My stay at El Nido Resorts Lagen Island was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff's warmth and genuine hospitality were exceptional; they always wore smiles and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. From assisting with ferry bookings to surprising me on my birthday with a beautifully decorated bed and a delightful cake, their thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming. Special thanks to Carell, Jojo, Harnie, John, and Arvin for their outstanding support.
The resort's happy vibe upon arrival sets the tone, and you leave with a smile, longing for more. The complimentary tours, seamlessly integrated into the package, were made exceptional by the supportive guides, creating a private and well-timed experience. Opting for the overwater bungalow was a unique and enchanting experience, adding to the paradise that is El Nido Lagen Island.
The buffet-style meals offered three times a day were a culinary delight. I wholeheartedly recommend El Nido Resorts Lagen Island for an unforgettable and highly recommended getaway. Thank you for an exceptional stay!

Anonymous UserBeautiful place with a clean beach and christal clear water, a good service and average food quality. Difficult to reach, but any transfer is perfectly organized by Hotel management.
As nice as the location is and understanding that they need to have a own power and water plant, complex logistics, it is in my personal opinion heavily overpriced. Breakfast and food quality in general is nothing special, but priced as 5 Star resort in the Maldives, where you are pampered like a king/queen.
A boats trip for 500€ with a ham and cheese toast and on a wooden junk cutter is just not worth, as nice as all staff is.
I enjoyed the time, but would not repeat it. There are much better value for money offers in this luxury category.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend it.
The island itself is quite a distance from Coron town. Coron town and this island are located at the northern and southern ends of the main island, respectively. So, getting to the island from town involves an approximately one-hour car ride to the port, followed by a 40-minute boat trip. However, this remote location ensures the island's pristine environment.
Here’s a breakdown of the activities available on the island:
1. **Free Activities:** These include snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, and mountain climbing. All were enjoyable, and the snorkeling waters were excellent.
2. **Paid Activities:** The prices for these are a bit steep. For example, an island-hopping tour for a day costs between 6000 and 8000 pesos, which I found to be poor value for money.
I suggest arriving early and not sticking strictly to the 3 PM check-in time. Arriving earlier allows you to start enjoying the island's facilities right away.
Regarding dining and service:
1. The overall service was impeccable.
2. Breakfast was decent. Considering the limited resources on the island, the variety offered was quite good.
3. There are two restaurants on the island. The food is tasty, but a bit pricey, costing around 150-200 RMB per person.
In summary, the service and scenery here definitely justify the price.

Fulgencio Pollocation is perfect just few block for a market and walking distance to the marina we're the boats for excursion is dock and load. The hotel accomodations is just basic small bed low and very thin mattress, pillow and blanket is excellent soft, water supply is abundant although electricity us intermitent on and off, our aircondition unit has been affected that doesn't giving cold air glad it was just out last night. pool is beautiful and cleaned , food for breakfast is superb better and giid quality selection. the staff are very polite and respectful, very helpful and get job done as much as possible, they pack a sandwich breakfast for us as we have early trip to El Nido that was very nice if rhem. The water supply is not drinkable so they provide bottled water and you can ask for a refill. They will give you a welcome drink of a fruit drink. This is really a good location, my only dislike is the bed, as it's very small when they say twin bed it is a twin bed, other than that it's ok. Yes its more pricey compare to the sorrounding hotel but the food and pool are the best.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful, except for the food and its prices. It's a great place far from the noisy city, with spacious bungalows, daily cleaning, a fantastic and clean pool (which is rare!), excellent service, and good massages. The best part of the food was the pizza – it was genuinely tasty. The cocktails were also delicious. Everything else was unappetizing and expensive. The free breakfast was the same every day and quite small; it was okay for women, but far too little for men, who then had to order additional, pricey dishes.

We stayed in the King’s Prime View room (or something along those lines), and we honestly had a spectacular experience. The views were stunning — I’m sharing some photos because they really speak for themselves. The room was perfect: clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.
The pools are great, super accessible, well-oriented for sun throughout the day, and overall very relaxing. The hotel is about 10–15 minutes away from the center. The on-site restaurant isn’t the best, of course, but the food is decent enough for dinner and does the job.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Guest UserIt is smacked within a residential area. So you can soak yourself in it and experience living in a village. But, a 3 mins walk will lead you to the main road where you can find F&B outlets.
Nearest is 89 Cafe which serves good food. Another 500m there is a Pagetek food court which has food a super chill beer.
At the price, it is a good deal. They also have free transport to airport, but please talk to the friendly staff there in advanced.

Close to the center, you can buy a tour at reception. Breakfast is buffet-style, but the only edible options are omelets and pancakes.

We booked a standard room, they gave us room 6, but it was very small, without a window and a wardrobe. It was very stuffy and there was an unpleasant smell. The air conditioner was noisy. The floor was very dirty, covered in sand. Since we arrived at night, we spent the night in that room. In the morning we asked to change the room. They showed us the rooms, we chose a room with a balcony, a suite, a sea view, but we had to pay extra. We stayed for 4 days, so we agreed to pay extra. The room was cleaned poorly, only once, although we asked for it to be cleaned. They put water in the room upon arrival, they did not put it anymore, also shampoo, soap, brushes were put only once upon arrival. The towels were not changed even once. Breakfasts from the menu, very meager, the same thing every day. In the dining room there is a cooler with hot and cold water, you can pour tea in the evening. The room service is terrible. The hotel is for a stay of 1, 2 days. But the cost is expensive for such a hotel. I do not recommend it for a long time. The view from the window is beautiful. The port is close.
