 minutes north, and a viable option for lunches and dinner - and proper coffee. One suggestion for the Dream team (😉) would be to have a water station in the restaurant or filled bottles at the bar ready for collection (as other places we stayed at did) as we found the need to have to find a staff member to fill our water bottle a little annoying. (Tap water is not potable in the Philippines outside Manila.) The gardens will delight birders. In addition to the ubiquitous Palawan sunbird we saw ioras, leafbirds, flowerpeckers, two kingfishers, amongst many others along the shore. And we loved walking out on to the extensive mudflats at low tide. Note, though, that the beach isn’t one for swimming. Staff were always welcoming and helpful. A few minor improvements would make it a 5-star boutique resort."
Amanpulo
"I was disappointed with the reservations specialist. Prior to booking we checked the weather and the whole week it did not look promising. so the guy who was in charge said the weather was good but he basically trapped us to paying 4 days and we Could not even get out of the hotel. So we decided to leave after a day and requested. For a refund. The entire crew from The island knew the weather was Not good. This type Of behavior is not acceptable and not very Professional especially for a 5 star hotel"

"Beachfront , pool lounging. Rooms with terraces. Reasonably priced food"
Seda Lio El Nido Palawan
"Very nice beach! One of the best in my life! Really recommend to go! Restaurant is ok! Please work on the food chose"
Lime Resort El Nido
"The Lime Resort was a great place to stay in El Nido. We stayed in the spacious Seaview room for 8 days, which provided a stunning view of the sea. The only improvement suggestion is that management update the room, as it showed signs of wear, including a misaligned drawer, torn curtains, and peeling floor tiles. Breakfast could also be enhanced, as it mainly offered processed foods. Nonetheless, the staff was very friendly and helpful."

Nacpan Beach Resort Managed by H Hospitality Group
"A lovely hotel away from the hustle and bustle. The outside is a bit worn with the wood coming apart in some places and a large amount of birds who have nested in the walls making a lot of noise. Overall it was a nice hotel with accommodating staff."
H Hotel El Nido - Vegan Friendly Hotel Managed by H Hospitality Group
"Great hotel, with very easy airport pick up and drop off. Very friendly staff, lovely room, good location. Good breakfast restaurant too."
El Nido Beach Hotel
"Fantastic view and staff! The location was centrally located and great for walking around."
S Resort El Nido - Newly Renovated
"We and my friend recommend a stay at S Resort! The service was great. They had contacts and booked all tours for us, cheaper than from Get Your Guide and so on. They came with recommendations for which beaches to go to get the best out of our stay, and also rent motorbikes for a cheap price with motorbikes being delivered to the resort. The rooms was clean and it was good AC in the room. Our room was towards the street, so you heard the people there. We always sleep with air plugs, so that was no problem."
El Nido Resorts Pangulasian Island
"It’s amazing. We love here."
Princesa Garden Island Resort and Spa
"Excellent visit. Food was great, ans the staff were very nice and helpful. I would have loved to have some more veggie options for a friend that is vegetarian"
Lagen, El Nido

Discovery Coron (formerly Club Paradise Palawan)
"Was a very nice vacation with my family Stuff are very helpful l"
Two Seasons Coron Island Resort
"Beautiful place with a clean beach and christal clear water, a good service and average food quality. Difficult to reach, but any transfer is perfectly organized by Hotel management. As nice as the location is and understanding that they need to have a own power and water plant, complex logistics, it is in my personal opinion heavily overpriced. Breakfast and food quality in general is nothing special, but priced as 5 Star resort in the Maldives, where you are pampered like a king/queen. A boats trip for 500€ with a ham and cheese toast and on a wooden junk cutter is just not worth, as nice as all staff is. I enjoyed the time, but would not repeat it. There are much better value for money offers in this luxury category."
Hola Hostel Puerto Princesa
A fun and social stay for backpackers and budget travellers, perfect for meeting new people before exploring Palawan’s beaches and island tours.
Piece Lio from Japan Managed by H Hospitality Group
"The hotel ia very nice with exceptional amenities, the stuff is very friendly and professional. Breakfast is normal. The hotel provides shuttle to downtown and airport."
Crystal Paradise Resort Spa & Winery
"Beautiful location, adequate staff, and excellent welcome. However, it was far too expensive for the service. Poor Wi-Fi, unable to watch TV due to poor connection. Exorbitant transportation prices. Totally not recommended unless you're a millionaire and bring your own TV and internet connection, but only use Wi-Fi outside; it's impossible in the room. In short, very disappointing!"
El Nido Garden Resort
"We had a good time here and stayed a few days! Room was spacious and had everything needed and the shower was great and AC in the room was good too. Was on the 4th floor and had a great view!!! Breakfast was good and was a combination of western and Filipino and was enough. The town was easy to walk too from here eg less than 5-10mins and the townsquare was beside us. You can get a private van to airport for 1300 to 1500 pesos or get a tuktuk for 300 pesos. I wish they provided free bottle water but we just went into town to purchase."
The Funny Lion - El Nido
"I really enjoyed my stay there. Friendly staff. Great food and drinks. Also the location is close to everything"
The Hotel Elizabeth Resort and Villas - Long Beach San Vicente Palawan
"This hotel is amazing but also very quiet. Everything about the hotel was perfect. We are a family of 4 with x2 young children. Check in was nice and smooth. Room was great with a lovely view. Roof top pool was clean and warm. The staff were amazing and always there to help."
Coron Westown Resort
"This hotel was initially a nightmare. I booked 2 rooms through Trip for adults and the kids. Upon arrival, the hotel advised that one of the rooms had been cancelled and we only had one room. All my bookings were still showing in the Trip app so neither myself or Trip had cancelled anything. I contacted Trip and they were excellent and worked very hard, but unsuccessfully to get our room back... It was absolutely peak season and the room had been given to someone else. We were able to book a room Westown 2 nights later so the kids ended up staying at the hotel and us adults, luckily were able to find another hotel for 2 nights and then moved back to Westown hotel. When this issue occurred, I felt we were treated incredibly poorly by the hotel. They made it clear... If you book through a third party booking agency, the issue is with you..not our problem... Considering most of their bookings are probably through third parties, this attitude is poor. Once we moved back into the hotel for the remaining 3 days, the hotel facilities were good. Swimming pools were good. There was a cafe, couple of restaurants, and small gym. Location was 10 mins on a tricycle into the centre of town and there were always tricycles available. A shuttle was available to and from the airport. Negatives were as follows: - Hotel saying we cancelled one of our rooms even though we hadn't. Kids had to stay by themselves in the hotel. - Hotel didn't care less about us because we made the booking through a 3rd party. - Disappointing that probably 50% of the menu foods were not available in the Filipino restaurant while we were there...usual excuse of supplier issues was always given."

Costa Palawan Resort
"The resort is a bit outdated, but still offers good service. Spacious clean room and bathroom, helpful staff, restaurant near the beach with seaview (nice breakfast), overall we had a good stay. The only problem was the high humidity, which was felt inside the rooms (a bit of moisture on the ceiling)."
