"Super na-enjoy ko ang stay ko sa Hollywood Hotel Puerto Princesa! From check-in hanggang check-out, very accommodating and friendly ang staff. Ramdam ko talaga yung warm welcome at excellent customer service nila. 😊 Malinis at maayos ang room, very comfortable ang bed, and cozy pero classy ang ambiance ng hotel. Perfect for solo travelers like me who want peace and comfort. Highlight din ng stay ko ang experience sa Sir KC’s Bar and Restaurant. Masarap ang food, generous ang servings, at maganda ang presentation. The drinks were also great, and relaxing ang vibe—perfect for unwinding after a long day. 🍽️🍹 Convenient din ang location since malapit sa airport and other key areas in Puerto Princesa. Overall, sobrang worth it ang stay ko. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel! 🌴✨"

"This is an excellent hotel. Both the service and the room's facilities, hardware and software, are outstanding. They offer welcome coconuts, a minibar with healthy drinks, and even turn-down service at night. The TV has all major platforms and free movies. The room feels spacious and the bed is large and comfortable. All staff members, from the front desk to the restaurant and even the lifeguards, are friendly and polite. I really appreciate their conversations and service. However, I must mention that the hotel is currently in a 'soft-run' phase. During the day, there's a lot of ongoing renovation and occasional construction noise in various areas, and the spa is not yet complete. The dining options are limited (though every dish I had was delicious). Also, the rooms have a smart power detection system that automatically shuts off power, including the mini-fridge, when no one is in the room. This means drinks can't stay cold all the time, and charging your phone while you're out of the room isn't reliable. Despite these points, I still highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is relaxing, perfect for unwinding and taking peaceful walks by the sea – it's truly wonderful."

I came alone, but they made me feel right at home, surrounded by family and friends. Thank you so much! "This place is truly a little corner of paradise. It’s almost impossible to put into words how much we enjoyed our stay and how special this place is. The owners — an Englishman and a Filipina — are the perfect mix of warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail. They genuinely go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and are happy to accommodate almost any request, always in such a natural and unobtrusive way. The rooms are comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The air conditioning is quiet, the mattresses and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and everything you might need is provided — right down to shower gel and a toothbrush. The hotel is still relatively new and everything is in excellent condition. There are free SUP boards for guests, and you can also rent a scooter from the hotel if you feel like exploring El Nido for the day. And then there’s the food… that deserves a review of its own! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were fantastic. You can order fresh seafood, or even buy it yourself and have the team prepare it for you. My husband loves grilling, so we arranged to get some meat and had our own little BBQ evening. One of the staff members was genuinely excited to help and learn how it’s done — such a small moment, but incredibly warm and touching. My husband also wanted to go fishing, and the local fishermen were happy to take him along. Unfortunately, we simply didn’t have enough time during our stay, but knowing that such experiences were so easily arranged made the place feel even more special. That’s the beauty of a small boutique hotel like this. Unlike huge resorts, they can actually respond to the individual wishes of their guests and make you feel personally cared for. At the same time, there is absolutely no pressure to socialize. Everything is beautifully balanced: if you want to chat, there’s always someone happy to talk to; if you want privacy, you’ll have complete peace and seclusion. It truly feels like your own little paradise. If we ever return to El Nido, we will absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the wonderful owners and the whole team for such a memorable stay. "This is a newly opened guesthouse, very new and clean. The floor is shiny, and there are pots, pans, and other tableware, as well as rice. It felt very warm and homey. Thank you to the host. The guesthouse staff are very gentle and humble. They are always responsive and reliable. This time, I accidentally burned a pot a little. I told the staff, and they were prepared to pay for it, but they were very forgiving. Thank you again. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. It's very close to the main street, and the host is very kind and a believer. May God bless them greatly."

"The best hotel experience! My partner and I were greeted with friendly faces as soon as we walked in, with cold facecloths to cool us down. The receptionists remember your name, and make booking tours, transport and other arrangements so easy! We booked tours, motorbike rental and even spa appointments through the front desk. My partner and I accidentally overbooked our stay, but the hotel allowed us to use the overbooked nights as credit for any bookings through them. The hotel is so clean, air-conditioned and well maintained, including room service. All the staff are so lovely and helpful with any questions and concerns. The location of the hotel is very close to the port and town, with short walking distance. I highly recommend staying at this accommodation to streamline your experience in el nido! Staying at this hotel added to our memorable experience of el nido that me and my partner will forever cherish. Thankyou especially to Remy, Elize and Pau 💗"

"we had an amazing stay, the rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We requested blind menu dinners which the hotel offers and the food was amazing 😅, its a must if you want to explore Philippines cuisine.The hotel has a really good view and its close to the zipline and vanilla beach.We planned to stay here for 3 days but we extended for a week because of the service and food. I highly recommend if you want to spend a nice chilled holiday.😅 also they offer free transport to Macdonald. Will definitely comegain"

"The hotel is located 15 minutes from the city center, so there's no street noise and it's quite quiet. We stayed there for two days, and one day we could hear construction work from early morning. There's hot water with good pressure, but unfortunately, it had a metallic smell. The room was clean but small. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When we checked out, they arranged a free shuttle to the city center to the departure point for the transfer to Port Barton. Breakfast wasn't very good, but they provided a kettle for tea upon request."
