As in other developing countries not everything is always as well working/maintained perfectly, but when brought to staff's attn they addressed as best possible. The primary n major necessities are fine - I would definitely stay again ))"

"Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! "I stayed one night with my friends. The beds were quite comfortable and the room was spacious. The bathroom was the most negative aspect: the door wouldn't open properly due to the toilet, the shower head wasn't working (it was like a bucket), and the tap water didn't flow correctly!"

"This was our first stop in the Philippines and we were welcomed by possibly the most friendly staff from our entire trip. The room was clean but there was a bit of a funky ”damp” smell on our floor but nothing awful. The breakfast buffet was quite good but the western options were basic and mostly sweet (not as issue for us!). Good location, we walked all the way to Baywalk which was flat but mostly down a main road so a tuktuk might be best if going that way. We didn't use the facilities but we did have a squiz and the gym was being used and the pool looked nice. This was a quick stop for us but happy to have stayed here!"

"My flight arrived late at night, so I was happy to avail of the free airport pick up. The hotel is near the airport and within walking distance of the provincial capital. The area has many good options for restaurants; across the hotel is a grocery.  Local jeeps and tricycles can be hailed in front of the hotel.  There were strong rains, but I felt safe in the hotel and the area was not flooded.  I tried the breakfast ones and it was well prepared. I had the corned beef. Very good price point. Soundproofing could be improved."

"Can definitely recommend this hotel. The service was top-notch; we could book tours directly from the reception, even late in the evening for the next day 😃. There was full service, and we were allowed to use the pool in the evening. I would absolutely recommend this hotel as you get great value for money."

"First i want to commend on the front desk staff. Those guys were so nice and so good. Then Mon also very prompt on the service. The rooftop was super. It's has an alfresco area and a restaurant, also after for the breakfast. The only regret was as the room was not big, the space are not maximised in Its design."

"Room is clean, with friendly and nice staffs. Located just opposite the public market whereby you can get lots of fruits, vegetables etc. There are nearby supermarkets n small malls where you can get snacks and necessities. Also walking distance to SM mall. It is nearby the airport too. By tuk tuk it cost you 150 to get go airport. Walking distance to Baywalk where you can enjoy sunset and nice seafood dinners. Or relaxing stroll along the busy baywalk. Paid 300 to get to the other side Sicsican where Ka Joel, baker’s Hill, etc are."
