"Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! "Room is clean, with friendly and nice staffs. Located just opposite the public market whereby you can get lots of fruits, vegetables etc. There are nearby supermarkets n small malls where you can get snacks and necessities. Also walking distance to SM mall. It is nearby the airport too. By tuk tuk it cost you 150 to get go airport. Walking distance to Baywalk where you can enjoy sunset and nice seafood dinners. Or relaxing stroll along the busy baywalk. Paid 300 to get to the other side Sicsican where Ka Joel, baker’s Hill, etc are."

"I stayed only one night. But the staff was really friendly and helped me a lot. Really cozy and relaxing hotel. Wish I could stay more . The restaurant could be better ( found a hair in my food once, but they replaced it quickly, it can happen ~) The room was really comfy! Be aware of dogs on the street to the hotel, I advise to take an bike to avoid them."

"There's a direct road from the airport to the city center. They offer a shuttle service, but it's not free; it costs 100 pesos one way. I tried to book a shuttle (they showed me a QR code and told me to book through it), but the service hours were 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM. My flight was scheduled to arrive at 5:55 PM, and I expected a shuttle to be waiting, but there wasn't one. When I called, they just repeated the service hours. It would have been helpful if they had mentioned that when I made the booking. In the end, I walked. It's about 1.5 km, which is manageable with a backpack after sunset. It's too hot to walk during the day. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a supermarket is within walking distance. Being on the main road, it's also easy to catch a multicab. The room was mostly satisfactory, though there's no refrigerator. The shower pressure isn't great, but it's functional. However, the showerhead is mounted quite high, which might be a bit challenging for shorter people."

"We stayed at Best Western Plus Puerto Princesa for one night before our flight to Manila, and it was a wonderful experience. After exploring beautiful Palawan, it was the perfect place to relax before continuing our journey. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. What made our stay special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, and they made sure we had a smooth and pleasant stay. Even though our visit was short, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of us. We would happily stay here again when visiting Palawan!"

"Increíble stay! Nice hot shower, beautiful pool to relax and have a drink. Really friendly and professional staff. Accesible from the airport, only downside would be that it’s a bit far from downtown but perfect for a peaceful stay. 100% recommend to buy tiny bread called “Cheeseepandesal” from the neighboring lady baker (has a caddy with oven, serves it hot🤤)"

"Our last four nights in paradise the swim up room was amazing we used that pool for a lot of hours nice to have our own deck and access. We ate all our meals here breakfast was included and was good the options were lacking a bit but we found enough to eat! Dinner we ate here because we were lazy and didn’t want to go out! The food was good not great but good not always the same the next day was strange! The beach was great the tides gos out for miles so there is lots to walk! The massage place was great she worked all my kinks out. But I would not recommend the nail salon was very basic not much to choose from for Color and she was late then when she did arrive had to go home for tools she forget! The hotel staff were all very helpful! The pool bar was nice and Mark made some fancy drinks!"
